ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Coordinator is a vital member of our operations team, responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining the order book, and providing proactive customer support to wholesale partners. This role involves managing multiple wholesale order flows, including wholesale orders, samples, showroom orders, outlet/flash sales, and returns. You will be expected to collaborate closely with internal departments and ensure that every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Order Administration:
Gather and input order data from multiple sales channels into the ERP system (SAP).
Maintain and update the order book to ensure all orders are recorded accurately and in real-time.
Release orders for fulfillment and shipping, working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth processing.
Monitor order status in the ERP system, identify discrepancies, and resolve any issues as they arise.

Customer Support:
Provide timely, clear, and accurate order information to wholesale partners, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with logistics to ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time, proactively communicating any potential delays.
Handle returns, exchanges, and other post-order inquiries, ensuring that all customer touchpoints are handled smoothly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and solutions.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are looking for someone with most of the following:
An educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in order administration, business-to-business customer service, or related roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
Minimum of one year’s experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
Proven track record of managing B2B orders and providing outstanding customer support
Proficiency in OMS/ERP-systems and Microsoft Office suite is a plus!

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input and maintain order data with precision.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with both internal teams and wholesale customers.

The DC’s main responsibility is to ensure that relevant internal and external logistics routines are executed according to the correct process. In doing so, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing important input for continuous improvement within the Axel Arigato Distribution department.

Our Distribution Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries, carrying out tasks related to various fulfillment activities, and troubleshooting issues occurring in the day-to-day operations such as:

• Process inbound shipments and oversee planned inbound deliveries from pick-up to delivery at the warehouse.
• Process outbound or transit orders.
• Expediting the customer delivery process and highlight/communicate any issues arising from our shipping performance.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments in SAP

Construction Manager

From experience, we can tell that the Construction Manager role demands organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay connected to the big picture. As the intermediary between architects, brand, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory personnel, this position also requires superb communication, decision making and leadership skills.

The CM will lead and plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. The CM will furthermore be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects. This includes everything from flagship stores to pop-ups as well as offices and refurbishments when they become needed.

The CM is responsible for keeping construction projects running correctly from start to finish. They do so by monitoring the progress on-site in their field office. Then, they decide what needs further attention or notify other parties if something hasn't been accomplished according to urgency levels specified by the business owner.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We seem someone with 5+ years of experience within retail/fashion construction. You should have been a Project Manager or Construction Manager who have led multiple projects and new locations from end to end. Experience from doing projects in multiple countries is also a must-preferable multiple regions like EMEA and APAC.

Previous leadership and/or consultant management experience in a CM or Project Lead role is a plus.

Sourcing & Production Manager RTW

We are looking for an ambitious Sourcing & Production Manager RTW to be a part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is extremely structured and organized, able to work as a co-function across teams, with a passion for fashion in ready to wear. Your main focus and responsibilities will be to source factories, raw materials, ensure capacity, quality, lead-time and margin throughout our sourcing and production processes.

You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Sourcing and Production, Head of RTW, Product Developers, Design and Production Operations managing the product's full life cycle. We are looking for someone who considers themselves to be product-driven and executing to the highest level of quality.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

With the team, you will work day to day with:

• Source new factories and raw materials following Axel Arigato`s requirements
• Ensure capacity, quality, lead-time and margin of Axel Arigato’s production to deliver according to our targets
• Continuous interaction with key stakeholders related to product, suppliers, process, and agreements
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to dispute resolution and periodic business reviews
• Build/keep an internal material library and sourcing strategies in changing global environments
• Continuous, annual, and long-term management of supplier capacity
• Manage and implement reduction of production lead-time
• Follow up on factory performance through KPI:s based on approval process and best practices
• Manage raw material projections and bookings in order to secure capacity and follow up with production coordinators in partnership with our finished goods factories on actualization
• Supplier management including annual contracts, certifications, audits, policies, supplier manuals and onboarding procedures
• Manage and ensure the PLM system is up to date for the area
• Together with related teams monitor and review all pre-production samples to ensure execution to specifications as well as meet material, quality, execution and construction standards.
• Develop processes for product production that helps scale up the department workflows bringing suggestions for constant improvements and efficiencies
• Follow product process from development handover to final sample in partnership with suppliers, emphasizing quality product and timely completion of tasks in accordance with the seasonal calendar
• Follow the changes in design from the RTW SMS stage to the final product and keep all corresponding data up to date and all relevant teams informed
• Work closely with the Product Development team to secure approvals for production orders in accordance with delivery schedules
• Creation and management of all production specification sheets

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We seek someone with around 5 years’ experience in sourcing and production within ready to wear. You can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of production methods and manufacturing processes . We also see you as having most of the following:

• Experience working across different garment categories
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; detail-oriented and meticulous
• Knowledge in CMT and FOB
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and software systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience working with production in Portugal is not mandatory but meriting

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As Performance & Marketing Coordinator, you will work on the day-to-day execution of campaigns on our different platforms to enable a constant growth strategy, while always delivering the right brand message. We see the right person as always challenging existing ideas with a constant willingness to find new loopholes for an optimized structure and higher growth.

As a team of 4 we work with content and marketing from all aspects-analytical, strategic, creative and of course all driven by not just goals but the teams desire to try new things and find a way to measure them. This role will work with mostly the three areas below:

Content

• Publish new ads.
• Manage ad content.
• Analyze and report on content performance.
• Create content briefs.

Paid social

• Daily budget adjustments of selected parts of the paid social mix such as Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok.
• Stay up to date with latest updates including current channels but not excluding new potential channels.

Affiliate marketing

• Find and contact new publishers.

The main purpose of this position is to build brand awareness through influencer partnerships and community management. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As Production Coordinator based in our rapidly growing Gothenburg office you will work with and execute a wide variety of tasks from development sign off to warehouse inventory and contact with our external partners.

The CRM & Loyalty Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the CRM strategy. We're offering an exciting full-time position as Special Project & Events Coordinator (SPE) responsible for the Scandinavian market. YOU ARE

This position requires a demonstrated ability to act autonomously with ability to see the whole picture as well as being able to focus into the details when needed.
