We are now looking for a Country Manager for Spain to join our international team in Gothenburg and help us develop our Spanish market.
The role is primarily focused on customer service and building strong relationships with our customers, but there will also be opportunities to get involved in sales, marketing and business development.
You will work closely with our wider Sales & Marketing team and contribute ideas and insights that can help us grow in Spain.

About the role
As Country Manager, you will be one of the main points of contact for our Spanish customers.
Your day-to-day work will involve helping customers, answering questions and making sure they have a great experience with us. At the same time, you will get to know the Spanish market and help us understand how we can develop it further.
Your responsibilities will include:
Daily contact with customers via phone and email
Providing excellent customer service and support regarding our products and services
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Helping customers find the right products and solutions
Understanding customer needs, questions and feedback
Sharing insights and ideas about the Spanish market with our Sales & Marketing team
Supporting sales and customer development activities
Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns and activities for Spain
Helping identify potential customer groups and new business opportunities
Contributing ideas for how we can increase sales and grow our customer base
Following up on activities and sharing feedback on what works well and what could be improved
You won't be expected to take charge of all the sales and marketing activities yourself. Instead, you'll work closely with our Sales & Marketing team in Gothenburg, providing local knowledge, customer insights and ideas while helping turn those ideas into action.
Spain and the wider Iberian market
Spain is the main focus of this role, but we also see opportunities to develop sales to Portugal through our Spanish market.
Because of this, an applicant who speaks both Spanish and Portuguese would be a huge bonus. Speaking both languages could give you the opportunity to support customers and contribute to developing business across the wider Iberian market.
Portuguese is not required for the role, and we would absolutely encourage Spanish-speaking applicants to apply even if they don't speak Portuguese.
Who are you?
We're more interested in your mindset and personality than having the perfect CV.
You might already have experience in customer service, sales, marketing or business development. Or you might be a recent graduate who is curious, ambitious and ready to learn.

Language skills
Fluent Spanish is required
Good English is required
Portuguese is a big plus

Although customer service is at the heart of the role, there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in other areas.
As you get to know our customers and the Spanish market, your insights can help us understand where new opportunities exist and how we can improve our marketing and sales activities.
You might help identify potential customers, give input on a campaign, suggest a new way of reaching Spanish customers, or simply tell the marketing team what customers are asking for.
If you speak Portuguese, there may also be opportunities to support and develop our sales to the Portuguese market.
You don't need to know everything from day one. We are happy to develop the right person and give you more responsibility as you grow into the role.
