As Product Owner Lead for Studio you are responsible for Product Management team that consist of Product Owners and Proses Masters reporting to you. You are overseeing development progress, product quality of all products produced by Studio and representing Studio Roadmap. Together with Product Owners and Process Masters team in the Game Studio you are responsible for effective delivery and best quality of game products produced in the Studio.
You are keeping Games Studio Roadmap in accordance with company strategy. You are the main contact point for all external stakeholders with all questions requests about Studio Roadmap. Together with Product team you are researching market, assessing competitors' landscape and determining customers’ needs. Based on this knowledge and priorities of Company Backlog you are developing products and features that contribute to Games in Portfolio.
You are fully involved in game development process at least on one project in a role of Product Owner to be up to date with latest game development flow and understand all challenges that team face. Day-to-day work can be anything from diving into some Java code, improving our in-house frameworks or even experimenting with new technologies.
