As part of our technological evolution, we are now looking to further grow the team with the addition of a Tech Lead to lead and support the software development, technical architecture, and engineering work, as well as working with business stakeholders and partners to maximize value.
This position is stationed at Head Quarters in Gothenburg office. From early 2025 we are based in a new office at GoCo Health innovation city in Mölndal, one of the most attractive workplaces in the city.

About you:
In this role, you will be driving IT development and enhancements of our public web solutions. You will contribute to the overall mission by providing technical leadership for development and operations of IT solutions in the Customer Experience area.
You will lead and support the software development, technical architecture, and engineering work, as well as working with business stakeholders and partners to maximize value.

Key accountabilities for the role:
Responsibility to drive and support delivery team’s overall mission including technical ownership of team’s deliveries & performance of solutions.
Lead and support the team in software development, technical architecture, and engineering work.
Hands-on software development as well as contributing to DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
Develop and manage architectural and software development artifacts for applications and platforms within scope.
Responsible for securing and safeguarding the integrity of the solution architecture in line with domain architecture.
Drive and follow-up key decisions regarding architecture and design for a specific solution that is flexible, re-usable and in sync with changing business needs.
Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant area including business processes, technologies, architecture, applications, and relevant data.
?If all that sounds appealing, then here is what we would like you to demonstrate:
Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; minimum of 3 years working with leading software development.
Experience from agile development and DevOps methods including understanding end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
System thinking with comprehensive knowledge of relevant platforms & technologies in web development, experience of enterprise software using an API oriented architecture.
Frontend development skills in JavaScript frameworks.
Backend development skills in .NET / .
Proficiency in CMS and headless CMS, particularly Optimizely/Episerver.
Good knowledge of consuming and building REST APIs.
Experience from cloud solutions such as Azure.
Experience from optimizing the DevOps toolchain using Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket and related tools.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organisations.
