About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Incident Support to join our IT Operations team. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or candidates with limited work experience who are interested in IT service management and incident handling.
The role focuses on supporting daily incident management activities under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring smooth IT service operations.
About the Company
We provide IT operations and technical support services for connected vehicle platforms (telematics systems), working closely with automotive manufacturers and ecosystem partners.
Our services cover system monitoring, incident handling, and operational support to ensure the stability and reliability of connected car services across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
Support the incident management process in daily IT operations
Assist in logging, categorizing, and tracking incidents in internal systems
Monitor system alerts and escalate incidents to relevant teams when necessary
Follow established procedures to ensure incidents are handled efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and update incident status
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Learn and follow IT service management best practices (e.g., ITIL)

Working Style
Work under supervision and guidance from senior team members
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Gradually take on more responsibilities as experience grows

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field
Strong interest in IT operations and service management
Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, or cloud environments is a plus
Previous work experience (including internships) is a plus
Experience working with or coordinating Chinese vendors/suppliers is a plus
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills in English

As the Operations Manager, you will support the business by managing the international DevOps teams in both Sweden and China and carrying out various activities related to the Internet of Vehicles system to ensure that operations and maintenance works are actively carried out with the company to ensure that our products meet customer requirements. You'll be motivated to propose and develop new efficient processes and routines to drive our work forward.
In short, in this role your operation knowledge and communication skills are essential, and it is expected that you are used to manage many stakeholders simultaneously to drive the operation and maintenance effectively.

• Support the business with method and structure regarding operational management on Sweden and China operation teams.
• Planning, coordination, and follow-up of incident workshops with different parts of the business.
• Incident reporting to the Stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Relevant academic degree in IT or equivalent, i.e. other formal qualification within Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• At least 10 years’ experience on operation and management of cloud systems, preferably in large/complex organizations.
• Strong inter-personal skills and you find it easy to interact with people on different organizational levels. You communicate effectively and are able to explain complex matters with business interests.
• Team player with good co-operation skills. You possess self-leadership and are able to work round obstacles to achieve results.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbally and written.

As a Lead Incident Engineer your main responsibility is to ensure that the incidents reported by customers must be handled efficiently and issue can be identified to meet requirements. You will work closely with our customers, for example product stakeholders, enterprise architects and suppliers where you need the ability both to understand the incident as well as explain what impact a technical resolution will have on the customer’s product.

In short, in this role your IT technologies and communication skills are essential, and it is expected that you are used to manage many stakeholders simultaneously to drive the incident resolution effectively.

Responsibilities
• Take charge of incident investigations, identifying bugs, implementing workarounds or quick fixes, and collaborating with SRE or the 3rd Line Development Team.
• Keep track of bug statuses and update them in the ticket system.
• Prepare failure reports and communicate with the 1st Line Support Team.
• Ensure compliance with SLA KPIs 1, 2, and 3, specifically in the context of failure report management.
• Provide assistance to other incident managers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience on system development and solution of cloud systems, preferably in large/complex organizations. You understand architectural problems and define efficient resolutions.
• Possess valuable development experience conducive to the identification of technical issues.
• Strong inter-personal skills and you find it easy to interact with people on different organizational levels. You communicate effectively and are able to explain complex incident matters with proper resolutions.
• Team player with good co-operation skills. You possess self-leadership and are able to work round obstacles to achieve results.
• Good documentation skills, including the ability to create clear and comprehensive written content, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective communication of work-related information.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Chinese is essential for this role, as our primary clientele is connected to Chinese business.

Qualifications
• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Information modelling e.g. as basis for integration work is a must have experience.
• At least 10 years’ experience on system development and solution architecture of cloud systems, preferably in large/complex organizations. You understand architectural problems and define efficient solutions.
• Experience from using design tools in modelling processes, information, application and infrastructure.
• Relevant academic degree in IT or equivalent, i.e. other formal qualification within solution/IT-design or business architecture.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbally and written. Chinese language is mandatory in this position due to many of our customers are related to China business.
