Role Overview:
As a Game Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing game features to take Entropia Universe to the next level. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing game systems. A key aspect of this role is working extensively with new AI technologies inside our dedicated AI Team. This includes Transformer tech, large language models, and agentic frameworks, as well as current gamesystems. Your interest and expertise in these cutting-edge AI technologies and games will be crucial as you collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, to deliver high-quality features and advancements.


Responsibilities:
Work extensively with advanced AI technologies, such as Transformers and agentic frameworks, to innovate and improve current and new AI features in the game.
Develop and integrate current and new game systems to support and enhance gameplay features and functionalities.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new game mechanics and features.
Implement security protocols and measures to safeguard game-related data.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to game systems.
Be flexible and open to work with all parts of the technical ecosystem.



What we value:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
A few years of experience within the field.
Creative thinker with a passion for games and a drive to innovate within the gaming space.
Proficiency in C++.
Proficiency in Python is a strong plus.
Strong interest or knowledge in Transformer tech, large language models, and agentic frameworks.

Job Description:
As a Marketing & Player Insights Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Entropia Universe. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing player data, and providing actionable insights to enhance player engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of player behavior and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate marketing projects with measurable results (work end-to-end with marketing campaigns), in addition to maintaining our existing user acquisition activities.
Oversee and manage the overall marketing strategies for the Company's products in close collaboration with management and stakeholders.
Lead the development of marketing plans for the Company's products and present them to management and various development teams.
Make recommendations on how to allocate the marketing budget, run recommendations through the leadership team for approval and implement accordingly
Testing & tweaking the various types of marketing initiatives (existing and new)
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and the results of various marketing campaigns/activities as a base for budget recommendations

Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, market research, or data analysis in the gaming industry.
Strong preference for somebody with experience of Entropia Universe.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior and preferences.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

MindArk är bolaget bakom spelet Entropia Universe som nu söker sin nästa medarbetare till sitt kontor på Järntorget. Bolaget i sin nuvarande form startade år 2003 och har ca 55 anställda. Du som ekonomiassistent kommer få arbeta ad-hoc i ett härligt team på fyra personer.
När du kliver in på MindArks centralt belägna kontor möts du av en trivsam kontorsmiljö med utsikt över både Järntorget och Skansen Kronan. Personalen har tillgång till en stor terrass med utemöbler. Du möts vidare av en kompetent och prestigelös företagskultur där medarbetarna utvecklas och utbyter sin expertis mellan varandra. På denna arbetsplats brinner man för sitt arbete och MindArk sätter stort värde i sina medarbetare.

Ansvara för vissa delar av den ekonomirelaterade supporten för kunder i Entropia Universe. Sker på engelska i vårt interna supportverktyg (ingen kundsupport görs per telefon)
Ansvara för trivsel på kontoret samt andra kontorsrelaterade uppgifter som att administrera bokningar, ansvara för post och inköp av kontorsmaterial etc.

Vi söker dig som:
· Har minst 2-4 års erfarenhet av en liknande ekonomiroll och inom service
· Självgående i grundläggande bokföring
