Office Manager

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Office Manager to join our HQ centrally located in Gothenburg. We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Office Manager to join our HQ centrally located in Gothenburg.

Join us to contribute on 3 main areas:

1) Tenant Management

We are subletting out a large area of our office space to multiple tech and startup companies. Your role is partly caring for existing tenants and help them grow with us, and partly commercially work to welcome new tenants.

2) Office Management and Physical Work Environment

Nothing about Minna is normal, and neither is our office. We have decorated with more unicorns than we can count, our bathrooms are as taken from a hotel and we have built up a fully equipped kitchen. This role will manage vendors (such as cleaning or coffee supply) and work to always maintain a neat environment. Join us to further develop our unique and innovative work space.

3) Global Administrative and Event related support

Minna holds additional offices in the UK, US, India and Romania and you would remotely support these hubs to transfer our culture and workplace experience. You would work in tight collaboration with Head of People & Culture to coordinate events (in-person and digital) as well support on various administrative tasks.

The role will provide you a width of scope and impact as you collaborate with our team of marketing and communication talents. By creating and continuously improving content you will contribute to strengthening our brand as a trusted banking tech partner and praised employer. Besides producing content, you will also lead our owned channels including publishing and monitoring content for web and social media to raise awareness as well as support your team with content for paid distribution. But that’s not all, as icing on the cake you’ll also be welcomed to contribute in the production of sales and product material including video, motion graphics, presentations and reports.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and develop content for owned channels, sales and product material
- Create, publish and distribute engaging content in digital channels
- Edit, proofread and improve english written content produced by other talents in our organisation
- Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Support, and over time lead, our productions of video and motion graphics
- We would love to see you grow into a start to finish ownership of our content calendars across as digital platforms

Minna’s card scheme partnership is crucial to the long-term success of our business. In this role you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of these commercial relationships and driving the potential of the relationship with particular emphasis on the different approaches to core, non-core and opportunistic markets - from initial liaison and training of local partner entities worldwide, coordinating market-specific approaches in conjunction with their regional teams, to the day-to-day management of the centralised scheme/Minna commercial partnership. Communication and credibility will be key elements of the role, and you will be expected to be as familiar with the distributed partner account teams around the world as with your own colleagues at Minna. You’ll implement plans to build on the profile of Minna at Visa through the Fintech Connect programme, training and explaining the value proposition to the local teams. You’ll overlay and support current core partner business with Minna, utilising your ownership of the legal relationship to accelerate and close opportunities in conjunction with dedicated Minna Account Executive talents to achieve the company’s revenue goals.

Minna’s positioning within systems integrators, reseller partners, consultancies and tech accelerator programmes will also fall under your remit, and you will bring a thorough and professional approach to setting goals with each partner, an exploratory mindset that proactively looks for opportunities, and accuracy and precision as you balance the emphasis placed on each partner. Partner-led business and its growth will be your focus and you will be expected to act highly collaboratively within Minna to help others achieve their aims with your portfolio.

- Creating territory plans to facilitate quota attainment
- Conducting lead generation activities to identify high-value prospects
- Utilising sales materials to reinforce key company messaging

About the job
The Sales Ops/Enablement talent will truly become a specialist orchestrating the collaboration between the entire Sales Community, Sales Management and Minna’s VP of Sales. You’ll set your own structure to enable all the elements of the Sales Community to operate more efficiently as a single unit. In your role, you’ll cover the areas of account execution, customer success and Subscription Provider sales. You’ll ensure that the opportunity lifecycle is represented in accurate forecasting, combined with developed reporting management; precise use of CRM, robust results and a personal brand that reflects the excellence of standards to which others aspire.

It includes ownership of process across Bank Sales, Strategic Account Management and Subscription Provider Sales, and delivery of ARR forecast material and analysis, extending to Transactional Revenue forecasting and reporting as the role evolves. The Sales Enablement talent will truly become a specialist orchestrating the collaboration between the entire Sales Community, Sales Management and Minna’s VP of Sales. How you will contribute
As we continue to expand across Europe, we are looking for an experienced, innovative and industry-knowledgeable Customer Success Manager for Services Providers (subscription merchants) who can contribute significantly towards Minna's market expansion and transactional revenue objectives.

