Responsibilities
Our society need support in Leading the sustainable electrification. As a Project Manager, your mission will be to develop our business adding values that smarten our customers reaching the next level. In addition to energy smartness, you will also be involved in our business development process. This includes but is not limited to:
· Lead and oversee the execution of medium to large and moderately complex customer projects, adhering to company policies and contractual agreements.
· Establish the project execution approach, define project guidelines, allocate project tasks, and motivate the project team to achieve project goals and milestones.
· Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure project objectives are met in terms of schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
· Act as the main point of contact for project-related negotiations, customer satisfaction, and target fulfillment.
· Assess, propose, and implement solutions for the rapid recovery of troubled or challenged projects.
· Provide technical support and guidance on SCADA/EMS applications to customers and collaborate with them to configure and optimize system deliveries.
· Plan and conduct tests with customers to ensure system compliance with contractual requirements.
· Coordinate and resolve technical issues reported by customers in collaboration with the technical team.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in SCADA/EMS systems, integration technologies, and energy networks.

Your experiences
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with a focus on energy systems, electrical engineering, or computer science.
· Minimum six (6) years of experience managing projects, preferably complex projects in the SCADA/EMS systems business.
· Proven track record in successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards.
· Strong knowledge and expertise in SCADA/EMS applications, including State Estimator, Contingency Analysis, Optimal Power Flow, and Security Constrained Dispatch.
· Familiarity with integration technologies such as CIM Data Modelling, CIM Messaging, OPC UA, REST APIs, and Kafka.
· Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, C#, and Python.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
· Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken), additional languages like French and Swedish are a plus.

Responsibilities

Designing, develop and validating software related to Battery Management systems but also support testing of the complete system

DÖDENS BRANT
På andra sidan Götaälven växte vi upp. Hisingen upplevde sina glansdagar under 60- och 70-talet, då fartygsindustrin gick på högvarv och närde hela Storgöteborg. Man var överlägsen många konkurrenter i Europa och blev för en kort stund förblindad av sin storhet. Den globala utvecklingen hann plötsligt ikapp och sprang ifrån. Detta fick förödande konsekvenser, vilket resulterade i massiva nedskärningar. En hel bransch stod på dödens brant – depressionen infann sig.
Drygt tre decennier senare ser situationen helt annorlunda ut. De tomma och spöklika varvslokalerna har fått nya hyresgäster och området blomstrar av nybyggen. Fordonsbranschen är tungt rotad på Hisingen, vilket fört med sig att en rad högteknologiska företag etablerat sig längs norra Älvstranden och produktionen av bilar och lastbilar når nya höjder, år efter år.
Vi lärde oss vår läxa. Vi vet nu, att om vi inte utvecklas och är benägna till förändring, så är vi snart historia. Vi tror på att vara flexibla och att utveckla nya teknologier. Att skapa och förverkliga nya idéer - det sitter idag i vår ryggmärg.

In the 1960s Göteborg was thriving due to a strong shipping industry, generated jobs in the area and making the economy booming. Göteborg was one of the strongest competitors in Europe, and we almost got blinded by our own success. But suddenly the global development caught up and passed us. There were severe cut-backs and a whole business was on the verge of disaster. The depression was a fact.
Now, more than three decades later, the situation is totally different. The empty, almost ghost-like dockyards have new tenants, cutting-edge hi-tech companies are established, and we are seeing a new prosperous era arising. We learned our lesson, we know that if we don’t develop and are prone to change, we too will be history. Creating and realising new ideas are not only survival skills, it’s in our backbone.

VAD ÄR HISLAND?
Namnet är en sammanslagning av Hisingen Island och vi uttalas likt – ”Highland ”. Det står för vår historia, men speglar också stadsdelens starka industriella bakgrund, okuvliga framåtanda och dess mångkulturella och internationella atmosfär. Historien har blivit nutid. Den senaste tiden har vi förberett för den kraftiga expansion vi förutspår, genom en ny koncernstruktur under vårt varumärke - Hisland.

Hisland Solutions erbjuder tjänster som stärker företag med den senaste teknologin, nya innovationer och kreativa lösningar. Vi möjliggör tekniken som banar väg för smarta produkter och tjänster kopplat till mjukvara och elektronik. Vi gör det med stolthet genom vår globalt rekryterade och starkt diversifierade grupp av begåvade medarbetare. I november 2018 tilldelades Hisland Solutions det prestigefyllda - Årets Gasell. Priset, utnämnt av industritidningen Dagens Industri (DI), tilldelas det företag som har påvisat den bästa tillväxten under de tre senaste åren. Vårt företag växer, men vi kommer för alltid ha våra rötter starkt rotade på Hisingen. Det är vi stolta över och det är så vi vill att det ska vara.

OM ROLLEN
Att balansera på dödens brant är något vi har vant oss vid och vi har valt att ständigt utveckla vår förmåga. Vår ambition är att ligga absolut längst fram inom våra teknikområden och vi är därför starkt beroende av att läsa av marknaden och dess trender på ett systematiskt och tålmodigt sätt – det blir vår framgång. Vår planerade expansion är även starkt beroende av att vårt team kommunicerar med marknaden på ett tillfredsställande sätt och vi söker därför en person som är ytterst mångfacetterad och komplex i sin läggning, med erfarenhet gentemot utveckling i mjukvara och elektroniska system.
