The assignment is driven by an increased number of specification requests, transfer projects, and deployment projects in the Technical Product Management team. The objective is to reduce the team’s administrative workload by delegating these tasks and focusing their efforts more on core responsibilities. Assignment start date is as agreed between the Parties, until the 31-12-2026.
A) BASIC INFORMATION
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Execute tasks for specification maintenance and implementation as requested by the Project Lead spec, verifying alignment with QMS and ensuring respect of all procedures in place. Ensure full traceability of changes implemented.
To create and maintain queries to facilitate tasks of other colleagues and functions.
To perform an analysis of current portfolio to identify discrepancies and highlight inconsistencies detected
Support other functions with portfolio extraction and analysis
Carry out all activities according to the defined procedures and ensure that Compliance Policies, standards, and laws relating to these activities are fully respected, integrated and understood by stakeholders.

B) REQUIREMENTS
Education: College/University or required equivalent competence
Language Skills: Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
Competencies and Abilities: Familiarity with IT tools and High precision and attention to details

The assignment is intended to provide crucial support and expedite the development of new products. With several active initiatives underway in product development and an increasing volume of work, the demand for additional resources has become essential. Bringing in extra support will help ensure that the rapidly evolving projects stay on track and are delivered efficiently. Assignment start date is 2026-03-10, or as agreed between the Parties, until the end of the year.
A) BASIC INFORMATION
Objective of Assignment:
Provide hands-on laboratory support to accelerate project timelines by efficiently executing assigned experimental and technical tasks according to established priorities. Contribute to the smooth operation of the laboratory work by preparing samples, performing analyses, maintaining laboratory materials, and assisting the R&D team to ensure high-quality and timely progress in product development initiatives.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Support the R&D team by preparing and handling samples, conducting chemical analyses, and maintaining lab materials and inventory. Coordinate supply procurement, ensure the lab is organized and well-stocked, and assist with ingredient mixing, solution preparation, testing, and documentation. Follow all safety protocols for handling chemicals, contributing to an efficient and safe laboratory environment that enables timely progress in product development.
B) REQUIREMENTS ETC
Education:
A post-secondary degree in natural sciences (such as chemistry, biology, or a related field), or an equivalent combination of relevant education and practical laboratory experience.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required. Fluency in Swedish is advantageous and will be considered a valuable asset.
Competencies and Abilities:
Prior hands-on experience working in a laboratory setting within sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries is highly beneficial.
