Resourced is a fast-growing FashionTech startup helping modern fashion brands to streamline their product development and production. We work with brands such as Axel Arigato, Veja, Eytys, Revolution Race, Ralph Lauren and H&M. We are digitally transforming one of the largest, fastest-moving industries in the world.
We are looking for a Full-stack developer to join our Gothenburg office on-site, where you will be part of the core development team and have high impact on the companys success. We go to great lengths to build a product users truly love to use – a product that have great, well-thought-out UX that looks awesome! We have a modern yet simple architecture, with a Backend API built on ASP.NET Core/C# using MS as database and a Frontend built with Vue 3/TypeScript. We host everything on Azure and deploy through a CI/CD approach. We’re curious to learn more about the latest in tech, but realize the great value of using proven technology and software practices. We always strive to find simple solutions to complex problems!
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and ship features to our SaaS product full-stack by writing high quality, easily maintainable and re-usable code.

Who you areTo thrive in this position, we think that you:
Have at least 3-5 years of experience developing web-based software
Are skilled in building REST-like APIs using well-established patterns/systems design, preferably using a C# / ASP.NET / EF Core stack
Have experience working with one of the more popular frontend frameworks: React, Vue.js or Angular (or equivalent; Svelte, Solid…)
Have a good understanding of and relational databases
Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript; both the fundamentals (e.g. events, async), common patterns as well as modern JS/TS
Work well independently but also but also excel working collaboratively with others
Are comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Enjoy developing software and are keen to keep growing as a developer
Are a doer who shows initiative and get things done!

We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure we unlock the full potential of what Resourced has to offer for all brands we work with.
One of our core products is an IT (SaaS) system which facilitates the product journey from idea to shipped product (PLM system) for fashion brands. The Customer Success Manager's main focus is to ensure that the brands we work with are happy, seen and have everything they need to use Resource optimally. This includes setting up and lead/manage the onboarding process, follow up on engagement and long-term satisfaction as well as continuously improve our processes in these fields. You will work closely with and report directly to the co-founders.
You are eager to learn and don't fear trial and error when taking own initiatives. You have a strong interest for how digital solutions can define the future and are motivated by seeing your suggestions getting implemented. You are strong on project management and like to create order while having an efficient way to move forward.

Responsibilities Communication, feedback and follow up with brands globally.
Manage onboarding and customer progression in our PLM system.
Take full ownership of the onboarding process, evaluate and improve the process.
Measure, monitor and act on customer happiness.
Be the voice of the brands and provide input and feedback to the PLM development process.
Develop and manage Resourced Learn, our self-onboarding database.
Qualifications Strong interest in fashion and trends.
2+ years experience on Customer success positions and/or onproduct development in a fashion brand context.
Be able to multi-task with strong planning and organizational skills.
Embrace change in a fast-paced environment with the ability to use initiative.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Advanced MS Excel level.
Nice-to-haves A degree (Bachelor or Master) in communication and/or business administration.
Experience in working with PLM systems.
Multilingual (Swedish,German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese).
MS ExcelVBA knowledge
