Ideally you have worked with microservices and event-driven architectures since that’s a pattern that we use a lot and happen to fit our clients very well.

- Advise, develop and coordinate secure and scalable cloud architectures that meets customer and project requirements

- Advise customers on selection of cloud services and technology platform setup

- Inspire the team to deliver on the Humblebee architecture strategy

- Create, present and propose solutions through presentations, maps, diagrams, IaC files and any other means

- Setup metrics and diagnostic tools to calculate spend and usage of services

- Setup pipelines that automate deployment and releasing of our software

- Interface with the customer’s IT/tech organization, ensure relevant compliance, and provide assistance for them to integrate the solution

- Create high-level (proof-of-concept) implementations when needed

We’re looking for a new Product Design Lead to join our team. In this role you will be managing our Product design team in close collaboration with the management team at Humblebee.

What you will be doing

As a Product Design Lead at Humblebee you will be people manager for a team of designers. You will be in charge of setting a strategy for the team to ensure that we grow and continue to stay up to date. In addition to that you will be conducting salary and performance reviews, as well as driving team performance by coaching and supporting our UX team. In this role you will play a key part in hiring and resource allocation for the team.

As well as managing the team, all our Leads also work hands-on with client assignments as part of a cross functional product team. Most of the time that means responsibility for setting the Product Design and/or managing a cross-functional product team.

We think that the split between hands-on project stuff and managerial fiddling will be about 70/30, but you will of course have a lot of freedom in how you want to shape the role. What we’re looking for:

As the complexity of our assignments have been increasing, we now see the need to start working even more with data and hire our first data scientist at Humblebee. As this is a new role at Humblebee you will have a lot of freedom to influence our way of working and maybe even head up a data science team further down the road.

We think that you have been working with data science for around 5 years or more. You have a strategic mindset and experience navigating complex business environments and know how to leverage the right kind of data to impact product creation.

You have strong skills in mathematics and statistical analysis, and you know your way around data visualization tools.
