This is what you will do most of the time:

- Engage in requirement management activities that involve reviews, innovative design, and collaborative discussions with fellow function owners, attribute leaders, and suppliers.

- You will have the responsibility of preserving, overseeing, and crafting functions in alignment with the dynamic landscape of technology advancements, business office strategies, supplier approaches, and the evolving realm of customer use cases and behavioral patterns.

- Your role will include ensuring full compliance of the functions with all EU legal and EU NCAP rating requirements.

- Support testers with function verification and verification methods.

Qualifications and experiences:

- M.Sc. Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar.?

- Experience in automotive function and/or systems development.

- Experience with ADAS/AD including EU regulations, Euro NCAP and ISO26262.

- Experience in Requirements engineering and EE Architecture.

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

- Driver’s License category B.

ADAS Specialist: Attribute Leader

Do you like to think big? Do you want to be a part of creating mobility solutions that are entirely new?

We are looking for an ADAS expert that will lead our product development forward. You will be on the look out for the best suppliers of ADAS functions, the new market trends, the new regulations, and the best technology. You will set up the performance requirements of the functions and you will promote the required products and functions for each vehicle line.

At CEVT we will build an eco-system based on our key partnerships and research projects to be on the front end of the ADAS race in the Geely family and in the world.

As our ADAS Specialist, you will be based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, but you will collaborate on a daily basis with the engineering teams in Sweden and China as well as 3rd party suppliers.

This is what you will do most of the time:

- Collaborate with the project and product team to develop CEVT's Intelligent ADAS systems.

- Take the lead in defining driver perception from a user-centric perspective.

- Provide support to the ADAS team in the selection of suppliers, subsystems, and components.

- Define quantitative metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product capabilities.

- Effectively report KPIs about the development and test status of the end user ADAS functions.

- Innovate, establish best practices, and enhance internal processes.

- Interpret test results, propose recommendations for improvement, and articulate how changes will impact the product.

- Document and present findings to cross-functional teams and engineering management.

- Support vehicle milestones by contributing attribute inputs at each project phase.

- Serve as the key point of contact for Vehicle Engineering in all matters related to complete vehicle ADAS.

- Organize and oversee test events and competitor benchmark events, both internally and at external labs and proving grounds.

You and your skills

- EU B-driver’s license.

- A minimum of 5 years of OEM product development experience in ADAS & Functional Safety.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.

- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and vehicle control.

- Proven track record of defining, managing, and achieving system and vehicle-level safety targets.

- Sound working knowledge of vehicle system functionality and electro/mechanical control strategies.

- Hands-on experience in system/software development and automated driving feature testing.

- Previous experience in ADAS testing, including instrumentation, data acquisition, and data processing.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in interpreting customer quality data (e.g., JD Power).

- Capable of working as a member of a team across several cross functional disciplines, including with external stakeholders.

- Meritorious is previous knowledge of ADAS regulations: NCAP, R79, R152, R157.

- Thoroughness and attention to details.

- Proven leadership experience.

- Fluent in English, speaking and writing.

The Mission of Vehicle Homologation & Compliance at CEVT is:

- To ensure knowledge of Product Compliance Requirements for all applicable markets

- To lead the organization in securing Vehicle Homologation and Product Compliance for markets outside China

We are currently looking for an additional Subject Matter Expert in the area of automotive legal requirement and homologation.

This is an expert role where you will be delivering support to R&D regarding current and changing Vehicle Regulations within your area of expertise, aswell as planning needed documentation, driving R&D colleagues to deliver correct status ahead of certification and performing and reporting certification tests in different projects. Based at Lindholmen, Gothenburg, you will be working closely with Homologation Lead, Attribute and System Lead roles at CEVT as well as with colleagues at Geely & Zeekr in China.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a structured and responsible individual who has a substantial experience of the legal requirements within several expert areas and of working with Vehicle Regulations in general and that you excel at clear communication.

Main focus in your role

- To act as legal requirement and homologation expert within different projects

- To co-ordinate and supervise homologation and certification activities in order to receive Component-, System- and National Vehicle approvals.

- To work as our external contact with relevant authorities and organizations and internal legal requirement expert in the development process.

- Potentially managing WVTA and project planning for current programs (not new projects)

Suitable background and experiences

- Several years of documented experience of homologation and certification at an OEM within automotive with focus on global markets (China, Europe and US)

- Ability to lead and drive with persistency to finalize your tasks

- Courageous in driving regulatory issues

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with good ability to be able to understand and summarize new legal requirements

- Experience of System Weaver for requirement setting is beneficial.

- Knowledge about Material legislation (RRR etc) and knowledge about legal requirements related to labels is beneficial

You will also help us transform from a traditional automotive waterfall ways-of-working to an agile environment, hence previous experience in agile transformation is especially meriting. As Function Owner, the workflow is to design a function by creating and breaking down requirements into different levels. This job requests a high-level working both within the team, and outside towards other teams/subsystems and the components which are involved within your function area. The job requires tracking of all progress of software development made by the ECU supplier toward developing functions and attributes realized by multiple systems. Internally CEVT and externally towards ZEEKR/VCC/Geely and the supplier. Follow up issues in CEVT engineering systems. Reporting back progress to the managers. You will work in a team with about 25 persons with different roles as ECU Component Owners, Subsystem Owners, Technical Function Developers and Technology Leaders.

The arena

Chief Designer Colour, Material and Finish (CMF)

The automotive business is undergoing a paradigm shift facing tough challenges and great opportunities. In the transformation journey towards new mobility, electrification, and autonomous drive we are committed and proud to stand behind the group strategy in becoming carbon neutral by 2045.

