• Scheduling interviews

• Provide updates in the given format and timings to the project management team on the work done for projects, progress, results and action plans to deliver the allocated studies within the provided timelines and specs
• Flag to the senior manager projects of concern, when recruitment progress is off track and it is likely to require partners
• Ensure that outsource and calling targets for allocated markets are achieved
• Work with the Project Management team to resolve project specific issues for members/respondents
 
Panel building and engagement

• Ensure that monthly registrations targets are met for in in Netherland, Belgium
• Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses
• Call users to reactivate their accounts
• Execute the allocated panel building initiatives for in Netherland, Belgium
• Support work
• Provide high quality support to M3 Global Research members via telephone and email/support ticket communication
• Work across multiple systems to investigate, troubleshoot and handle inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Ensure that respondent inquiries are handled according to company policy regarding outcomes and time to resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the panel members through timely and professional communication
• Provide input on and assist with updating communication procedures, guidelines, and enhancements to the Support Ticket System
• Work with other members of the global Panel team, report and resolve potential issues with internal and external systems and processes
• Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on M3 data quality procedures
• Complete the verification process for newly registered members
• Complete link testing for quantitative and qualitative Market Research projects
 
Qualifications
 

• Degree level or equivalent or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Proficient at Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Enjoy working with and comfortable with large amounts of data

·       Responsibility for the management and control of the freelancers on all translation work allocated to you, ensuring that QQFS achieves and exceeds client expectations
·       Scheduling resources for translation and proofreading
·       File preparation for translation i.e. proofreading using a CAT-tool
·       Maintenance of translation memories
·       Building and developing a network of experienced and reliable freelance linguists
·       Vetting process and rates negotiations
·       Setting up and maintaining linguists’ accounts in our supplier system
·       Responsible for the quality control of translations
·       Making sure client standards are met and deadlines are respected

Qualifications:
·       Higher education in translation, linguistics, or communication

• Work closely with the EU Panel Manager to deliver the M3 panel’s strategic marketing goals for the region, and globally
• Execute multichannel marketing campaigns for Nordic speaking markets, designed to recruit new market research respondents, including email, paid advertising, referral programs, and social media
• Contribute to Nordic language content creation and copywriting across all panel member touchpoints including email, blog, social media posts, company website, and print collateral
• Ensure that M3 Global Research branding, editorial, and marketing guidelines are followed across all communications, working closely with the marketing department to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
• Responsible for the ongoing evaluation and analysis of live campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation
• Ensure deadlines are met, working within agreed timelines for all panel marketing activities
• Manage social media and paid advertising channel initiatives for panel recruitment, ensuring best practices are observed and programs are optimised to maximise ROI
• Provide high quality customer support to panel members, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Respond to enquiries in native language, within agreed timelines, and following M3 processes
• Champion, and advocate for, quality in the panel, ensuring that processes for the verification and validation of panelists are executed using appropriate tools and protocols
Experience, skills and qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing
• Native Nordic Language speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and demonstrable knowledge of English grammar
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience of CRMs, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms
• Experience of Adobe Creative Suite preferred, but not required, however, an understanding of graphic design and being able to effectively brief the in-house designer is important
• Prior experience of building email marketing automation workflows and knowledge of email marketing best practices
• A strong analytical thinker, with exceptional problem-solving skills, they excel at applying desk research and campaign data to inform their campaigns and approaches to the target market
• Interest in, or previous experience of marketing in the healthcare space is desirable
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated and driven, with a passion for excellence. They take ownership of their deliverables and are accountable for their actions
• Excellent time management skills, and work independently and proactively to deliver their goals

You will recruit health care professionals and patients for interviews or group discussions as well as provide support to our panel members. The work is done by email and on the phone – it is beneficial if you enjoy communicating with new people. Basic computer knowledge is also required.
