What you will do
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to guide and lead our organization in this complex environment and provide hands-on support as well as strategic advice on trade and customs related topics.

In this role your focus will be to:
Be the primary subject matter expert for import and export regulations, giving advice and support to our European legal entities. Being the primary expert in the field of HS Classification, Country of Origin determination, Customs Valuation and Free Trade Agreements.
Serve as strategic advisor on the impact of trade restrictions, tariffs and emerging frameworks.
Supervise and be the Business Product Owner for SAP and in particular the GTS module. Practical experience of the system is preferred.
Monitor regulatory changes and compliance trends in order to keep the organisation up to date.
Design and monitor internal compliance programs, SOP’s and perform periodic audits to ensure compliance. Develop training programs for internal stakeholders to promote compliance awareness and accountability.
Provide guidance and being familiar with the Export Control and Sanctions area. Including other jurisdictions such as the UK and US.

This position is a remote position, preferrable located near any of our sites in Sweden, Germany or France.

You will bring
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in global trade compliance with a strong focus on customs regulations - preferably in the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth knowledge of import and export regulations and key customs topics: HS classification, country of origin, valuation.
Experience with SAP GTS (preferred) or similar trade management systems.
Knowledge of global customs regimes (e.g., EU Union Customs Code, US CBP, China GAC, etc.) is advantageous.
Experience and knowledge in Export Control and understanding of dual-use or export-controlled technologies.

Nu söker vi en lageransvarig till vår kund i Sävedalen inom processindustrin. Tjänsten som lageransvarig innebär att du ansvarar för att ta emot inkommande och utgående leveranser samt orderplock och packning. Du planerar och organiserar lagret för att säkerställa ett optimalt och effektivt nyttjande av lagerytan.

Företaget arbetar med kunder över hela världen, därför skickas gods internationellt och utanför EU. I rollen förekommer därför arbete i affärssystemet Unifaun och med tulldeklarationer. Arbetet innebär ett helhetsansvar för lagret, hantering av lagersaldo samt inläsning/återrapportering och att hålla koll på leveranser. Truckkort och erfarenhet av att köra truck är ett krav för tjänsten.

Företagets har en säsongsbetonad verksamhet vilket innebär att mängden arbete varierar under året. Under vår och sommaren har de en hög orderingång som sen planar ut under hösten och vintern. Därför är flexibilitet, stresshantering och att kunna arbeta strukturerat viktiga delar i rollen.

Arbetstiderna är 7-16.00 måndag till fredag, med startdatum i början av nästa år.

Do you want to be an active part in developing our Intermodal business and ports, offering new solutions and products? As Intermodal Operational Manager your responsibility is to lead our dispatch team and develop the department in order to ensure high quality service delivery and to meet customer expectation. You will be the operational contact with our partners and suppliers for the Intermodal solution. You will also participate and be a resource in projects that is related to developments of our IT-systems, operationally and customer facing.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Develop our total Intermodal product
- Lead the Intermodal team Gothenburg/Rostock
- Optimize our Intermodal train solutions, trade management
- Participate in projects that is related to the Intermodal department

- Be responsible for the operational contact to our partners/suppliers like railways companies /terminals etc.

The team is now growing where we are looking for an Intermodal Operational Manager, that will be responsible for and lead our three dispatchers that are placed in Gothenburg and Rostock.

Qualifications:
- University degree within transport/logistics or equivalent
- Background from Intermodal railway set up or similar
- Previous leadership experience
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. If you speak German it´s a plus!
