Skytech is a growing international group specialized in on-demand signage production, operating through its wholly owned subsidiary SignsOnDemand. We produce custom signage designed by our customers in our digital platform, with fast and reliable delivery – always within 24 hours.
Production takes place in Sweden (Norrtälje and Mora), Germany (Balingen), and most recently the United States.
Sales are handled by a network of market-specific sales units – all based in our head office in Gothenburg. From here, a team of about 20 people that works with customers across Europe and beyond.
We’re now looking for a Customer support for the Dutch market to join our international team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer support and orders in Dutch
Managing incoming inquiries via phone and email
Collect feedback from customer via phone calls

We’re looking for someone who:
Speaks Dutch with native-level proficiency
Communicates fluently in English
Has experience in customer support or service
Is structured, self-driven, and proactive
Wants to live in Sweden while working with their home market

Korta säljtexter, längre artiklar, tutorials, produktbilder och nyhetsbrev är några exempel på vad vi skulle behöva hjälp med. Vi söker därför nu efter dig som redan kan allt eller som kan lära sig det.
SkyTech bygger tekniska lösningar för främst tillverkningsindustrin. Företaget är en del av en större koncern med verksamhet i flera länder i Europa och Sverige. Det mest synlig vi byggt är vår site www.skyltdirect.se. Det är ett online-verktyg för beställning av märk-skyltar för industriell användning, något vi var först i Sverige (och troligtvis Europa) med att utveckla. Till det har vi även byggt omfattande system för orderhantering. Trots vår storlek har vi ändå extremt korta beslutsvägar och har alltid kundens upplevelse i focus.
Om tjänsten:
Tjänsten som content manager är bred med många delar och arbetet kommer därför att variera mycket. Gemensam nämnare är att producera innehåll i många olika format. Dels till digital kanaler som blogg och social medier och dels till flyers, informationsbrev, tutorials med mera. Det betyder en hel del skrivande men också research, analys av marknad, produktion och hantering av bilder, projektledning och uppföljning. Så vi letar efter en riktigt mångsysslare! Kanske har du tidigare haft en sådan roll eller så känner du att du kan så mycket mer som inte får plats i din nuvarande roll. Hos oss kommer du få stora möjligheter att utvecklas.
I din roll ingår bland annat:
