Role Description
As a Salesforce Consultant you are in the front line of our Salesforce deliveries at our customers. You are highly skilled within Salesforce and best practices around functional and semi-technical areas which you operate in your day-to-day business.

A Salesforce Consultant at Redpill Linpro works in between Analysis and Hands-on work and we believe in finding the best fit for you together and through an iterative process where you will always challenge yourself and learn new stuff in Salesforce!

Who are You?

You have participated in multiple Salesforce implementations as a consultant, or you have worked in-house with multiple areas of Salesforce in a single Organisation.

You have broad experience with hands-on within Salesforce and you love trying out new stuff and see how the latest releases from Salesforce suits old and new business requirements.

You have extensive experience with configuration on the Salesforce platform which you mix with analytical skills to create the best solutions for your users.

Intelligent Implants is at the forefront of electrotherapeutic devices to treat disease and aid recovery in bone and other tissues.
We pioneer the use of data, engineering, and medicine to bring novel, active and connected medical devices to healthcare. Our integrated devices facilitate treatment for the patient, as well as, decision making for the healthcare professional.

The Position
- Lead the development of the SmartFuse technology system, including the implant (SmartFuse Cage), the wearable (SmartFuse ECaP) and the data system (SmartFuse Cloud, Physician Portal and Patient App) ensuring it moves from prototype & trials, through to a fully functioning, approved & certified system accepted by the medical / healthcare community.

- Put in place the required disciplines and approach to successfully develop a Class III implantable device, including Quality Management System, Validation and Verification Testing to support FIH, getting the system under design controls, establishing design inputs/outputs, etc.

- Recruit and build a highly capable product development team across mechanical, electrical and software disciplines, as well as the necessary support across quality and regulatory.

- Forge a strong partnership with the current R&D team, setting a foundation for a high quality working relationship based on trust and respect.

- Develop effective supply chain partnerships for the group, as well as engagements, where necessary, with external product development partners.

- Support and prepare for engagements with regulatory bodies, setting the company up for maximum success with FDA and CE-mark certification.

- Instil a culture of enthusiasm and excellence around performance, quality, standards and discipline, while ensuring adoption of best practices for a company at this stage of development.

- Design a strong team culture that empowers the group to deliver on its objectives, and is characterised by open communication, the sharing of knowledge, clearing of roadblocks and effective expectation setting.

- Collaborate with senior management in defining the commercial product development plan, ensuring the appropriate strategy and economics for a platform of this type.

Technical Experience
- Leads or has led the development of Class III implantable devices, ideally with exposure to implantable electronics (wireless power & communications) from lab through to market acceptance.

- Technically, and ideally, possesses experience with orthopedic implants, hermetic sealing of implantable electronics, wireless power and communication, wearable medical devices, PEEK and titanium manufacturing, and/or remote monitoring systems.

Leadership
- Possesses strong project leadership skills, with the capability to drive a systematic and planned approach to platform development through the application of established principles and processes.

- Builds strong, high performance, multi-disciplinary teams ideally within start-up environments.

- Mentors and guides, setting clear objectives and influencing outcomes.

- Hands on in style, comfortable with getting involved in all areas of the business with minimal support.

• Strong managerial toolkit and proven track record of successfully executing/managing client projects
• Experience in successfully developing and selling to life science clients in Sweden/the Nordics
• Relevant network in the life science market (pharma/biotech market)
• Team player with a strong entrepreneurial streak and interest in building out personal value proposition in the biotech/pharma/innovation space
• Fluent in English (team language is English)

Safe training in confined spaces, at high heights and with hazardous materials and equipment can be very expensive, difficult to scale and sometimes, not even possible to do outside the real-life work environment.

By deploying virtual reality integrated mechanical hardware to create smart training solutions, we can decentralize and lower training costs for workers in our target sectors and environments. Our background
TNTX is founded by Thomas Vikström and Thomas Lindgren.
Vikström is a Boden native now based in Silicon Valley. Vikström was a foundational senior engineering leader at Tesla from 2009 to 2019 leading the Model S/X and Semi Truck engineering from concept to post-production. Vikström is a technologist, serial entrepreneur and angel investor who brings rigorous technical innovation and business development focus to TNTX. Vikström is a Board Member of Australian Neobank, Xinja.

Lindgren is a serial entrepreneur, professional board member, chairman and angel investor who is responsible for several international ventures. He has built successful companies across a variety of industries, with a focus on gaming, e-learning and simulation. Lindgren has been integral to drive financing and divestiture to companies such as Autodesk, Saab and Tencent. Thomas Lindgren is an ambassador for Boden and driving initiatives to build a digital industry in the area, including setting up a couple of game studios, in addition to the work with TNTX.

The management team also include Karen Orford and Bill Fisher.
Orford, an Australian entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley. Orford is a start-up specialist, mentor, and an experienced marketing, PR, and business development professional with a demonstrable track record of success within the technology industry. Together with her extensive personal network and global experience as an entrepreneur Karen has helped accelerate the growth, development, and investment of 50 plus Australian companies enabling them to go global.

Fisher established Englishtown.com (now EF English Live), building it to 350MUSD in sales across 12 major markets. He also served as China CEO for EF Education First, growing EF China into a national brand with 6000+ team members across hundreds of learning centers. Fisher has a degree in Computer Science from Brown University, is an investor in several early-stage start-ups. He is currently co-founder and CEO of Stackray, an "AIOps" company.

Your new challenge
As a Senior System Developer you will be the lead developer for Wanderword’s industry leading platform, used to develop interactive audio entertainment products. Being lead developer includes coaching and mentoring your team of colleagues as well as ensuring a structured and organised development process. The platform will be used for both in-house content development as well as be licensed to 3rd parties, which will mean having a good way of structuring your support and maintenance.

You will work closely with the Head of Studio to plan the product road map and production. You will motivate what tools you think that the company should use to create the most efficient development process, delivering the quality expected. Setting up a structure, architecture and guidelines for documentation will be an important part of preparing the platform to be licensed to external parties.

Who are we looking for?
We think you have five years or more of proven system development experience. You have good English skills and excellent initiative, self-motivation, organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to drive direction and development.

You probably have a degree in systems science and we also think that you are passionate about learning everything about our products.
