This is a role for a developing and curious creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. As a Specialist, you should be proactive and motivated, continually curious to explore design trends and look for exciting creative opportunity. Able to support with the delivery of User Interfaces to the highest standard while delivering against hard deadlines. They can generate UI content across a wide range of architectures across a diverse client base.



Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and development teams to understand and define project requirements and design solutions.
Design striking and engaging creative for a variety of uses: automotive infotainment, brand campaigns, branding and other digital design collateral
Collaborate, aligning and working seamlessly with other areas of the Creative Studio, Social Media and Marketing and clients
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• A strong portfolio of work demonstrating experience as a User Interface designer
• In-depth knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• An understanding and experience of motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools (a bonus)
• Has a thorough working knowledge of current design and under interface trends.
• Proven ability in offering a multi-skilled response to creative digital briefs.
• Ability to clearly articulate and present creative concepts in response to briefs.
• Continual proactive learning of new technologies, software and industry innovations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with studio creatives

Interior designer must be able to perform design tasks of an exceptional quality to support automotive projects.
They need to understand 2D / 3D sketching and modeling
Collaborating cross functionally with all team disciplines
Support program timing by delivering high quality design proposals with speed and efficiency
Keep up to speed with the market / trends / competitors and motivate the team to innovate.
Work closely together with studio engineering and Support Digital modellers with clear visual and verbal direction in the creation of digital models, physical models and CG renderings

Responsibilities
Collect and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners, managers and developers
Ability to communicate to the team and guide the next steps
Being hands on with the project to create successful deliveries
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and wireframes.
Create visualizations of high-level ideas and explore potential directions of visual proposals;
Define visual directions and develop further style guides;
Implementing changes into design systems and guiding the team to follow them.
Development of hifi or lofi prototypes that clearly illustrate how they work and what they look like;
Design the graphical user interfaces for variety of applications (automotive, wearables, web&mobile;)
Prepare and present to internal or external teams and key stakeholders;
Preparing and planning deliveries and milestones with stakeholders and managers.



Requirements
5+ years of proven work experience as HMI Designer, having experience from the automotive sector.
Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
Strong knowledge of motion design
Strong knowledge of branding and graphic design principles
Proven experience in leading a team
Strong knowledge of design softwares (Figma, Sketch Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects);
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
Good time management skills;
Interaction with experts both with technical teams (software developers, engineers), non-technical (visual designers, product owners, project managers etc.).
Experience with software development with a history of
success in software development that uses tools like JIRA;