As a Chief Designer CMF you are a key player in shaping the future sustainable CMF palate for ZEEKR brand.

What you will do:

-You will be responsible for delivering complete CMF solutions for several projects, often with simultaneous or overlapping timetables.

-You will push the sustainable envelope both internally and towards external stakeholders, by a fact-based approach and making sure that our material strategies are implemented.

-You creatively lead and coach a group of CMF program designers that are assigned to specific projects.

-You have a holistic creative perspective rooted in design briefs and project manifestos.

Essential qualifications:

-Consistent and proven previous CMF Design experience from automotive industry, as well highly beneficial if you have managerial skills with leading/coaching abilities. A minimum of at least 10 years’ work experience.

-Visionary outlook to challenge status quo and dogmatic views, but also a negotiator and being able to compromise when needed.

-Being able to manage several projects at the same time, as well multiple stakeholders for successful collaboration across design disciplines, R&D, Project and Marketing teams.

-Coaching and inspirational abilities.

-The usual software package - Adobe Creative Suite and VRED. Other software skills like Key Shot, Substance, Blender, Rhino is always an advantage.

You will be responsible for the verification done by the team and manage the team on daily bases. The team consists of four main verification areas for Body, Comfort, Passive safety, and High voltage areas. Chief Designer Colour, Material and Finish (CMF)

What you will do:

-You will be responsible for delivering complete CMF solutions for several projects, often with simultaneous or overlapping timetables.

-You will push the sustainable envelope both internally and towards external stakeholders, by a fact-based approach and making sure that our material strategies are implemented.

-You creatively lead and coach a group of CMF Lead designers that are assigned to specific projects.

-You have a holistic creative perspective rooted in design briefs and project manifestos.

-You identify synergies and work with commonality cross projects/brands, joint effort with other CMF Chief designers.

-Co-creator of CMF strategies based on research, innovations and consumer/social trends.

Essential qualifications:

-Consistent and proven previous CMF Design experience (not necessarily from automotive but beneficial). A minimum of at least 10 years’ work experience.

As part of our Exterior Design Team, you will create the new visual identity of Zeekr's mobility portfolio. This is what you will do most of the time:

Digital Product Management

- Establish User Experience design processes, from research, through experimentation and validation of new ideas, to the execution at full-scale.
- Lead the product definition and execution around all UX domains, including the in-vehicle (cockpit and autonomous drive), off-vehicle (application and website), and new mobility domains (sharing, etc.) using internal resources and external partners
- Coordinate with Strategy and Vehicle Planning to keep strategy blueprint up to date and influence future vehicle capabilities to level up digital UX (cockpit, connected)
- Manage the relationships with 3rd parties and their integration within the ZEEKR ecosystem up to user acceptance test phases

You will participate throughout the entire design process, from inspiration and research to building prototypes and communicating the vision for in-car digi-physical experiences. Together with a team, you contribute to the development, evaluation and documentation of novel, physical or digi-physical interaction concepts in the interior or exterior.

You will collaborate on designing, running, and testing new solutions through experiments and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity. From visual storytelling, wireframing, click-through prototypes and animations to functional interactive prototypes. You systematically ensure that concepts are coherent, satisfy user needs and expectations, understand user pain points as well as meeting safety and regulatory requirements, and minimize driver distraction.

To create new opportunities, you will explore and identify focus areas for user research, selecting appropriate research methodologies, and synthesize user research results into actionable insights for iterative concept development.

Required background and skills

You need to collaborate and drive the planning of the activities for validation, subsystem development, function/attributes, electrical architecture, EOL/Factory etc. and respond to the project needs.
Externally you will follow up progress towards VCC/Geely/other customer and TIER1 suppliers. Geely will be your main contact and previous experience from China and spoken mandarin is a merit.
Previous experience from CEVT/VCC is a merit highly valued.
The component work will very much be driven individually by you so you need to have good discipline and take responsibility for your work and care about the project deadlines and requests. You are expected to continuously report back progress to the Body Electronics technical leader and the head of ECU Development aswell as project lead.

This is what you will do most of the time:

In this role, you will have responsibilities both as Subsystem Owner and as Function Owner. The main focus will be on Function Owner work and Subsystem on a need basis depending on workload.

As a Function Owner, you will own function/functions which means the responsibility to:

- Develop functional and technically feasible concepts for meeting project pre-requisites
- Create functional specifications and requirements to develop a system that can provide the best realizable functionality, quality and meet all the regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed design reviews with stakeholders
- Refine the functional description requirements or function realization requirements and allocated them to subsystem
- Deliver/maintain functional requirement plan, report deviations from plan, initiate and follow up corrective action
- Conduct quality assurance reviews like FMEA and Risk Assessments
- Manage system/component suppliers to ensure components with required features and functions deliver per specification and project timing

As a System Owner, the workflow is to handshake with all the allocated function realization requirements and break them down into subsystem-level requirements which can be provided to suppliers for SW development. A system plan shall be created to fulfill the release plan of each project. This job requests a high level of work both within the team, outside towards other teams/subsystems and the components which are involved in fulfilling passive safety functionality at the subsystem. The job requires tracking all progress of software development made by the SR's supplier towards developing functions and attributes realized by the system. You'll follow up on progress at all involved departments, internally towards CEVT and externally towards Geely/Zeekr and the supplier, as well as follow-up issues in CEVT engineering systems.
