Job Description:
As a Laboratory Engineer at iLab, your responsibilities will include performing Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) and other related tests with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. You will be tasked with the regular inspection and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance. A key part of your role will be to implement and monitor quality control measures to guarantee high-quality test results. You will also analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will participate in improving existing testing methods, protocols and developing new tests. We look forward to your contributions to our team.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in biology, Molecular Biology, or other related fields.
Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment.

The lab was founded in November 2020 in collaboration with highly trained medical and scientific staff and private investors. At present the lab is providing scientific analyses to private clinics in and around Scandinavian region.
Job description:
As iLab is aiming to spread its area of analyses across different fields, we are looking for a scientist who is service minded and has prior experience in Genetic analyses.
Responsibilities:
· Planning of work, performing the experiments and analyzing the results.
· Validation of methods and instruments.
· Writing SOPs and implementing them with in the team.
· Actively involved in developing new screening methods that can lead to the development of the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
· You should have a PhD in life science or five years of relevant working experience in a lab environment. Industrial experience is an advantage.
· Minimum M. Sc in Molecular Biology or Genetics.
· Experience of working with human biological samples like Blood, Urine and Saliva.
· Experience of liquid handling automation would be desirable.
· Knowledge and working experience of Molecular Biology techniques is an advantage.
· Excellent problem-solving ability.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.

Employment:
· Full time, 40h/week. (Scheduling on weekends may occur).
