About the role
As a Backend Software Developer at Benify, you'll be at the forefront of building and enhancing our large-scale, distributed application and associated services. On a typical day you could find yourself tweaking components in our Angular codebase and the next you might write Java code for analyzing trends in employee satisfaction. Using the underlying power of the Benify platform, we help our clients' administrators engage and communicate with their employees. About the role
We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Tech Organization leading the work in one of our new development teams. A high performing team consisting of both developers, tech lead and UX designers who’s focus is to ensure perfect user experience and functionality for our different type of users.
You will be a key figure in our organization, by being the bridge between R&D teams and different stakeholders, ask the right questions to understand the product needs and find the best solution together with your team - to bring business and product value. You will own thevision anddevelopment backlog forthe specific areaand make sure that the team is doing the right things, while they focus on doing things right.
What you will do in this position
As Product Owner, your main objective and responsibility is to own, build, prioritize, decide and refine stories in your backlog to maximize value-added work from a business perspective to streamline execution. You will drive the Product work in our development teams with a up to 6 month time horizon and maintaining technical integrity of the teams domain . You participate in discussions with your stakeholders and coordinate tasks with other product owners.
Your focus is to secure and own the end to end responsibility making sure our customers get the best possible system with regards to functionality and quality.
The development team expects you to drive the work with stakeholders to understand the product purpose, business value and development needs, contribute to the creation of user stories, prioritize them in the team backlog and not least secure that the acceptance criteria are met. The work include work with our longtime nearshoring team and therefore will put extra focus on your ability to involve and integrate.

We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Tech Organization leading the work in the Employee Experience & Content Management System teams. What you will do in this position

As Product Owner, your main objective and responsibility is to own, build, prioritize, decide and refine stories in your backlog to maximize value-added work from a business perspective to streamline execution. You will drive the Product work in our development teams with a up to 6 month time horizon and maintaining technical integrity of the teams domain . You participate in discussions with your stakeholders and coordinate tasks with other product owners.

Your focus is to secure and own the end to end responsibility making sure our customers get the best possible system with regards to functionality and quality.

The development team expects you to drive the work with stakeholders to understand the product purpose, business value and development needs, contribute to the creation of user stories, prioritize them in the team backlog and not least secure that the acceptance criteria are met. The work include work with our longtime nearshoring team and therefore will put extra focus on your ability to involve and integrate.

You have the ability to transform business needs into product features and understand what is technically possible. - Relevant education, probably within the field of Software Product Management

- Excellent knowledge in product management and agile processes

- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field, and 2 years as a product owner in a software engineering environment

Wishes from the team

We're a team of seven developers, both who have worked with the Benify platform for several years and who have joined more recently. On a typical day you could find yourself tweaking components in our Angular codebase and the next you might develop new functionality together with our lovely UX-department for analyzing trends in employee satisfaction. With frequent releases (Continuous Delivery), you also don't need to wait for weeks for your changes to go live. Using the underlying power of the Benify platform, we help our clients' administrators engage and communicate with their employees.

The tools our team build are used for a variety of purposes, from booking a ski cabin to sending a push message on someone's birthday. Or to automatically notify an employee that their gym card is about to expire. Our clients range from large multinational companies to smaller businesses, making it important to be able to keep several perspectives in mind at the same time, with the end goal of providing a great user experience.

About the team

The Mobile & Web teams responsibilities are many and varying; apart from owning the overall layout, components in the system and the mobile apps (iOS and Android), we also own modules like discounts (benifyDeals) and the welcome page dashboard. The team also make sure that other developers follow best practices when it comes to Angular (always the latest and greatest version) and other frontend related techniques (typescript/sass).

Som Operations Engineer hos Benify kommer du att tillhöra Enterprise Tech, och tillsammans med ytterligare en kollega ha ett övergripande ansvar för vår interna infrastruktur. Teamet består idag av totalt 8 personer med 3 stycken i Göteborg och 5 stycken i Stockholm. Du kommer rapportera till Enterprise Tech Manager och rollen kommer vara baserad i Göteborg.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som Operations Engineer kommer du att arbeta med drift och utveckling av vår interna IT miljö. Stora delar av vår miljö ligger redan i molnet och vi strävar åt att migrera ytterligare delar dit. On-prem hostar vi ett antal Windows servrar för AD, dns, dhcp, fileshare, Configuration Manager, ca och några applikationsservrar. Vi hanterar även kontorsnätverken inkluderande brandväggar, switch/router, wifi och vpn. Arbetet handlar att underhålla och utveckla vår interna IT miljö som inkluderar både server- och klient-sidan.

Hur du passar in i rollen

• Relevant educational background within Software Product Management or similar

• You have a great business, commercial & customer mindset and understand metrics, growth, usage, customer value and profitability

As a CISO at Benify, you will have the strategic responsibility for cyber security and data protection. Cyber security is an important area at Benify, something we today ensure through an extensive management system certified for ISO27001, ISO27018 & ISO27701. Together with our two Cyber Security Specialists, whom you also have staff responsibility for, you have the overall responsibility for the cyber security and data protection field. You will work closely with the business, both strategically and operationally.

• Manage our information security management system including internal and external audits.
• Work closely with clients and sales departments to ensure that we meet our customers' requirements for cyber security.

As a Fullstack Developer – Mobile & Web, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our mobile application for iOS and Android.
