Topia Design är en liten och familjär UX-Designbyrå i Göteborg och det senaste tillskottet till Berge Group. ???? Projektet
Under din LIA-period hos oss kommer du att ingå i ett team som består av en senior designer från oss på Topia och fem systemutvecklare från vårt systerbolag Fore Development. Tillsammans med din handledare kommer du att arbeta med ett stort egendesignat system för vår kund inom energibranschen. Det är en väldigt spännande bransch som rör sig snabbt, så vi ser gärna att du är trygg i att komma med egna initiativ och nya idéer.
????Vem är du?
Vi söker dig med ett geniunt intresse för design och att skapa fantastisk användarupplevelse, som är nyfiken och vill lära dig. Du kommer att få en mentor som är ett ytterligare stöd och bollplank för dig, men en förutsättning för att trivas hos oss är att du gillar att ta ansvar - micro management är liksom inte vår grej.
Du läser ditt första år på en YH-utbildning inom design och har LIA under höstterminen 2024 (vi anpassar exakta datum utifrån personen). Att kommunicera flytande i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska är ett krav i det här projektet.
Vi uppskattar om du laddar upp ett portfolio eller på annat sätt visar vad du har designat hittills!


???? Plats
Vi utgår från vårt kontor i Lindholmen Science Park. Att arbeta hemifrån ibland är inga problem, men vi ser gärna att du har möjlighet att vara på plats så mycket som möjligt - då brukar du som student få ut mest av din LIA!

???? JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a creative UX-designer who will be part of a committed and inspiring team. Our mission is to create a better user experience by being innovative and forward thinking. As a consultant you will be able to get a broad set of competencies from different projects, and it is important for us to support your development. You will either work in our office at Lindholmen or part-time at one of our clients.

Be in charge of your own development
Work in both design and development teams
Develop concepts of digital solutions or services



???? YOUR PROFILE
We see that you are a person who likes dynamism and is used to working in an agile organization. You have probably developed products in tech before and are curious to learn more. You should posses the ability to question and prioritize your tasks. To be successful in this role, good communication skills is the key - both with your team and clients. We value a strong sense of ownership and engagement in everything that we do.


Requirements:
Degree or relevant education in UX-design, UI-design or Service design.
Worked professionally as a UX-designer for 2+ years.
Have experience with tools such as Figma, Illustrator etc.
English language is a requirement since we have colleagues from all over the world.
