Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
Professional experience developing software for embedded Linux environments using modern C++
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development
Proficient in English (both written and spoken), Swedish language skills beneficial but not required
Desirable Skills Experience with real-time systems, safety-critical applications, or functional safety standards
Knowledge of scripting languages (such as Python)

Om företaget - Redemptor
Redemptor är en järnvägsentreprenad inom maskiner och utrustning, som har utvecklat Europas branschledande mätsystem för spårlägesmätning. Mätsystemet, TMS 19 möjliggör att enkelt utföra en belastad spårlägesmätning, något som tidigare gjorts manuelt. Med sina 35 anställda erbjuder Redemptor arbetsledning, planering, säkerhetspersonal, besiktningsmän samt förare. Som en del av satsning av det nya mätsystemet har Redemptor startat ett dotterbolag, Redemptor Specialsystem och söker nu en person med entreprenörsanda som kan agera ledande i att ta Redemptor Specialsystem till nästa nivå.

Nu söker vi en Product Owner / Projektledare som kan komplettera teamet och agera ledande för att ta Redemptors nya affärsområde till nästa nivå. Det finns stora möjligheter att växa och utvecklas i sin roll, tillsammans med bolaget.

Arbetsbeskrivning
Combine Control Systems har utvecklat Redemptors mätsystem, som används för att mäta järnvägsspårläge. Ett arbete som tidigare genomförts manuellt. Detta är ett pågående utvecklingsarbete som nyligen lanserats mot slutkund.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:

Produktägarskap och utvecklingsarbete: Du kommer att ha ägandeskap för produktfrågor och ansvara för utvecklingsplaneringen av mätsystemet. Tillsammans med ingenjörerna på Combine Control Systems har ni ett nära samarbete för att utveckla systemet. Du agerar som länk mellan slutkund, Redemptor Specialsystem och utvecklingsteamet.

Ledande roll i teknisk support: Du kommer att vara en nyckelperson i att bygga upp en teknisk supportfunktion där du och ditt kommande team kommer att assistera kunder med tekniska frågor och behov.

Kundrelationer: Bygga och vårda starka kundrelationer genom att förstå deras behov, krav och önskemål. Planera och samordna installationer hos kunderna och säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet.

Nykundsbearbetning: Aktivt arbeta med att attrahera nya kunder och utveckla affärsrelationer. Hantera beställningar av nya komponenter i enlighet med kundbehov.

Inköp och Leverantörsrelationer: Ansvara för inköp och förhandling med leverantörer. Säkerställa rätt utrustning och material för installationer och kundbehov.

Erfarenhet av att projektledare och/eller arbete som Product Owner

Arbetsbeskrivning
I rollen som gruppchef är du en nyckelperson i vår tillväxtresa där du tillsammans med ledningsgruppen driver affärsutvecklingen. Rollen kan delas upp i tre delar där du;

- Ansvarar för att driva försäljningen och affären framåt samt skapa nya affärsmöjligheter inom området Embedded Systems i Göteborg. Du håller i kunddialoger och ansvarar för offertfrågor.
- Din roll innebär även att leda och fördela arbetet för medarbetarna i teamet, som består av tekniskt kunniga konsulter. Som gruppchef har du fullt personalansvar och ansvarar för lönesättning, vidareutveckling och kompetensförsörjning i teamet.
- Då detta är ett nytt affärsområde i Göteborg kommer du, tillsammans med HR att rekrytera och bygga upp ditt team. Här får du möjlighet att vara delaktig i utformningen av just din grupp.


Detta är en roll där du får ett stort ägandeskap och har möjlighet att påverka din egen arbetsbeskrivning. Vi ökar just nu vårt fokus på lösnings- och projektleveranser med tvärvetenskapliga team, där implementationen och integration av AI, reglerteknik och algoritmer kommer vara en stor del. För att tillgodose kunders behov och önskemål sker samarbete mellan de olika affärsområdena och du arbetar även över kontorsgränserna med gruppchefer inom samma område på våra andra kontor i Lund och Linköping.

Vem är du?
För oss är, förutom tekniken, människan i fokus och vi söker dig med en positiv inställning och förmågan att motivera och få med dig andra för att skapa resultat. Du har intresset och förmågan att förstå affärsmässiga principer med fokus på god lönsamhet och tillväxt och drivs av möjligheten att utveckla den lokala kundaffären i regionen. Utbildning och erfarenhet

- Flerårig arbetslivserfarenhet, varav tidigare erfarenhet inom ledarskap
- Goda kunskaper inom Embedded Software
- Eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna inom industriell ekonomi eller civilingenjörsexamen inom data, elektro, teknisk fysik eller annan relevant inriktning
- Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska
- B-körkort
- Meriterande med erfarenhet från konsultbranschen eller cybersäkerhet.
