TMRW är ett av världens ledande företag inom arkitekturvisualisering. Det betyder att vi skapar fotorealistiska 3d-modeller av häftiga skyskrapor och andra byggnader. Marknaden för skarpa 3d-visualiseringar är just nu rykande het och TMRW expanderar, framförallt i USA. För att lyckas behöver vi få flera olika system att integrera med varandra: annonsering, hemsida och CRM-system. Vi vill dels kunna samla in data, dels avgöra vilken data som är relevant att analysera.

Som digital marknadsassistent blir du en efterlängtad kollega och tillgång i marknadsteamet där du sköter våra kampanjer på Meta och LinkedIn. Du uppdaterar även vår hemsida och analyserar trafiken där. Du behöver inte vara superexpert redan idag, det viktiga är att du har en stark drivkraft att lära dig mer, och utvecklas här tillsammans.

De digitala system vi använder är i ständig förändring, så best practice idag är inte nödvändigtvis det bästa sättet att jobba om ett år. Viljan att förstå och bemästra dessa system är den viktigaste egenskapen i rollen som digital marknadsassistent på TMRW.

What you’ll be doing
As a Visual Artist at TMRW you’ll be the artistic and structured force that moves our projects forward. You are a highly motivated 3D Artist with high skills in 3ds Max, Vray Render and Photoshop with 2-3 years of experience. To be successful in this role you need to understand architecture and have a strong artistic sense. You will be responsible for projects from start to end and have contact with clients worldwide. Your task is to make sure that the craft is always executed by the highest possible standards. Simultaneously you’ll keep an open dialogue with our Art Directors, Design Director and Project Managers, following our pipeline and of course raising ideas while pushing both creative, aesthetical and technical boundaries. Vad du kommer att göra

I dagsläget är TMRW på jakt efter sin nästa stjärna i form av en säljassistent att ansluta sig till vårt team i Göteborg. TMRW är globala och har kunder över hela världen, i denna roll kommer du arbeta med vårt team i Göteborg med fokus på framförallt kunder i USA med projekt över hela världen. Detta innebär att du dagligdags kommer kommunicera på både svenska och engelska. Din dag består av att vara en del av diverse säljmöten med både kunder och det interna säljteamet. Du är snabb i fingrarna och under dessa möten är det ditt ansvar att dokumentera så att ingen information går förlorad eller inte följs upp. Du triggas av att jobba med förarbetet inför möten med kunder men även arbetet som kommer efter kundmötena. Det ingår även i din uppgift att skriva offerter, jobba med vårt CRM-system och exekvera säljaktiviteter. Ditt arbete är både administrativt och operativt för att ro affärerna i land.

Vem är du?

Har du jobbat som säljassistent tidigare är detta väldigt meriterande men viktigaste för oss är att du brinner för sälj, tycker om att kavla upp ärmarna för att lösa problem, är ödmjuk och optimistisk. Vi ser gärna att du har någon form av säljutbildning med dig till oss alternativ någon säljerfarenhet. Du tycker lika mycket om arbetet inför och efter som du tycker om själva säljmötet med kunden. Det finns stora möjligheter att växa i denna rollen så vi ser dig gärna som både ambitiös och självgående. Då du är en del av vårt säljteam så förstår du även vikten av samarbete och laganda. We’re looking for a Production Manager who will join our Design Studio and visualize the most revolutionary projects - from transforming the iconic New York skyline to sculpting the future Gothenburg. What you’ll be doing

As a Production Manager at TMRW you’ll be the creative and structured force that moves our projects forward. With an impeccable attention to detail, you’ll lead our team of Artists translating creative visions into stunning concepts, setting the tone for our projects from the very start, and ensuring that the essence of the idea doesn’t get lost or diluted in the process. Your task is in other words to make sure that the craft is always executed by the highest TMRW-caliber. Simultaneously you’ll keep an open dialogue with our Design Director and Project Managers, following our pipeline and of course raising ideas while pushing both creative, aesthetical, and technical boundaries.

An essential part of your role as a Production Manager consists of communication: you’re the spokesperson for our visualizations as well as the voice of our customers for your team, so communicating on a daily basis is key - both with clients, partners, and other stakeholders as well as with your colleagues.

You meld architectural flair with technical know-how. You have a brilliant understanding of composition, lighting, ambiance as well as perspective and you know how all of these elements play their part to create the most compelling story. You lead by example and enter the office with the want to give nothing but your best effort, and you probably expect your team members to do the same. What you’ll be doing

Fall of 2021 might just become our most exciting yet, and now we’re looking for a colleague who’ll be right at the frontline of this journey: Our next Sales Assistant! In this role you’ll join our committed Sales Teams in Gothenburg and the US, driving our international expansion. With customers all around the globe, you’ll be focusing on one of the world’s largest markets, the US, by bringing in new business and creating strong relationships.

As our new Sales Assistant a typical day includes just about the whole sales cycle: prospecting, identifying new partnerships and potential projects as well as book and attend customer meetings. No detail goes unnoticed when you’re in the room and in charge of taking notes. Your title might say Assistant, but you know that you have a key role to play: you love coming to work with a mindset of always moving the needle forward - be it pre-meeting, meeting or post-meeting. Moreover, you’ll write offers, work in our CRM system and execute on various sales activities.

On to you - are we a perfect fit?

You get genuinely thrilled talking about sales and you do so with a curious and an optimistic attitude. Not only does your grit and willingness to grow transpire into your work, but how you come across as being both mindful, cooperative and ambitious. You love to build lasting relationships and it shows! Previous experience as a Sales Assistant? If so, brilliant. Otherwise: step into our office with your sleeves rolled up, and the spot in our team might just be yours. If you’ve worked in programs such as HubSpot, LinkedIn and InDesign, it’s a plus but not required.
