The world rapidly needs to electrify to replace fossil fuels on a massive scale. The hard-to-abate sectors like shipping, aviation and heavy land transport cannot be electrified with battery power and require a different type of electrification: Electrofuel made from renewable electricity and biogenic CO2.
Our business model is designed for scale, and we have a solid pipeline of projects in development in the Nordic countries with the goal of reaching Final Investment Decision (FID) for more than 10 projects by 2027. We have a strong group of investors, including Alfa Laval, Carbon Clean, Elyse Energy, HyCap, Siemens Energy, Topsoe and Uniper.
Liquid Wind is a fast-growing company, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden and with a presence in Denmark, Finland and the UK. We have approx. 60 employees and are looking for a person who enjoys growing with the company.
The location for this position is in Gothenburg. Some travel will be required within the role.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will play a highly influential role in supporting the CEO. This person will work closely with our CEO and management to provide high-level executive support and professional service by managing day-to-day issues, support and follow-up plans and activities.
The main tasks will be:
Assist in the development and finalization of executive communication, including creating, editing, and preparing all types of communication material
Ensure efficient communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Responsible for planning and efficient running of Management Team and Board Meetings, including agenda setting, minute taker, and collection as well as ensuring quality of the documentation
Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by the CEO or corporate functions
Support with travel, business, general administration and agenda proposition and planning

This role will be reporting to the CEO located in Gothenburg.
About you
You are a service-oriented individual with a can-do mindset. You excel at prioritizing needs, effortlessly navigating through conflicting schedules, challenges, and frequent changes. You are discreet and confidential in handling sensitive information, coupled with a proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. You are preferably deeply committed to driving the green transition and making a meaningful impact.
Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
Academic degree in Business Administration or similar
A proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
High organizational capabilities and highly social
High proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the ability to learn and adapt to other IT systems

Responsibilities
We are looking for a PR & Event Coordinator, this position is key both in the global Marketing Communications team, across the company and partner companies. You will lead and coordinate projects and productions in the day-to-day work and ensure that we work in an efficient and structured way to deliver on expectations, budget, and timings. Through collaboration with the other team members, you'll advise on the best next steps and processes to move the projects forward.
This position will be reporting to the Head of Digital & Marketing Communications.
Your main tasks will be:
Identify, drive and coordinate physical and digital events, such as seminars, conferences, external information events and webinars
Coordinate internal and external requests
Work cross-functionally to ensure all relevant elements are in place for upcoming activities, online and offline
Manage, support and follow-up on asset development with involved agencies
Support our Head of MarCom with PR activities such as PR send-outs, uploading news on our platforms and PR events
Contribute with suggestions for Social Media posts with regards to PR and events
Ad hoc support on different MarCom projects such as translation processes with agencies and/or internal stakeholders

About you
You are creative and well-organized with a strong interest in the green transition and in being an ambassador for clean energy usage. As a person you have the abilities to effectively influence, communicate and work with individuals or teams, internally and externally, to achieve impactful tactical execution of communications projects, on time and within budget. Moreover, you are someone who loves to take charge and make things happen, we want your passion and drive to be a driving force in our team.
We see that you are positive, confident in your work, and can navigate independently among your various tasks. With a higher education in marketing and communication and a minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, Event and Communication
Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Cision
Cost, risk, prioritization and time management skills
Relevant experience in online marketing competence
Self-starter confident to work in a scaleup company
Team player with a can-do attitude

Responsibilities
We are looking for an IT Manager, who is keen on the user’s IT experience and ensures a well-functioning IT environment (supporting Microsoft technologies) together with our service partner. You will be the portfolio manager for our corporate systems including sourcing and managing IT related services.
Your main tasks will be:
Build up the IT management model
Manage the roadmap for cyber security and technology
Guide that we work according to applicable laws, codes and regulations
Project management for new applications (ERP)
Support the business owners and ensure our digital transformation and data connectivity

About you
You are a person with an interest and passion in IT and technology who would like to contribute to our sustainability agenda and is ready to take the full responsibility for our IT-area. You have excellent communication skills and like to learn, to share and to grow an organization. You probably have an academic degree in IT or similar that is considered equivalent.
