We are looking for a Consultant Engineer: Mechanical Test & Validation Engineer to join our team as a consultant, working with advanced mechanical and electromechanical systems in demanding industrial and automotive environments.
This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in testing, diagnostics, and system validation, who enjoys working hands-on with complex systems and driving improvements through data-driven analysis.
About the Role
As a consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance through structured testing and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Required Qualifications
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Strong experience in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of complex systems
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python)
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and vehicle communication protocols (CAN, OBD, etc.)
Solid understanding of failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, RCA, etc.)
Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments
Ability to manage documentation and communicate technical findings clearly

We have an immediate opening for a senior software engineer with proven track record of service and product realization from concept to delivery. The prospective candidate must have an advanced degree in computer science or engineering with previous experience in designing complex software systems. The applicant should demonstrate knowledge in all aspects of software engineering including requirement gathering, design, prototyping and development in a dynamic and agile setting. Previous experience building client server platforms is a must. The applicant is expected to have relevant work experience as a full-stack engineer and familiar with open software and a true appreciation for design documentation. Familiarity with software automation in particular build pipeline automation is highly desirable as well as familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and code optimization.
The position will contribute in practical and consulting work for the design and realization of new server systems as well as modifying and improving existing systems for scale, automation, and performance.

Requirements:
An advanced degree in computer science or engineering (at least MSc.)
At Least 7 years of relevant work experience.
Open source software and web stack and web standards
