OM ROLLEN Du kommer att ha helhetsansvaret för två avdelningar, arbeta övergripande med utveckling av avdelningarna, samt effektivisering av processer och rutiner. Leda och utveckla avdelningens medarbetare för att möta våra och kundens förväntningar. Du ansvarar för att ta emot, bereda och driva projekt och se till så att dessa genomförs i rätt tid, med rätt kvalitet och till rätt kostnad. DIN PROFIL För att passa in i rollen har du erfarenhet av både teknik och kvalitetetsarbete i ledande befattning. Du har god inblick i projektmanagement, kvalitetsflöden, säkerhet, produktion. Du har arbetat med effektiviseringar, ständiga förbättringar och ledningssystem. Du har god erfarenhet av att arbeta i en certifierad verksamhet.
Du är en trygg ledare med god erfarenhet av att hantera personalrelaterade frågor. Du har erfarenhet av budget, industriell verksamhet och van vid att ta ägarskap för dina områden. Ditt goda ledarskap präglas av en vilja att bygga ett starkt team, samt skapa samsyn kring processer, arbetssätt och förhållningssätt i teamet. Masterexamen inom teknik, kvalitet eller likvärdig yrkeserfarenhet från en större produktionsorganisation i minst 10 år.

We are looking for a person that will taking care of "things that just should work". This could mean everything from contacting the supplier for our coffee vending machines when they are not working to co-ordinate and compiling presentation material that should be presented.
Your main tasks will be:
Responsible for our working clothes - contacts with supplier, managers and employees
Support with HR-administration - Headcount report, Absentism etc and changes in the Timekeeping system.
Support managers updating weekly and monthly KPI's and other relevant administrative tasks
Update and follow up new or changed document in our Management System.
Support management team with follow up on actions, preparation for mgmt. meetings and take responsibility to co-ordinate and compile larger presentations, mainly in Power Point.
Responsible for reception area and other "public office areas".
Responsible for updating our Intranet, TV-Screens and internal communication letter
Handling internal activities like Town Hall meetings and similar.



To be successful in the role you are a person that are self-driven and solution-oriented. You are hands-on and service-minded by nature and operate with a proactive can-do attitude.


Approximately 3-5 years of experience from an administrative assistant role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Experience from supporting a management team - preparing material and follow up
Strong coordinating skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Very good skills using different types of systems. Excellent in MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience from HR-administration
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Have the ability to form information into written communication both in Swedish and English.

Your area of responsibility
Design, develop and revise paint application and paint equipment for new launches and paint shop industrialization,
Implement paint shop standards and procedures within Plasman worldwide organization base on excellent project management skills,
Ensure paint development process meet the customer expectations in terms of specification, FTT, CT and process excellence,
Ensure SOP base on timing,
Deploy corporate standards and best practices within HQ and plants,
Define and write specification of paint shop, paint equipment, robotized cells, peripheral equipment and paint jigs,

Job Description
As a Project Engineer / Project Lead, you will be the factory's representative in the external project team where you collaborate with the head office in Mölndal. As Project Engineer / Project Lead, you lead the factory's internal project team, distribute work over project resources and are responsible for driving the preparation work towards the introduction of new equipment in production.


Main areas of work:
Lead the factory's project team and distribute the work within the group
Operate and establish necessary resource and time schedules
Ensure and report on the project's development
Contribute with specialist knowledge in the field

Create and implement necessary project management documents

Your profile
We are looking for a person with technical education or have qualified experience that can be considered equivalent as well as many years of experience in the automotive industry. You should be used to working in qualified projects and experience of the SAP business system. You see it as a matter of course to keep schedules, create and follow structured working methods. You should feel confident in leading meetings and making presentations to different groups as you internally report on the project's development and externally are the factory's representative to customers / suppliers during the project. Leadership experience and documented experience of project management are meritorious.


You master Microsoft Office and your knowledge of English is very good in both speech and writing, we also like to see that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Job description
You will lead and execute the concepts for manufacturing processes and contribute to setting up automated assembly processes. You will take into consideration estimated cycle times for the product and production, as well optimizing costs. You are responsible for quality assurance of our products and scan the market to meet the next generation of automated assembly solutions. You work closely with our sales organization to secure professional technical feedback, in order to manage technical customer expectations and quality.

Set up requirements and specifications as a basis for purchasing and then against procurement.
Be present in production, to get a good understanding of assembly needs and processes.
Support the design and development of new products, to ensure the production process.
This position requires you to travel to our production units and suppliers.



Your Profile
You have the responsibility to lead and move projects forward in a professional manner. You have a genuine interest in the development of the industry and the ability to see the next step in our processes. You have a background from industry/factory, with good assembly skills.
You have a degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably automotive.
Knowledge and experience in successful launching of assembly equipment
Meritorious knowledge of PLC programming.
Experience from working with requirement specifications, in close collaboration with purchasing.
Advantage with knowledge of electrical- and pneumatics area.

The role
You, our hopefully soon to be new employee and colleague, will take the lead in driving one of the key segment within Plasman Purchasing. You will be responsible for technical equipment that we use for our factories or customer projects . You will have a purchasing responsibility focusing on areas such CAPEX. Customer Specific Equipment or Maintenance. You will also drive continuous improvement within the segment in coordination with our Plants and manufacturing engineering department. In other words you will strengthen Plasman's competitive advantage by understanding the business needs and the market.
Example of overall tasks:
Define supplier strategy and level/types of contracts necessary for the commodity
Build up relationship with suppliers and establish a long term view
Manage and negotiate RFQ to deliver results to support the objectives for the company in terms of EBITDA and cash flow
Improve purchasing processes for the technical area
Work with internal stakeholders to improve ways of working and continuous improvements to manage the purchasing of technical equipment
