About the Role
We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join our Corporate Operations team.
In this role, you will play an important part at the company by aligning the people strategy with the business strategy to enhance organizational performance. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Operations and works closely with the top management to implement people agendas.


Your Responsibilities include:
· Collaborate with the global HRBP team to shape, execute, and monitor the people strategy.
· Update and maintain the Compensation and Benefits strategy and policies.
· Oversee guidelines and procedures throughout the talent life-cycle.
· Act as a reliable advisor to the top management.
· Provide guidelines to managers through annual HR processes.
· Assist with organisational change by creating plans for change management and employee engagement.
· Handle union negotiations.
· Develop employee communications based on the company’s communication strategy and maintain the HR SharePoint page.

You are a collaborative and proactive HR professional with strong strategic and operational skills, thriving in dynamic, global environments. With a talent for fostering relationships at all levels, you guide managers through talent management processes and offer trusted advice to senior leaders. Detail-oriented and adaptable, you are passionate about delivering HR initiatives that align closely with business objectives and drive organizational success.

For this role, you will need:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 6+ years of experience in a similar role
· Strong business mindset with ability to translate strategic planning into operational activities
· Hands-on and able to multi-task
· Open to constant change and feel comfortable in a high paced global environment
· Curious, quick learner and have basic tech proficiency to use SAP, SharePoint
· Strong knowledge of the Swedish labour law and experience working with unions
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
· Proficiency in Swedish and English is a must. Chinese is a plus.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless cross-border employee mobility across multiple Geely entities. Working collaboratively within the team, you will manage and support the onboarding of international hires, coordinating all aspects of global mobility. This includes, but is not limited to, immigration, relocation, tax compliance, social insurance, pensions, and payroll administration.
In close partnership with recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, and external vendors, you will help deliver a smooth and positive relocation experience. Your work will strengthen international collaboration and directly support Geely’s broader strategic objectives. The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining close cooperation to understand business needs, address challenges, and align mobility solutions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, support, and provide guidance on relocation and immigration matters to Geely entities and their international hires.


Manage and oversee work permit applications in collaboration with external immigration partners.


Serve as the primary point of contact for global mobility matters for employees relocating to new roles and countries.


Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, HR partners, and external vendors.


Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality assurance in global mobility service delivery.

Experience and Skills Required
Previous experience in Global Mobility, Relocation Management, or a related field.


Good understanding of Swedish work permit regulations, tax requirements, and social security frameworks.


Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.


Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Experience delivering presentations and communicating complex information clearly.


Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.


Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.

We are currently seeking an experienced Swedish VAT Manager who enjoys working with VAT Compliance & Advisory in an international context. As a valued member of our Tax Team, which currently comprises of five tax specialists, you'll have the opportunity to work with VAT Compliance & Advisory services in a stimulating international environment alongside a unique Geely network of tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Advice on general VAT matters related to both domestic and international trade of goods and services, Real Estate, Re-organizations, M&A-transactions etc.,


Develop Policy, Process & Routine analysis for VAT reporting & VAT filing,


Conduct internal VAT Reporting on taxes paid & analyze potential VAT errors,


Support in communications with tax authorities & external advisors,


Monitor & digest domestic & international VAT framework development,


Internal education of new legislations that may impact the Group.


You support numerous internal stakeholders within Geely to ensure compliance. You keep updated on VAT developments, summarize the essentials and assess their impact on the business. You lead training seminars with your colleagues in the Tax Team and work with external advisors on different projects. A natural part of your assignment will be to support with the digital transformation journey within the area of tax compliance and tax reporting.
Experience and Skills Required
You have relevant Academic Degree (Swedish Tax Law and/or Finance) and you are fluently in English. You have gained your specialist VAT competence from several years of work experience, preferably from an audit firm, in-house tax department or Swedish Tax Agency.
It is meritorious to have approximately 7+years of work experience and knowledge within other related areas such as ERP systems, International Tax Structuring and VAT analysis combined with other tax disciplines.

The core focus of this role is to ensure that the transfer across countries of employees for multiple Geely companies will be as smooth as possible. Together with the team, you will coordinate and onboard international local hires. This includes, but is not limited to, coordination of immigration, relocation, tax, social insurance, pension, and payroll.
Collaborating closely with recruiters, HR partners, managers, and suppliers your work will contribute to a positive seamless relocation experience and foster international collaboration, driving Geely's overarching goals.

Key tasks will include:

As a Senior Security Architect specialized in IAM and IGA, you'll shape our security architecture, drive strategies, and define policies aligning with business goals. Your expertise will create a secure, flexible framework, minimizing risks, and aiding service development, including showcasing capabilities to customers. Leading IAM and IGA security initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring junior staff, you'll ensure airtight security across diverse environments while promoting a culture of awareness.

Skills

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree a plus), coupled with 10+ years in the field and a focus on IAM and IGA. You should be proficient in IAM and IGA frameworks, protocols, and technologies (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID), and experienced in security-centric service development. Your familiarity with AWS, EntraID, MiM, and ADsync is a plus. Relevant certifications like CISSP and CISM enhance your profile.
