Job Description   

As an Assistant Designer, your main responsibility is to assist the Designer and the team by handling the everyday operations within the design process. You work according to Lindex Brand Platform and the Lindex design & buying process. Examples of work tasks: make sure that design related tasks and deliveries are kept within the timeline, give input to the product guide, continuously follow up on the design part of each order and on behalf of Designer, make sketches, prints and art works for commercial fashion products.

Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Meritorious: work experience from retail business, print competence

Job Description

As an Accessories Designer, you have the responsibility to make sure that we have a well-balanced and inspiring assortment within your product groups. You secure the commercially right products for the Lindex target group customer and make sure that the fashion triangle is represented within all store grades. You are the design expert within your product groups and together with the Concept Designers you start up the season, analyze information and visualize the new fashion tendencies relevant for your products.

Example of work tasks: design products, select and adjust samples from supplier collections, make sketches and art works, make prints from scratch as well as rework existing art works. You are responsible to maintain and follow a design process that includes multiple flows and timelines. You also coordinate and communicate with the buying team and production offices.

Minimum two years work experience within design & fashion
Minimum two years work experience in retail business

As a Customer Dialogue agent you are part of Lindex Customer Engagement department. Your focus area is the Finnish market and you also support the European and Swedish markets. You communicate with our customers via phone, mail and social media where we help them with a wide variety of issues and questions regarding i.e. product range, quality, complaints, orders etc.

Are you the one we are looking for?

It is a great advantage if you have a graduation in service management or relevant retail or hospitality education. To succeed in this role, you are a business oriented and customer focused person with previous working experience within service and customer communication. We believe you are service minded and have a natural drive to achieve customer satisfaction. You are responsive to our customer's needs, solution focused and enjoy problem solving. You will also be part of developing our customer service processes. You are passionate about communication and you can easily adapt to wanted tone of voice depending on which channel you communicate in.
We also believe you have an analytical mind set, like to structure your work to meet deadlines and are great at prioritizing. Furthermore, you are a strong team player who prefer to collaborate. Your great social skills will be highly appreciated in this position.
You speak and write Finnish, English and Swedish fluently. Since you work daily in various IT systems, you have good computer skills where you easily can comprehend and interact in new systems and technologies.

Job Description

 As a CRM Specialist you will be a part of our Digital Sales Department, working globally with our all our markets. You work with our online customers as well as our store customers. Based on insight you plan activities for optimization and segmentation of the database and you work with recommendations for our markets. You are responsible to optimize and plan the CRM activity, based on customer’s behavior and profitability in line with sales plan. The position also include that you set goals and KPIs for customer activation and acquisition to be able to reach set sales goals.

Examples of your working tasks: continuously improve and develop Lindex CRM business in cooperation with other departments, develop KPIs and regular reporting, analyze and generate conclusions on costumer data.


Are you the one we are looking for?

Working experience in retail business and in a CRM position
Good knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Adobe Campaign
Advanced skills in Google Analytics, very good skills in Excel
Understanding of databases
English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: fluent Swedish, academic degree in business administration or marketing, working experience from an international environment and with an omnichannel approach
To succeed in this role you have a deep understanding of the fashion and e-commerce business. As a person you are driven by numbers and to see the effect on actions taken.
