About the role
To help us achieve our ambition, we are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Core team. In this role, you’ll be part of a small, cross-functional, and empowered team working closely together to shape and deliver impactful solutions.
As our new Frontend Engineer, you’ll actively contribute to discussions, share progress, and collaborate with your teammates to drive outcomes. You'll also play a key role in crafting clean, testable, and maintainable code that helps us continuously create value for our users. You'll work closely with Backend Engineers and Designers to make this happen.
About you
You are an experienced Frontend Engineer with 7+ years of experience with a strong foundation in JavaScript, more specifically React.js, and Typescript. You thrive in an agile work environment, where curiosity and collaboration drive meaningful outcomes. We see it as a plus if you have been a part of a start-up or scale-up before.
In this role, we’re looking for someone who brings:
Strong product sense and a user-centric design approach, ensuring solutions create real value for players and the venues

Experience developing and maintaining web applications
Familiarity with Testing and analytics, with a genuine interest in CI/CD processes to drive quality and efficiency

About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Mobile App Developer to join us and take ownership of our mobile app experience. In this role, you'll lead development efforts, collaborate across teams, and ensure our app is innovative, reliable, and user-friendly.
As our Lead Mobile App Developer, you’ll do more than write code — you’ll help shape the future of our product. You’ll contribute to technical strategy, drive decision-making, and champion best practices in mobile development. From building features that delight users to optimizing performance and scalability, you’ll play a key role in delivering a top-tier experience.
What You’ll Do Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of our cross-platform mobile app
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Write clean, scalable, and testable code with a focus on long-term maintainability
Define and uphold development standards, including CI/CD practices and testing strategies
Monitor app performance and work with our Solution Quality Engineer to improve observability, collect user feedback, and continuously improve the product
Be a mentor and coach to the other team members and help create a strong, collaborative engineering culture
About You
You’re a seasoned mobile app developer with a strong product mindset and leadership experience. You know how to balance technical excellence with delivering real value to users. You’re comfortable owning the mobile experience end-to-end and love collaborating in an agile environment.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of experience in mobile development, ideally with React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks
2+ years in a lead or senior role, with experience guiding teams and driving mobile strategy
A user-first mindset with a strong understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices
Proven experience delivering apps on both iOS and Android platforms
Proven experience with Expo, mobile testing frameworks, analytics, and CI/CD pipelines

What You'll Do

As Senior backend engineer at MATCHi, you will work with complex global products and will be highly involved in decisions related to the overall product strategy. You will work in a cross-functional team to build user-friendly solutions for mobile and web that are both scalable and reliable. About you

- We believe you are an enthusiastic developer who has many years of experience working in Golang, Java, Groovy, or equivalent.

- You probably have experience from working in a monolith architecture and have been involved in migration to microservices and maybe even serverless.

- You have experience from developing cross-platform products and you are comfortable working with AWS and writing infrastructure as code.

- Since you have an interest in leadership, you probably have previous experience from roles such as Tech lead, Solution architect or Senior backend engineer.

- You identify yourself as communicative, curious, kind and you are a firm believer in teamwork and knowledge sharing.

About the role

To help us achieve our ambition, we are looking for a Mobile App Developer to join MATCHis Players team. As a Mobile App Developer you will be part of a team of great Engineers, Product Designers and PMs focusing on creating value for the players by building our awesome mobile app. Tasks in this role involves collaborative discussions with your team, alongside crafting code that is clear, easily comprehensible, testable, adaptable, and maintainable.

About you

Your responsibilities

- Be responsible for MATCHi's recruitment by shaping and driving processes as well as owning your own recruiting projects end to end
- Be a strong sparring partner for our Recruiting Managers and teams by understanding and dealing with their various recruiting needs
- Identify, source, attract, screen and interview the right candidates for us

- Understand and further develop our recruitment processes being determined to deliver a great candidate experience at all times

- Work closely with the rest of the People & Culture team to make recruitment match with our People Engagement and Operations processes and organizational culture

- Manage external partners and consultants such as recruiting agencies



Who we are looking for

- 5 years of relevant work experience in not just managing your own recruiting projects end to end but also overseeing and driving the recruitment in an scaling organization
