Key responsibilities

About the Role

About the role 
As Hardware Manager, you will lead a growing team of hardware engineers and play a key role in shaping our technical direction.  You will follow the development work closely, support the team in technical decisionmaking, and ensure that our solutions meet the high expectations from both our customers and internalstakeholders. 
A central part of the role is also to collaborate directly with our customers — gathering insights, facilitating workshops, discussing technical challenges and ensuring that information flowsclearly between all parties. About the role
We are looking for a quality assurance & validation tester to join our virtualization test team. In this role, you act as an internal customer and evaluate how the system behaves in real use cases across embedded, cloud?based and virtualized environments. Your focus is on performance, robustness and user?centred behaviour — understanding what works, what doesn’t, and why.
You will validate practical workflows such as logging into portals, accessing cloud features and running embedded functionality. By challenging the system through exploratory and non?functional testing, you uncover unexpected behaviour and provide clear go/no?go decisions for each delivery.
