Repli5 builds computer vision training data for autonomous systems. Our customers are the engineering teams building perception stacks for autonomous vehicles, industrial robots, quality inspection systems. They come to us when their existing datasets are inadequate, and their models fall short.
We combine simulation pipelines with generative AI workflows to produce high-fidelity synthetic and augmented training data at scale. That means augmentation of real-world imagery, domain adaptation on rendered scenes, and domain randomisation to cover the rare edge cases that inhibit model performance in production.
The Role
You will be Repli5's first dedicated commercial hire and the company's primary revenue driver. You'll report directly to the CEO, inherit an active pipeline, and build the sales motion from the ground up.
This is not a quota-carrier role inside a mature sales org. You'll define the playbook - ICP targeting, outreach, qualification, pricing, and close. You will eventually hire the team beneath you. If you're looking for a script to follow, this isn't the right job. If you want to own a function and be rewarded when it works, read on.
Industrial automation is our strategic growth focus. Experience in that vertical, or a network there, is a strong differentiator.
What You'll Own
The full commercial pipeline: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, close
Go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the CEO. Target verticals, positioning, pricing
Account development and expansion on existing customers
Partnering with the CEO and ML engineers on technical discovery calls and proposals
CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting
Laying the groundwork for the future sales team
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
Proven B2B sales track record in enterprise software or deep-tech. Minimum 3+ years.
Technical fluency sufficient to hold a credible first meeting with a computer vision or perception engineer. You don't need to write the code, but you need to understand what they're solving.
Experience selling into one or more of: autonomous vehicles, robotics, industrial automation, computer vision / machine learning, simulation, defense / aerospace.
Full-cycle sales ownership. You've sourced and closed deals, not just managed handoffs.
Self-starter who builds structure in ambiguity, not someone who needs it handed to them.
Based in Gothenburg or able to relocate; comfortable with regular travel.
Strong advantage:
Existing network across physical AI or industrial automation buyers (engineering leads, ML engineers, heads of perception, CTOs)
Background or education in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
Experience at an early-stage company or in a market development / commercial lead role

We'll walk you through the technology and product, and expect you to ask the questions a customer would - and start building the technical answers you'll need in the field.
