Arbetsuppgifter

Leda designprocessen från idé och utveckling till användarcentrerade lösningar, med fokus på interaktionsdesign, visuell kvalitet och användarupplevelse.


Motivera och kommunicera designkvaliteter och designprocessens värde, samt processer, metoder och lösningar till olika intressenter.


Samarbeta med kunder och i tvärfunktionella team för att säkerställa att designen integreras sömlöst med tekniska och affärsmässiga mål och tillsammans skapa innovativa, användarvänliga lösningar.


Ta reda på och analysera användarinsikter för att motivera och kommunicera designbeslut och skapa effektfulla lösningar.


Prototypa, användartesta och iterera designlösningar baserat på insikter och feedback, för att kommunicera interaktionsflöden och koncept på ett effektivt sätt.


Bygga upp och implementera designsystem.


Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har väldigt god samarbetsförmåga, stark kundkommunikation, van att jobba kunddrivet och agilt, samt förstår affären. En BA/MA i Teknisk Design, Interaktionsdesign, produktutveckling, datavetenskap eller liknande.


Minst 5 års erfarenhet som Interaktionsdesigner, UX/UI-designer, Product Designer eller liknande inom visuell gränssnittsdesign.


Erfarenhet från offentlig sektor eller industri exempelvis fordons-, medtech- eller försvarsindustrin är en fördel.


Goda kunskaper inom HMI/UX/UI, design för digi-fysiska lösningar och kan påvisa utmärkta resultat i upplevelser och interaktionsdesign.


Erfarenhet av att arbeta med digi-fysiska och/eller tekniskt avancerade produkter.


Förmåga att leda projekt ur ett designperspektiv, inklusive att sätta upp projektbeskrivningar och anpassa planerings- och designprocessen, oavsett om projektet är inriktat på forskning, innovation, varumärkesbyggande eller HMI/UX/UI-design.


Har goda kunskaper av att arbeta med designverktyg som Figma och har kompetens inom tillgänglighetsanpassningar (WCAG).


För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du ha lång erfarenhet och att ha varit verksam inom flera olika branscher, både i stora och små projekt.

Who You Are
8+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or product strategy.
The Bridge: You speak the languages of business, engineering, and design fluently, connecting dots others miss.
The Pragmatist: You're a master of scoping. You take a grand vision and break it down into the smallest coherent piece to test and learn. You define the core of an idea and the MVP needed to prove it.
The Communicator: You're a storyteller who can facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders confidently through ambiguity.
Methodology Master: You're at home with Continuous Discovery, Opportunity Solution Trees, and ideally OKRs. You have a solid foundation of frameworks to map experiences and untangle complex problems.

You use tools such as Jira Product Discovery or Productboard to structure work, and research platforms like Dovetail or Maze to validate insights. You use Miro to map complexity, and Figma to visualize concepts and align with delivery teams.

- I rollen som UX-writer blir du en del av ett UX-team och tillsammans levererar vi användbara upplevelser som skapar nytta. Vi jobbar inom flera olika projekt både för webb och mobila appar.  
- Som UX-writer behöver du kunna se både till helheten och detaljerna i de projekt du jobbar i. Du ansvarar både för att utveckla övergripande tonalitet för våra digitala tjänster och skapa den mikrocopy som behövs.  
- Som UX-writer är du en stor del av att skapa och definiera de principer och arbetssätt som kommer ligga som grund för UX-teamets och enhetens arbete inom området. 
- Som UX-writer kommer du få anpassa budskap och tonalitet för många olika målgrupper från invånare till experter, över olika digitala tjänster.  
- Digital tillgänglighet är lagkrav för oss som offentlig verksamhet, därför är det viktigt att den copy du skriver är så enkel och inkluderande som möjligt. Du kommer också få skriva mikrocopy för olika slags hjälpmedel framför allt skärmläsare.

