Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aviation Structural Worker to join our team. Basic Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an aviation structural worker.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and work processes.
Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of relevant work tools, including the ability to perform precise measurements.
Structural Adjustment: Strong ability to adjust, process, drill, and install complex structural components.
Corrosion Prevention: Experience in carrying out corrosion prevention treatment for structural materials.
Work Quality: Ability to perform high-quality, clean structural work.

Conditions:
Ability to work at heights and in high noise levels.
Comfortable working under pressure, carrying weights, and working in standing or kneeling positions.

Skills and Attitude:
Team Integration: Disciplined with the ability to integrate effectively into a team.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays, and to work in shifts.
Reliability: Strict adherence to aviation rules and procedures, with immediate reporting of any events during work.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Vi på Donsö Engine & Shiprepair i Göteborg söker dig, en erfaren mekaniker. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bestå av renovering och underhåll utav större fartygsmotorer. Du kommer arbeta tätt ihop med fem andra erfarna kollegor. Du kommer rapportera till Verkstadschefen i Göteborg samt projektledare.



Din profil

Vi söker dig som god kunskap av motorer och dess funktion samt erfarenhet av att plocka isär, renovera och montera ihop. Din kunskap och erfarenhet kan komma via utbildning, arbetserfarenhet eller fritidsintresse. Du skall kunna hantera ett högt tempo, vara noggrann och ordningsam. Du ska vara en lagspelare men också kunna arbeta självständigt. Flexibilitet är en stor del av arbetet, då vi arbetar med väder och vind. Du kommer ingå i vårt team i Göteborg där du främst jobbar dagtid men resande arbete, kvällar och helger kan förekomma vid behov.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet av större high- och medium speed motorer samt dess mekanik, gärna i fartygsmiljö.

We seek a motivated mechanical technician to join our small, fast moving team developing a new electric aircraft in Sweden. We’re in a very expansive phase and now is the time to join our team.

Role Description

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a passion for working in and around aircraft, are skilled with hand assembly processes and mechanical engineering construction. You are a responsible, practical person who enjoys a “hands-on” role and you can work both independently and as part of a small team. Additionally, you enjoy taking on difficult challenges and finding innovative solutions, you readily adapt to change, and you are motivated and driven to continually learn and improve.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Assist in the management and development of aircraft hangar facilities

Work as part of a team to construct workshops, labs and aviation test rigs

Build-up an appropriate inventory of tools and equipment to support engineering developments

Perform inspection, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment

Oversee and maintain the goods-in receiving area and supervise local logistics

Ensure safe working practices


Qualifications & Experience