You will be responsible for managing relationships, upsell to existing partners and onboarding new service providers with our fast-growing partnership list. Customer success, defined as how much further adoption of Minna’s services a portfolio of Service Providers achieves, will be the measure of performance in this role. How you will contribute
As we continue to expand across Europe, we are looking for an experienced, innovative and industry-knowledgeable Customer Success Manager for Services Providers (subscription merchants) who can contribute significantly towards Minna's market expansion and transactional revenue objectives.

You will be responsible for managing relationships, upsell to existing partners and onboarding new service providers with our fast-growing partnership list. Customer success, defined as how much further adoption of Minna’s services a portfolio of Service Providers achieves, will be the measure of performance in this role. You will also be representing the sector to our bank customers. You will oversee customer retention and your own strategy to ensure that Minna’s key bank clients are able to present their account holders with the best range of subscription offerings to switch to. In this position, you will:

- Serve as the main point of contact for the service providers already partnering with Minna, and represent their plans and capabilities to Minna’s teams.
- Work alongside the assigned Account Executive and Strategic Account Manager to ensure that their client banks are benefiting from Minna’s service provider strategy - at times instructing your team members to pursue certain verticals, at other times working with the bank to produce the best customer opportunities as possible.
- Get to know your accounts, both on the service provider side and to a lesser extent the banks, to understand their objectives and challenges.
- Identify how our company can support both sets of customers to create a profitable eco-system of merchant offers and bank account holder uptake.
- Create account plans and set goals that drive the right initiatives.
- Upsell existing service providers with new features
- Monitor the satisfaction level of your customer accounts and report progress.
- Onboard new service providers who signs up through our digital signup
- Be on point as the internal company contact regarding your customer accounts.
- Work hand in hand with other talents dedicated to the product group or the account.


Are you the one we are looking for?
You have hands-on experience and have demonstrated success in adopting sophisticated business changes and managing multiple key customer accounts in the financial and/or merchant (eg utilities, broadband, telco) industry. Strong relationship-building skills to build trust and rapport with customer account stakeholders. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Data reporting and analytical skills; must be able to pull and analyse key metrics to measure the results of customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. Creative, flexible and positive problem-solver, able to initiate new solutions to evolving challenges.

But most importantly, you are a:

- Great communicator, as the liaison for the service providers and the rest of the company, you need to excel at communicating in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams. You must be comfortable addressing C-suite executives at service providers.
- Future expert, one of the primary goals of service provider account management is to nurture strategic relationships and prime them for further growth, so you must possess an in-depth knowledge about our company and our customers. This expertise will allow you to identify the best opportunities for expansion.
- Strategic orchestrator, you need to have a strategic perspective that goes beyond short-term gains. You must be able to juggle many moving parts across multiple countries and long-term plans that align with client banks’ strategies. Strong selling skills are very important, but you prioritize long-term success and relationships over short-term transactions.
- A leader, who must be adept at directing customers at all levels of the business. Because you touch so many parts of the business, you should be confident and highly respected by both clients and co-workers. Additionally, you will act as a visionary that ensures the future is greater than the present. You will be expected to lead both customers and internal executives on key initiatives.
- Skilled negotiator, your goal is to build transactional revenue from service providers by linking their activities and objectives to the bank portals that the Minna service provides. This requires from you a keen sense of timing, killer presentation skills, and the confidence to hold your ground and push back when necessary.
- Value-based seller, the long-term success depends on being able to demonstrate value to the Service Provider. You need to communicate the value of your offerings both strategically and financially to your customers. This is where understanding the business also comes in handy. You can curate custom offerings and create more value for our key accounts, helping them to sell more effectively and retain long-term relationships

How you will contribute
We are looking for a Pre-Sales individual with experience working with retail banks in sophisticated sales cycles.

