We are now seeking a Product Manager to our Financial Services team. As a Product Manager you will own and define the vision and roadmap for your area. You will be part of a cross-functional product team with designers and developers.
Your team is responsible for Bokio’s embedded financial services, primarily the Bokio Business Account suite, and the underlying bank infrastructure. You will play an integral role in shaping our current and future product offering of financial services and creating a seamless user experience between banking and bookkeeping. Your metrics are directly connected to revenue goals.
In a bit more detail, your tasks will include:
Developing and owning the vision for your product area (with your team) and contribute to Bokio’s overall product vision and strategy
Communicating and promoting the vision to create excitement and keep motivation high across teams
Leading product discovery and validation, including data analysis, user research and testing, prototyping and competitor analysis
Identifying, setting up and managing strategic partnerships to strengthen Bokio’s total offering
Defining goals and measurable outcomes in line with Bokio’s business priorities and aligning stakeholders in product and beyond
Developing and maintaining the product roadmap and associated backlog, and ensuring alignment and effective collaboration with other product teams

Who you are
Very strong problem solver - as comfortable with qualitative input from customer interviews as you are crunching through quantitative metrics
Good technical understanding or experience from working with API integrations and/or financial services such as cards, payments, credit or lending
You have good business judgment and are able to translate business priorities to product implications and customer value
Communication is one of your strengths, and you can get your message across with engineering, design, business development or other stakeholders
You are comfortable making and communicating tough decisions to other teams, management and stakeholders across the organization
You have at least 2-3 years of experience in product manager roles, preferably from fast-growing software companies
Experience from running your own company is a big plus

Hybrid - remote ~3 days / week and ~2 days on-site at our office in central Gothenburg or Stockholm.

What you will do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that increases customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Create, develop and optimize relevant content that supports the role objectives.

Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to track the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing efforts and optimize campaigns based on these insights.
Lead the ideation and execution of A/B testing strategies to enhance customer engagement and improve overall conversion rates.

Proven experience in lifecycle, digital, or email marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE
Create engaging concepts to captivate and grow our community.
Plan, schedule, and monitor the performance of social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Manage all communication with our community in owned channels, including our Bokio Facebook group with over 13k entrepreneurs.
Establish a content plan based on OKRs and aligned with our marketing strategy.
Write engaging copy and create reactive content together with our Art Director.
Stay up-to-date with fast-moving trends as they arise in culture and adapt strategy accordingly to drive community growth in each of our markets (Sweden & UK).
Liaise with our customer service team to ensure that queries are resolved successfully and professionally, creating a positive and engaging community.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience in managing and growing social media channels.

At Bokio we see user research as a collaborative activity where Designers, Product Managers, Developers and other stakeholders are involved. We want to scale our research team so that we can have more awesome researchers who can identify, oversee and drive research initiatives within the teams, but also on an organisational level. In this role you will be both hands on conducting research but also evaluating and elevating research practices across the organisation, working closely with your teams but also the rest of the research team.

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE
Identify, oversee and drive exploratory, foundational, generative and evaluative research initiatives together with your assigned teams.
Drive initiatives that help the organisation gain a better understanding of our users and inform our product strategy.
Work to elevate research practices in your product teams and across the organisation.
Mentor and educate other researchers as well as the organisation to become better at conducting valuable user research.



YOUR EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience from working in a growing, fast-moving product organisation.
You have extensive experience planning, prioritising, conducting, analysing and communicating research using a broad set of qualitative research methods.
You have experience developing and scaling research structures on team and organisational level.
You have experience mentoring peers and function as an expert in your current organisation.
You have worked closely with analytics on mixed methodology research before and are familiar with quantitative research methods, utilizing metrics as well as A/B tests and can connect quantitative data with qualitative data.


WHO YOU ARE
You have empathy and always strive for deep understanding of user needs, perspectives and behaviours.
You have strong interpersonal skills and can easily collaborate with people but are also very autonomous and comfortable working on your own.
You have excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience of working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.

You are solution orientated and comfortable working in an environment where you don't have all the answers.

Your role as a UX designer at Bokio plays an important part in how we build the final solution. We try to keep our team sizes as small as possible so we can move quickly and efficiently.


What you will do at Bokio
You will create, improve and optimise any part of our product in terms of UX and visual design.
Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers. But also of course with other UX designers and researchers.
Work across the entire product design field, meaning from research to hand-off to developers.
Measure continuously, analyse data and gather learnings that will lead to data driven decisions.
Facilitate and conduct interviews with our users to understand their problems and needs.
Test your designs with real users to make sure you're actually solving real problems.
Take responsibility for your creations and make sure it fits together with our design system.


Who you are
You have at least 5 years of work experience in product design, research and in running A/B tests.
You are highly empathetic, you know how users think and feel at any given stage in the user journey.
You have a “get things done” mentality and a relentless desire for learning new things.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have good communication skills and you are fluent in English and Swedish.
You have the ability to work quickly, independently and pragmatically; you can handle multiple design projects concurrently while shifting priorities as required to meet deadlines.
You are creative, you think outside of the box and love to solve problems.
You follow along with industry trends for interactions, digital design and more.
