We are now looking for a Lead Architect Digital Cockpit to join our team in Gothenburg.
Job Responsibilities
As the lead architect COC you will lead the interpretation and analysis of the latest Google&Android; requirements, technological trends and methodologies. Lead and support the activities of proof of concept for new beneficial proposals and the introduction to actual programs/projects as common, reusable and future-proof solutions. Be the internal stakeholder interface for Google&Android; competency and support the customer-oriented architectural activities.
As the lead architect of arch hub you will be responsible for maintaining the architecture, system design, strategy and roadmap of the superset product Cloudpeak, with support from other architects and TLs. Bridging between the new ideas from COC, the new business strategies from BG, and the new product definition&introduction;. Lead the definition of the best practice of processes and ways of working with the alignment across other architects and TLs. Architectural and technological support in R&D team's product delivery work. Internal stakeholder interface for product architecture and support the customer-oriented architectural activities.

?Job Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and R&D within the tech industry, preferably focused on consumer electronics, mobile platforms, or cloud-connected products.
Proven experience in a lead architect or principal engineer role, demonstrating the ability to define, maintain, and drive the architecture and roadmap of a complex product or product suite
Deep, verifiable expertise in Google & Android platforms, including a thorough understanding of their latest requirements, architectural changes, APIs, and technological trends.
Demonstrated success in leading the research, design, and execution of PoCs for novel technologies, and successfully transitioning them into common, reusable, and robust product solutions.
Strong background in defining and documenting comprehensive system designs, strategies, and technical roadmaps. Leadership & Stakeholder Management.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a group of architects and technical leads (TLs), including setting best practices for architectural design and development processes.

Position Overview:
The IT Business Partner will be responsible for providing comprehensive services and technical support to ECARX SE Site, ensuring smooth operations of IT infrastructure, functional capabilities, and information security. The incumbent will lead the local helpdesk service, manage IT assets, collaborate with development functions to prioritize and implement solutions, and support Corporate IT in developing IT strategy, roadmap, and policies. Additionally, the IT Infrastructure Manager will provide support to overseas offices and contribute to new office setups.
General Duties:
Assess and enhance IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, switches, routers, and firewalls, to optimize operations and align with company IT strategy.
Ensure high-level IT security by implementing appropriate tools and systems for data security and cyber security, in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with development teams to evaluate and select fit-for-purpose solutions based on priority-based cases, ensuring efficient and smooth operation of all applications.
Lead the helpdesk team to provide troubleshooting for all operation systems and applications.
Prepare IT budget, manage IT assets (hardware, software, SaaS/cloud assets, etc.), and oversee user accounts, access permissions, and Active Directory administration.
Liaise with global IT for IT-related projects, execute IT policies for all SE users, and align SE IT assets, investments, and priorities with global IT.
Provide training on IT-related policies, cybersecurity threat mitigation, application usage, and other relevant IT knowledge and skills.
Support other EU offices, including those in the UK and DE, and contribute to the setup of new offices as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
Practical experience in internet/web development, with knowledge of hardware and software.
Familiarity with enterprise network devices (Huawei, Cisco, H3C, Fortinet) and TCP/IP network.
Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and proficiency in Windows/Linux Server, Active Directory, MDT, VMware vSphere, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Gerrit, Jfrog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Familiarity with databases such as My or MS , and Redis.

About the Role
Software Factory (SwF) is our central department responsible for integrating, building, testing, and releasing our vehicle software products, as well as harmonizing and rolling out processes, methods, and tools across the global software development organization at ECARX.
Software Factory covers many different areas like CI/CD architecture, Cloud infrastructure, integration, release, test automation, and software quality. Hence, working with us means setting the base for state-of-the-art software development practices within ECARX to meet current and future demands.
Being a DevOps engineer at ECARX is about optimizing the whole. Processes, methods, tools, IT Infrastructure, information model and automation Framework are all included in Software Factory scope. The function of SwF is developer centric in the sense that the solutions are optimized with respect to the developer’s everyday work.


Responsibilities
As an engineer and developer in SwF you will be part of an agile team with technical hands on focus in close collaboration with the Product Owner and the projects.
You will be responsible for feature and infrastructure development (using state-of-the-art methods).

Purpose and responsibility for the role is to support and create a high performing product development organization and culture together with the Managing Director and the Head of Engineering at ECARX SE to support the business goals of ECARX Group.
Support and coordinate collaboration between ECARX SE and other international teams.
Lead and take on specific assignments for ECARX SE as part of the ECARX group growth.
Support the Managing Director of ECARX SE with legal and local adaptations in connection with ECARX Group strategy.
Responsibilities:
Busines responsible for development (budget allocation, service level agreements, o2c)
Support budget and other corporate responsibility for ECARX SE and coordinate with ECARX Group.
Be active in understanding and meeting the development organization and the development teams.
Run and execute specific assignments or projects supporting ECARX SE and ECARX Group.
Active member of the ECARX SE Leadership team.

Qualifications:

Manage budget preparations, forecasts, and financial modelling and analysis of the Gothenburg site business to support International Business Unit and ECARX Group strategic planning.

Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

The Role
We are looking for experienced Software Engineers who wants to join us in establishing our new global footprint and our journey towards changing how intelligent software in the car will interact with its users.
You will be part of a platform team, working with design and implementation of an infotainment platform based on Android Automotive technology.
We use an agile development flow. All our teams are fully responsible for the complete chain from product expectations to deployed functionality.
What you will be doing
You will be an integral part of the growing ECARX ecosystem, creating great experiences for car users all over the world through smarter in-car digital systems
Developing low-level software for future infotainment systems
Design, implement and test platform related features in Android and QNX OS
Define and develop the platform SW architecture jointly with the development team
Cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders to define protocols and interfaces in the SW platform

Our platform teams typically work with configuration and optimization, networking, IP protocols, Vehicle SWDL and cyber security.