As our Pre-Sales leader, you’ll operate at early stages of the sales process alongside multiple talented Account Executives. You’ll be able to guide and advise multi-stakeholder banking teams at early stages of the project cycle from initial technical engagement and scoping, through to handover to architecture and implementation teams, thereby securing outstanding complete delivery and customer satisfaction.

Bankside experience is vital, to be able to spot opportunities, buying trends, objectives and fulfilment chances. You will be able to demonstrate significant prior Pre-Sales success.

About the job
The International Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for orchestrating all aspects of Minna’s approach into new, non-core markets - from initial prospecting, liaison internally to explain market-specific values and regulations, through to final contract signature. How you will contribute
As we continue to expand across Europe, we are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy and innovative Strategic Account Manager who can contribute significantly towards Minna's transactional revenue objectives. You can be based in either our office in Göteborg or London.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with some of our most valued customers tirelessly working with attraction and satisfaction throughout whilst driving your own revenue strategy. In this position, you will:

- Be the main point of contact with your accounts creating long-lasting relationships.
- Identify and seize upon new business opportunities within your accounts in collaboration with your Account Executive and talented colleagues within the product community.
- Work closely with your accounts to truly understand their opportunities and challenges and identify how Minna can support them.
- Set your account up for success by working continuously with the satisfaction and experience levels.
- Of course, you’ll create the account plans and set goals that drive the right initiatives.


Are you the one we are looking for?
You have hands-on experience and have demonstrated success in establishing sophisticated business increases and managing multiple key customer accounts in the financial industry. Strong relationship-building skills to build trust and rapport with customer account stakeholders. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Data reporting and analytical skills; must be able to pull and analyze key metrics to measure the results of customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. Creative, flexible and positive problem-solver.

But most importantly, you are a:

- Great communicator, as the liaison for the customer and the rest of the company, you need to excel at communicating in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams. You must be comfortable addressing C-suite executives at Banks.
- Future expert, one of the primary goals of account management is to nurture strategic relationships with top accounts, so you must possess an in-depth knowledge about our company and our customers. This expertise will allow you to identify the best opportunities for growth.
- Strategic orchestrator, you need to have a strategic perspective that goes beyond short-term gains. You must be able to juggle many moving parts and orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy. Strong selling skills are very important, but you prioritize long-term success and relationship over short-term transactions.
- Leader, who must be adept at directing customers and managing employees at all levels of the business. Because you touch so many parts of the business, you should be confident and highly respected by both clients and co-workers. Additionally, you will act as a visionary that ensures the future is greater than the present. You will be expected to lead both customers and internal executives and managers on key initiatives.
- Skilled negotiator, at the end of the day your goal is to build the lifetime value of their customer. In order to do this, we do not only need to sell to the customer you will together with the Account Executive help negotiate terms so both parties end up happy. This requires from you a keen sense of timing, killer presentation skills, and the confidence to hold your ground and push back when necessary.
- Value-based seller, the long-term success depends on being able to demonstrate value to the customer. You need to communicate the value of your offerings both strategically and financially to your customers. This is where understanding the business also comes in handy. You can curate custom offerings and create more value for our key accounts, helping them to sell more effectively and retain long-term relationships.

How you will contribute
As we continue to expand across Europe, we are looking for an experienced, innovative and industry-knowledgeable Partnerships Manager for Services Providers (subscription merchants) who can contribute significantly towards Minna's market expansion and transactional revenue objectives. This position can be based either in Göteborg or London.

