Are you ready to dive into a hybrid leadership adventure? We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy person who will be the orchestrator and owner of our Software Development toolkit, that also can juggle digital strategy, IT operations, and cybersecurity! You’ll be the mastermind behind everything from developer tools and cloud magic to business data architecture and risk governance. You will be a crucial person in the early start of Coretura to build and set up our IT infrastructure, with business solutions in mind.
Teaming up with the technology area, you’ll ensure our development processes are not just resilient and scalable, but also fast and innovative. You’ll play a key role in fostering agile practices across teams, coaching squads to continuously improve their workflows, collaboration, and delivery speed.
You’ll also partner with our business teams to help improve their efficiency. Plus, you’ll get to collaborate with our customers and industry partners to create seamless cross-enterprise processes, all while maximizing the value from our IT solutions and service providers.
What you’ll focus on;
Digital Strategy
Define and execute a tech roadmap across cloud infrastructure, development tooling, internal IT, and data platforms.
Drive automation, scalability, and developer productivity through smart systems architecture and tools.
Build and maintain a lightweight, compliant IT backbone that supports embedded software and related tool development (think ISO 26262, ISO 27001, ASPICE).
You will have the unique opportunity to orchestrate the integration of AI into our data strategy from the start, driving innovation and building transformative solutions that shape the future of our organization.
Cybersecurity & Risk
Own the company’s security posture across internal systems and product environments.
Implement secure-by-design practices and navigate the world of regulatory frameworks like ISO/SAE 21434, GDPR, and UNECE R155.
Lead the charge on incident response plans, security audits, and make sure everyone is up to speed on best practices.
Team up with OEMs and partners to meet and exceed cybersecurity expectations (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155/R156).
Partner & Vendor Management
Scout, onboard, and manage external IT service providers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity firms, and software tool vendors.
Build strong relationships with partners to maximize value, keep costs in check, and ensure SLAs and performance metrics are met.
Collaborate with our Purchasing team to negotiate and manage contracts, licensing, and compliance across the tech stack.
Seamlessly integrate outsourced capabilities into our internal workflows, finding that sweet spot between in-house and out-of-house.
We're looking for someone with several years of leadership experience in tech, ideally someone who's worked across both software and security. You should have a good grasp of embedded systems, automotive safety standards, and software security. You should be familiar with cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the tools used in software development.
You enjoy building things from the ground up and aren’t afraid to get hands-on. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key — you know how to bridge the gap between technology, business, and external partners like OEMs and investors.
