As a terminal worker you work for us and our customers in their terminals where hundreds of packages arrive and need to be reloaded, sorted and sent out for delivery. You help your colleagues drivers to sort and load their vehicle and prepare their route for efficient delivery. You must be providing always a helping hand to drivers for their routes loading.
The job includes both manual and mechanical sorting of different kinds and depends on where you work. You have to make sure that the business continues without any disturbance and thoroughly stick to the time schedule of the routes.
As a terminal worker you like working hard and fast, take responsibility and challenge yourself. The job includes some heavy lifting in a fast environment, therefore a good physique is required. Moreover, an ability to work with IT-software is beneficial. we expects a good service and high quality, therefore it is important that you are positive and professional. - ensure that vehicles fleet is in fully operational mode, ensure proactive service and maintenance, with target of lowest down time.
- Assisting with the scheduling of work shift, staffing and support
- Updating and analysing utilization dashboards by performing data exports
- Support the operations by attending to admin shifts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Business Savvy and entrepreneurial mind set
English both in speaking and writing (any other language is a plus)
Good computer skills (Google Suits and more)
Being experienced with the e-commerce delivery platform is a plus.
Having basic knowledge about vehicle maintenance is a plus (because many times you
will be reporting issue to workshops and insurance company)

In order to succeed in the role, it is required that you can be self-motivated and be able to take your own initiative with a constant customer focus . That you are physically strong is a plus, some days can be very physically demanding.

We are looking for personnel and administrative assistant for
- Responsible for staffing existing consultants based on our customers' needs.

Welcome to the Operations team, the heart and soul of Movia. We are on an exciting growth journey, and we are now looking for an Operations Associate to join our team in. As our next team member, you’ll be responsible for handling and developing the inbound/outbound transportation between our customers terminals, merchants, couriers, and drivers in Sweden. You’ll grow to be responsible for things running smoothly, efficiently, and assuring quality throughout our supply chain. A big part of the job is also improving our processes and flows as we grow. You’ll play a key role in finding and growing with new partners as well as expanding our business in Sweden. The role is based in Göteborg or Stockholm or Helsingborg (Flexible option) and you will report to Operations Specialist Sweden In practice, you will share the responsibility for the following
· Managing the co-operation with pickup and last mile partners. Both from day-to-day co-operation to the more strategic development of current partners
· Development of our courier and driver onboarding
· Overseeing courier and driver performance
· Strategic development by optimizing and developing the overall setup of the pickup and line-haul network
As an Operations Associate, you work closely with the Swedish operations, commercial and terminal teams, as well as other teams around the company. Furthermore, you will be part of a young, highly motivated team in a rapidly growing environment with room for your own initiatives.