You will be responsible for managing relationships, upsell to existing partners and onboarding new service providers with our fast-growing partnership list. You will also be representing the sector to our bank customers. You will oversee customer retention and your own strategy to ensure that Minna’s key bank clients are able to present their account holders with the best range of subscription offerings to switch to. In this position, you will:

- Serve as the main point of contact for the service providers already partnering with Minna, and represent their plans and capabilities to Minna’s teams.
- Work alongside the assigned Account Executive and Strategic Account Manager to ensure that their client banks are benefiting from Minna’s service provider strategy - at times instructing your team members to pursue certain verticals, at other times working with the bank to produce the best customer opportunities as possible.
- Get to know your accounts, both on the service provider side and to a lesser extent the banks, to understand their objectives and challenges.
- Identify how our company can support both sets of customers to create a profitable eco-system of merchant offers and bank account holder uptake.
- Create account plans and set goals that drive the right initiatives.
- Upsell existing service providers with new features
- Monitor the satisfaction level of your customer accounts and report progress.
- Onboard new service providers who signs up through our digital signup
- Be on point as the internal company contact regarding your customer accounts.
- Work hand in hand with other talents dedicated to the product group or the account.

We have a community of rock-star sales talents working across 3 teams, supported by Sales Operations and Pre-Sales. We are a community of software engineers working across 6 autonomous product teams. Right now we’re transitioning from a successful start-up to a scale-up, and continue to expand our market reach. With great success and increased market reach comes a big inflow of users, all of which we help manage their subscriptions.

Our users are regular people, all of whom have a number of services they use in their day to day. Streaming services, electricity, gym card, groceries, car pools, E-scooters... you name it. All these things are available as subscriptions, and we see more and more companies offering their services as subscriptions. We genuinely believe many business models are transforming - and the world is entering a subscription economy. Our mission is to help regular people manage all their subscriptions in a simple way, to bring them power and control in the new subscription economy.

Quite often people realise that they’re paying for a subscription they no longer want or need, and so Minna conveniently helps them cancel that subscription with just a couple of clicks. Behind the scenes we work a lot with the service providers in order to make this happen. We need you to help automate these interactions even more, allowing us to vastly increase our user base while at the same time enabling our back office staff to apply their time and talent to those human interactions that computers cannot currently manage.

We’re a fast moving company and quick to change our approaches when needed, if you’d like to work with the state of the art in NLP there’s a fair chance we can make that happen. We’re already leveraging ML, as well as other ways to reduce the human touch-time for each interaction. In this role you’ll be working as part of an autonomous full-stack product team who owns our subscription cancellation product. Your mission will be to lead our cancellation automation efforts, take them to the next level and decrease the per-cancellation cost. This will likely involve things like

- Automating communications and interactions with humans, for example both interpreting and generating text is within scope.
- Inventing new ways to automate interactions, crowdsource training data, drive user and support person behavior - always figuring out new approaches to reduce cost-per-cancellation.
- Automatically flagging conversations for our own back office staff to take action on, and provide recommendations and suggestions.
- Learning automatically from what actions our users and staff take, so that the system becomes ever more automated.
- Measuring user and staff behavior, as well as automation performance - so that you and your colleagues can best direct your efforts and maximize impact.


Our ML stack currently consists of TensorFlow+Keras and Google Cloud AI, and our application stack is leveraging Scala, Typescript and React running on Kubernetes in Google Cloud Platform. Long experience with our stack is however not a requirement; we believe that the right candidate will be a keen learner and have a broad experience that easily transfers to new areas.

We do believe that you’ll want to care about the success of our cancellation product as a whole, and not just work within the tight ML space and produce models. But rather be open minded and work towards what the team and product needs the most in order to succeed. Keeping in mind that this isn’t a research position and that we’re looking to solve concrete business problems and get the most bang for the buck - taking things to production and operating them will be the normal case in this position.

What we are looking for
- Driving and self motivated as a person - your team’s product owner will help set the vision and general direction, but you need to lead the way and figure out the how.
- Wise enough to know when to leverage new or old-and-still-good-enough techniques, pretrained models, transfer learning, human work, heuristics or any other tool in your toolbox - all in order to make the most impact in as effective a way possible.
- Ability to communicate your ideas and vision. Adapting your language to the receiver - be it developers, back office staff or business people.
- Skilled at seeing the big picture, we really want you to innovate in the cancellation automation area.
- Can teach us how these things should be done - you’ll be the machine learning expert and you need to coach us in how it should be done.
- Comfortable with taking things to production and scaling them. You’ll build and ship software, and monitor its production performance so you know when it needs tuning.
- We believe experience of NLP, Python, TensorFlow, data analysis, notebooks, model quality assessment and data wrangling will help you quickly become productive here.
- Good judgement on how different choices affects both the business and processes, as well as how it affects the technical aspects and maintainability of your solutions.
- Proficient English oral and written communications skills. We’re a multicultural company and Swedish is not a requirement in this job.

