In your future role as application manager MES/OT you will
• Executes changes & enhancements: describe problem, information analysis, prepare solution, execute system change (self or by third party), unit test of the change, amend user documentation, implementation, after care
• Frequently contact with key users on open tickets & act as co-coordinator for Key User network and meetings
• Co-responsible for activities to ensure applications functions and operates appropriately
• Supporting project handover activities (hand over from deliverables and knowledge from a project to the Application Maintenance teams) for the area of responsibility
• Support projects in execution of changes / enhancements
• Implement further automation initiatives
We believe you bring
• Prehensive experience in the IT/OT sector including good experience with OT near applications execution and implementation
• Relevant experience within MES (Manufacturing Execution system) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Systems. Applications in our portfolio are, but not limited to, GE Application Suite (Plant Application, Historian, iFIX), PTC KepwareEx
• Master/bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field of study

In your future role as Business Project Manager Engineered Polymers, you will

Your main responsibilities will be.
Own the material lifecycle management (MLM) process and product information management (PIM) process for the business line Engineered Polymers to assure that all SKUs are properly maintained in all relevant data systems.
Control relevant customer master data such as application, market segment, sales channel to ensure reliable and precise decision data integrity.
Gather and analyze data from various market intelligence sources (internal and external) and present findings with actionable insights to sales & marketing and leadership teams.
Project lead and support marketing initiatives and secure achievement of desired outcomes as defined in project charter(s) and/or strategy roadmap(s).
Contribute with market data to business cases for CAPEX investments, R&D Projects, and M&A activities.


We believe you bring
B.Sc. or MSc. level university degree in chemistry, engineering, or business administration with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a techno-commercial role in the chemical or manufacturing industry
A basic understanding and interest in chemistry/material science
Experience in business analytics, project management and BI/ERP systems

Qualifications

Previous experience with Power BI or Arkieva or equivalent advanced planning software is preferred. You are confident working with data analytics, including mass cross-reference data validation, trending, and forecasting.
The position is based in Gamlestan (Gothenburg) but requires occasional travel. Approximately 10 % of Regional & Global travel is estimated.

Main responsibilities

We are now seeking a Site Manager. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for implementation and managing efficient supply chain operational and development activities at Salt Specialties in Gothenburg, Åhus and external depots in the Nordic region. In total 5 plants/depots are in scope within agreed upon standards, costs and service levels. Initiate and execute continuous improvement and improvement projects with aim to increase overall supply chain efficiency and to reduce costs. Site manager for the plant in Gothenburg and main responsible for assuring plant operations fulfil legal and company requirements in close cooperation with the Commercial Manager for North Europe.
Main responsibilities
Site manager for the Gothenburg plant and Åhus plant. Responsible for assuring all operations within the plants are compliant and in accordance to legal and company requirements. CAPEX/OPEX responsible for the Swedish plants. Overall budget and process responsible for logistics and maintenance. Overall responsible to develop and ensure engagement among employees. One direct report and six indirect reports. Contact person for the Swedish authorities in terms of the site.
Supply Chain Design (Strategy & Planning)
Responsible for total supply chain efficiency with aim to reduce cost and waste within the supply chain and to draw advantages from economics of scale. Align activities within the supply chain to a common set of processes with the aim to reduce complexity. Identify weak links within the supply chain and remove or bridge these. Define and manage KPI’s and reporting tools that visualize the supply chain efficiency.
Supply Chain performance (Daily delivery performance & Customer satisfaction)
Is responsible for the development of long term (+2 years) to short term (0-2 years) supply plans for each depot/warehouse. Realize optimization of planning parameters (stock-turn over, OTIF, purchased quantities). Working together with Customer Service and Local Purchasers to realize and implement these plans.
Logistics (Physical distribution & Warehousing)
Accountable for the quantity, quality and efficiency with regards to warehousing and transport activities within agreed upon targets. Pro-active in pursuing continuous improvement. Analyze and report performance against budget, take corrective action in case of deviations.
Effective and efficient structures and systems (Responsibility)
Ensures continuous improvement of working processes, structures and systems. Select appropriate management tools for monitoring and improving performance. Ensure realization and integration of improvement projects, investment initiatives (preparations) and actions within the supply chain.
Q&HSE;
Local HSE Manager and responsible for activities describes in the sites HSE functions document. Responsible that all depots in scope are compliant to the HSE regulations. Implement improvement proposals according to BU & sBU policies. Overall responsible for process quality at the related to warehouse and distribution processes at site. Responsible for maintaining standards and work procedures according to stipulated in GDP.
Purchasing (PR & NPR)
Accountable for establishing and negotiating contracts for warehousing, and other third party services relevant for the supply chain. Establish a strong working relationship with Central Purchasing Transport department. Secure that the transport relations in scope for this role are considered in general tender processes managed by the Central Purchasing Transport department. NPR key user at site.
Qualifications
University Degree in logistics / supply chain management or equivalent
+ 5 years work experience of supply chain management
Experience in Purchasing and Replenishment planning
Quality management
Export/Import procedures and custom clearance procedures
Previous experience of Health, Safety and Environment procedures and frameworks
Environment/sustainability
Harbour Security / PFSO trained
Previous experience of SAP MM/SD and preferably experience from forecasting and WMS systems
Proven project management skills and ability to manage complex multiple demands.
Good verbal and written communications skills, able to work at all levels and cross-functionally
Ability to build business cases and strategically align them with other departments and levels in the organization
