Arbetsbeskrivning Under upphandlingsfasen deltar konsulten i projektets förhandlingar med ansvar för krav i form av user stories och icke-funktionella krav samt att säkerställa organisationens målarkitektur. Konsultens roll är att vidareutveckla befintligt arbete inom krav- och arkitekturområdet samt säkerställa att förhandlingarna följer den målarkitektur och kravbild som fastställts i upphandlingsunderlaget. Detta kräver att konsulten snabbt sätter sig in i framtagen kravbild och arkitekturbeskrivning.
Konsulten ansvarar även för att arkitekturbeskrivning och andra relaterade leverabler uppdateras och färdigställs inför överlämning till förvaltning.
Parallellt med upphandlingsfasen leder konsulten förberedelser inför införandet av projektets leveranser. Arbetet inkluderar samordning mellan flera projekt, verksamhetens linjeorganisation samt externa parter såsom interna stödfunktioner och leverantörer.
Då det finns starka beroenden och möjliga synergier mellan projekten krävs att arbetet samordnas och fördelas utifrån projektens behov och prioriteringar. Planering och arbetsfördelning sker löpande i nära dialog med projektledare och andra nyckelpersoner.
Konsulten ingår i ett arkitekturteam där samordning av arkitektur- och säkerhetsfrågor sker på organisationsövergripande nivå. Arbetsuppgifterna förändras genom projektets olika faser och behov, vilket ställer krav på flexibilitet och bred erfarenhet.
Uppdraget genomförs företrädesvis fysiskt på plats i Gårda, Göteborg. Möjlighet till distansarbete finns när så är lämpligt och efter överenskommelse med uppdragsgivaren.

Minst 5 års dokumenterad praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta med lösningsarkitektur inom minst två av följande perspektiv; applikation-, information- och/eller infrastruktur


Dokumenterad erfarenhet av arkitekturarbete, framtagande av specifikationer och implementation av integrationer


Dokumenterad erfarenhet av information- och datamodellering inför bland annat migrering och konvertering av data


God förståelse för samband mellan applikationsarkitektur och IT-infrastruktur och god förmåga att kommunicera med applikation – och teknikspecialister.

Arbetsbeskrivning För vår kund söker vi en konsult för en Registratorroll.
Beskrivning av uppdrag: 1. Uppdatera vår kunds dokumenthanteringsplan så att den stämmer med bolagets nuvarande arbetssätt. 2. Job Description What you’ll do
As a Release Leader you will be part of a team that will drive the daily work of continuous delivery to release of the complete electrical system. You will lead and coordinate the organization in putting all deliveries together and making sure it is ready for its purpose. You take ownership end to end, proactively picking up all loose ends and ensuring that everything moves forward smoothly and as planned.
You are to empower, synchronize and control function and software implementation on a complete electrical system level throughout the integration points/sequence in the project plans and maintenance phase. You will plan the releases and prioritize solution of issues found and be part in fault tracing.

You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders both inside and outside Engineering.
You and your skills
To become successful in the role you need to have hands on experience from working with SW development and it is beneficial if you have experience in Volvo Cars development process and programs including a network within Volvo.

You also need to have excellent communication skills, great collaborations and leadership skills and be fluent in English.
Required qualifications / skills:
• M.Sc in Electrical and Software Engineering or similar relevant experience
• Experience from Integration driven development from large scale software product development including hands on experience.
• Experience in SW CI and CD from an integration perspective and knowledge in evaluations of definition of done to pass an integration event in an electrical system.

Description of the assignment We are looking for a motivated and curious engineer who wants to develop within Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) in the automotive industry. As an Embedded Android (AOSP) Developer, you will be doing software development in native layers of Android Car stack for the infotainment system. Job Description Your key tasks

Arbetsbeskrivning Kund söker en IT-specialist inom telefoni till ett uppdrag med fokus på förvaltning och vidareutveckling av organisationens telefonitjänster. Rollen omfattar främst arbete med telefoniplattformarna Tele2 växel och Genesys Cloud samt hantering av leasing av mobiltelefoner från Tele2 i samarbete med 3StepIT.

Viktiga fokus för denna roll är att leda och koordinera införandeaktiviteter tillsammans med verksamhet och IT, säkerställa stabil drift och utveckling av telefonitjänsterna samt upprätthålla ett nära samarbete med leverantören Tele2. Rollen innefattar även ansvar för budget, fakturering och uppföljning kopplat till telefonitjänsterna.

Under avtalstiden kan även andra projektledar- och specialistuppdrag bli aktuella, särskilt sådana som har koppling till närliggande projekt och leveranser.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Planera, leda och koordinera operativa möten med leverantören Tele2 för att säkerställa stabil leverans och löpande utveckling av telefonitjänsterna.


Hantera budget kopplad till telefonitjänsterna samt följa upp kostnader och avtal.


Ansvara för fakturahantering och uppföljning i dialog med berörda interna funktioner och leverantörer.


Arbeta i ServiceNow med beställningar, ärendehantering och incidenthantering kopplat till telefoni och mobiltelefoni.


Använda Azure DevOps som stöd i planering, uppföljning och koordinering av aktiviteter och uppgifter.


Eventuellt delta i andra projekt och förvaltningsaktiviteter vid behov.



Ska-krav

Flera års erfarenhet av införande och förvaltning av större telefonisystem.


Erfarenhet av att arbeta i samverkan med verksamhet, IT och externa leverantörer.


Erfarenhet av operativ leverantörsstyrning och koordinering av leveranser inom telefoni eller närliggande IT-tjänster.

God förmåga att dokumentera.


Goda kunskaper i svenska språket, i tal och skrift.

Arbetsbeskrivning Kundens Integrationsgrupp i Göteborg ansvarar för integrationsplattformen. Gruppen behöver förstärkas med konsulter som har stor erfarenhet av integrationsutveckling inom IBM ACE.