How you will contribute
As we continue to expand across Europe, we are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy and innovative super talented Sales Manager who can contribute significantly towards Minna's transactional revenue objectives, working with the VP of Sales.

You will be responsible for a team of finely-tuned Account Executives whose mission is to engage prospects with Minna's value and potential. You will oversee the Account Executives as they research, present, build business cases and close deals, and you will own the annually recurring revenue target. In this position, you will:

- Serve as the main point of escalation for your team.
- Help Account Executives to identify and seize upon new business opportunities within their accounts in conjunction with, amongst others, Minna's Marketing resources, the Strategic Account Management team, the Service Provider team, Sales Operations, the Product team, the Project Management team and the VP of Sales.
- Build on and contribute to the evolving sales strategy, including reference to Megadeals and deep account-based interaction.
- Identify how our company can support the customer’s opportunities and challenges in operational cost saving, user delight and revenue-generating situations.
- Create account plans with the Account Executives, work with them to help them achieve KPIs that you have set with them, and set goals that drive the right initiatives.
- Monitor, forecast and control sales activity from the opening call to to execution of contracts.
- Be prepared to own certain accounts in conjunction with a Strategic Account Manager.

You have hands-on experience and have demonstrated success in managing sophisticated clients and multi-player teams in the financial industry. Strong ability to coach and assist to build trust and rapport with team members and across the organisation. It is essential that you can take a proactive role in creating and driving strategy, looking for solutions in challenging situations and forming confidence within the team. A creative, flexible and positive problem-solver.

But most importantly, you are a:

- Leader, who must be adept at directing customers and managing employees at all levels of the business. Because you touch so many parts of the business, you should be confident and highly respected by both clients and co-workers. Additionally, you will act as a visionary that ensures the future is greater than the present. You will be expected to lead both customers and internal stakeholders on key initiatives.
- Strategic orchestrator, you need to have a strategic perspective that goes beyond short-term gains. You must be able to juggle many moving parts and help your Account Executives orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy. A day as an Engineering Manager
Instead of us trying to convey what the role entails, we’ll illustrate it with an example of a unusually busy day as a manager at Minna:

- 09:00-09:15- This is the time our teams have their standup, you choose to join a couple of them to gain more insight into your talents daily challenges.


- 09:15-10:00- You join the weekly community leadership session. At Minna we believe in leadership development and constantly help each other grow. In this session, leaders share problems and coach each other. You choose to share a situation with a talent you find particularly difficult and get great advice from your peers, leaving you feeling energized to tackle the problem. Then you coach two other managers that were struggling with situations you’ve successfully dealt with before.


- 10:00-11:00- This is an open slot that you leave open because you want to always have time for your talents. Today, one of your international talents reached out to seek help to fill out their application for a Swedish personal number. Then one of the team leads shares a worry that one of your talents is underperforming. You then spend the rest of the hour investigating by looking at their pull requests, Jira stories and talking to some of the talent’s peers.


- 11:00-11:30- You have the first introductory interview with a candidate for a Senior Frontend developer position. Your goal is to present Minna, find out what the candidate sees themselves doing in the future and if that aligns with what Minna needs. We are using Scala in all our backend systems together especially with Akka HTTP. On top of this, we of course build our own libraries as well. In our frontend development we use Typescript with React and Mongo DB as our database. For infrastructure we use Kubernetes and are hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Given that we have cross functional, agile and autonomous teams we are going into a Microservices architecture to allow our teams to set their own infrastructure without dependencies outside the team. We believe in radical focus, accountability and mandate!
