Synthesis Analytics is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a full-time, permanent employment relationship, based in Sweden.


In this position, you will work as part of the Asian digital marketing department and will be responsible for the Vietnamese market.


As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, your main tasks are to plan digital marketing and implement multi-channel advertising campaigns. Your support and coordination of multi-channel marketing plans from the company’s business strategy and together with the team, implement visual marketing campaigns and brand visibility on social media.


Key responsibilities:


-Responsible for local Synthesis Analytics’ digital communication channels, as well as search engine optimization


- Planning and executing social media campaigns for the company’s product in accordance with the Asian marketing plan


-You produce marketing materials, proofread and translate content and create local content


-Measuring the impact of social media efforts and building a plan to increase the engagement


-Providing marketing analysis of local product launches, marketing campaigns, and supporting admin tasks




Requirements of the person we are looking for:


-Bachelor degree in marketing/ communication/ languages/ graphical design
1-2 years of experience in similar roles


-Good IT skills (MS Office) and can use major digital marketing platforms, e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager


-Good graphic design and video editing skills


-Ability to use Adobe CC programs is a huge plus

Synthesis Analytics is looking for a dynamic, Chief Operating Officer, to come and work in their headquarters, in Sweden. The position of the chief operating officer will be covering and managing a growing team of 25 individuals, highly skilled technical engineers, executive team members, and managers of various sub-teams.
This candidate would need to feature at least 6 years experience in senior management, and have held a chief executive officer or chief operating officer position for a minimum of four years within Europe (or Great Britain) and ideally, the candidate would have worked up from a position in high-level management as well.
They must have high organizational and leadership qualities, they must have completed some form of the personal development program, and leadership training courses outside of their selective industry.
We are also looking for this candidate to have a good understanding and discipline in finance, general business accounting, and cash flow management.
They need to be able to lead, organize and manage a team of skilled individuals.