Vad kan vi erbjuda dig?
I tjänsten som UX-writer får du tillsammans med övriga i UX-teamet vara med och bygga en central designfunktion för den nya avdelningen projekt och utveckling och arbeta för att införa användarcentrerade arbetssätt inom Koncernstab digitalisering. Du kommer att vara med och utforma tjänster som förenklar för såväl medarbetare som patienter och invånare inom Västra Götalandsregionen.

This is what you will do most of the time:

You will challenge the way our users interact with and use the car, with special focus on touch points beyond the traditional screens, and apply systems thinking to information and experience design to find new ways to engages both driver and passengers through digi-physical or physical touchpoints along a user journey.

You will participate throughout the entire design process, from inspiration and research to building prototypes and communicating the vision for in-car digi-physical experiences. Together with a team, you contribute to the development, evaluation and documentation of novel, physical or digi-physical interaction concepts in the interior or exterior.

You will collaborate on designing, running, and testing new solutions through experiments and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity. From visual storytelling, wireframing, click-through prototypes and animations to functional interactive prototypes. You systematically ensure that concepts are coherent, satisfy user needs and expectations, understand user pain points as well as meeting safety and regulatory requirements, and minimize driver distraction.

To create new opportunities, you will explore and identify focus areas for user research, selecting appropriate research methodologies, and synthesize user research results into actionable insights for iterative concept development.

Required background and skills

Som UX-designer hos vår kund kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att lösa spännande designutmaningar tillsammans med andra erfarna designers och utvecklare. Som UX-designer hos vår kund är du en del av vårt produktutvecklingsteam som bygger deras produkt, en plattform för digitala tvillingar av fastigheter. About the Digital department

Polestar’s Digital department is a key enabler of the entire business, leveraging best-of-breed technology to create critical digital products across several domains.

Two of the most customer-facing domains are called Digital Commerce Solutions and Customer Acquisition & Services (CAS) and both have ambitious growth plans in 2022.

CAS delivers digital solutions that enable the acquisition of new customers and provides services to existing customers. About the role

As a UX/UI Designer at Polestar, you will be responsible for realizing the digital brand vision. You will ensure that the digital product is designed to optimize the customer experience and usability while securing a consistent design across digital products. You will also work closely and collaborate with Service Designers and the Digital Strategy team to ensure desired methodologies and practices are used when designing the digital products.

Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) DevOps engineer

Vi söker en junior person till vår storkund, där du ska ha erfarenhet av Linux. Du kommer att bli en del av ett befintligt IaaS team  och kommer att börja bygga kompetensen och erferenheten inom IaaS området tillsammans med kundens organisation.

Krav för rollen:
•                        Svenskt medborgarskap inkl RK3 (då detta kan komma att behövas senare)
•                        Linuxerfarenhet

Personliga egenskaper den du måste ha:
•                        Gilla att jobba i grupp
•                        Brinna för konstant lärande och att dela med sig till andra

Meriterande är tidigare erfarenhet av att ha: :

•                        OpenStack – Förstå uppbyggnad samt kunna installera, konfigurera, supporta och uppgradera
•                        Ansible – Ha erfarenhet av att jobba med Ansible samt skapa och underhålla playbooks
•                        SDN – Förstå koncept och hur detta interagerar med andra lager och komponenter. Kunna använda, konfigurera och underhålla
•                        Linux – Kunna använda, konfigurera och underhålla
•                        KVM – Kunna använda, konfigurera och underhålla
•                        Git – Kunna använda, konfigurera och underhålla
•                        Python - Kunna koda, felsöka och anpassa på en nivå där man kan arbeta effektivt med OpenStack och integration med externa och interna APIer
•                        Prometheus alt. Zabbix – Kunna sätta upp, konfigurera och underhålla. Arbeta med larmnivåer och statistik och rapporter.
•                        Ceph – Installation, felsökning, uppdateringar och support.
•                        Terraform – Infrastructure as Code som koncept och användning med Terraform
•                        PKI – Kunna använda och förstå
•                        Efterlevnad av ramverk
•                        Logghantering, ELK eller EFK – Kunna installera, konfigurera, underhålla och supporta
