What You Will Do

In this position, your main responsibility areas will be to create and uphold the business’ marketing strategy, developing the brand's presence and leading our Marketing team.

Projects and processes that you will be a key player in are:

- Identifying key communication objectives, target audiences, and messaging
- Conception, development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies, plans and activities across all channels, in collaboration with senior team members,

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, we believe that you probably have minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, meaning that your background looks something like this:

- Solid work experience in marketing, branding or sales
- A relevant higher education
- Having had personell responsibility
- Project management experience
- Specialization in long-term marketing strategy and planning


You have great communication skills, a can-do attitude and are fluent in the English language, both written and spoken. We consider it meritorious if you have previous experience within the food industry.

What You Will Do

As a part of the marketing team, the Marketing Content Lead is responsible for driving all marketing and content projects within fields such as social media, web, events, and partnerships.

You will work with content planning and production, event and project management and quality reporting. In addition, you will lead the creative team to build an engaged audience within all our channels. To succeed, you must have a curious mindset and be willing to act where needed. We are a growing company, which sometimes means that you must be flexible in your role. This includes day-to-day operations, and your network will be vast internally and externally.

You will be based in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg and report to the Head of Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

- Deliver and manage social media content, including production and calendars, scheduling, monitoring and publishing?
- Project manage, implement, measure, and report on branding and communication projects and initiatives
- Event management - from inception to conclusion
- Production management, including planning and preparing photoshoots, budgeting, briefing, follow-ups and coordination with partners, stakeholders and colleagues

What will you do?

The focus of this role is to have a leading position in our team of process engineers. You will manage the resources and strategically plan for future projects. As we are a young company, you will have the opportunity to build structures and processes and truly influence our way of working. You will be responsible for translating our business strategy into activities and objectives for the team, and for supporting the team in prioritization.

Your main responsibility as head of Engineering will be

- Project lead for development-, improvement- and scale up projects

- Risk assessments in the design

- Being part of the decisions regarding general automation strategy

- Management of Engineering team

- Creation of standards and process specifications

- Continuous improvements of the processes and workflows

- Managing preventive maintenance actions

- Develop KPI’s Installation planning & support

- Bridge communication between sites

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe that you probably have:

- A MSc or BSc in Engineering (Biotechnology/Chemical process engineering/Mechanical engineering or similar)

- Minimum 10+ years of work experience in process engineering, equipment investments and/or automation, preferably within food or pharma industry

- Proven experience of design of production equipment/processing lines

- Excellent technical skills, both analytical as well as practical.

- Leadership experience

- Problem solving skills

- Proficient knowledge in English, both written and spoken.

We consider it highly meritorious if you have experience working with Lean and if you have experience from fermentation processes. It is also meritorious if you have knowledge of CAD-tools (AutoCAD skills or similar).
