In this role, you will be focusing on embedded firmware for hardware drivers, camera features and user interface using C/C++, embedded Linux and Qt/QML.

We are now looking for a driven and innovative Senior Hardware Engineer to join our R&D hardware team located at Hasselblad headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. For this role, we are expecting you to be comfortable with international collaborations and have proven experience in module and project responsibilities. You need to have a business owner mindset and be able to lead a small Hardware team consisting of three people. There will be a lot of cooperation with our own internal Firmware team, as well as close contact with our teams in Asia.


YOUR PROFILE:
Experienced user of Cadence PCB design tools (e.g. OrCAD)
Experienced Hardware architect
Extensive know-how in analog and digital design
Meritorious with deep knowledge in high-speed signal integrity
Meritorious with deep knowledge in power supply design
Long experience of measurements in a well-equipped lab
Understanding of layout work
Knowledge of EMC
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

You will be part of Hasselblad’s Finance Team in Gothenburg and take part in a variety of accounting and subsidiaries’ compliance related matters. Main responsibilities:
Perform month-end accounting activities.
Balance account reconciliation and PL accounts review.
Bookkeeping including preparation, compilation, and review engagements.
Responsible for timely finance report with accuracy and meet regulatory compliance.
In charge of audit activities and preparation of annual reports.
Cooperate with tax authorities in case of tax reviews and tax return.
Report data to statistics monthly/quarterly/yearly.
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.

Continues review and recommend changes to existing finance procedures.

Requirements:
University degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational company.
Professional knowledge in English and Swedish language; Chinese is a plus.
Very good knowledge of ERP platforms, preferably Oracle.
Excellent skills in MS Office applications and especially Excel.

For this position, you will be part of a team of around 7 colleagues, responsible for operating the Gothenburg site warehouse services. The team handles all incoming and outgoing goods, in addition we pack consumer products to finished goods warehouse, pick and dispatch customer orders. The tempo is sometimes high, and you need to be able to handle multiple tasks.
In addition, as Warehouse holds responsibility for facility management, you will be the key person to make sure or facility is in good order, and serves the purpose of our users.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Goods handling of incoming/outgoing goods for Production, Service and Logistics;
Manage off site warehouses;
Maintenance of assets belonging to warehouse such as forklifters, pick up car etc.;
Be the main contact with landlord, manage relationship, report and follow up on non-conformities related to facility;
Manage security related tasks, such as facility access/authorities, alarm systems maintenance etc.;
Various ad-hoc facility management tasks, such as installations, relocation, minor reconstructions.



REQUIREMENTS:
At least two years proven experience from similar tasks;
Practical experience from facility management;
Experience from reporting and maintaining warehouse related records in ERP systems;
High school degree, with technical focus;
Fluent in Swedish and English;
Basic knowledge in MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word)
Driver's license, class B;
License for forklift operation, Class A.
