Din roll som Azure Integration Developer ????
Som Azure Integration Developer på Epical kommer du att spela en central roll i att hjälpa våra kunder att lösa sina integrationsutmaningar. Du kommer att:

What is the role all about?
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in large and complex organizational environments - ensuring efficient delivery of projects. What’s this all about?We're looking for a new employee to join us as Integrations support in our Message Management team in Gothenburg, a tight-knit group of 7 people, including 3 part-time students. In this maternity cover role starting in October, you'll act as the single point of contact between our clients and our integration systems.
You’ll work with platforms like IBM MQ, IBM ACE, Microsoft Azure, and Axway, handling client integrations focused on message management. It’s a coordinating role where you’ll collaborate closely with our internal Service Delivery Managers and technicians, primarily via email, Teams, Jira, ServiceNow, and phone.

What do I need to be epical?
You have studied a relevant IT education or have a background working with IT. Experience working with service, in a role as first-line/ second line support or working with a case management system is valued highly. If you have an interest in IT or experience in system integration it’s a plus and even more so if you come from a background in working with code and log files.
To suit this role the personality is important. Accountability, able to prioritize and being thorough is needed personality traits. For you to enjoy this role you would need to appreciate communication with clients and colleagues, both in person but mainly via teams, mail and in our IT systems.
This role requires that you can speak both English and Swedish fluently. Based on the clients we work with, you will have to be a Swedish citizen and during the employment, you will need to pass a security clearance. The role will require working on-call duty from time to time according to schedule.

Interesting, what is this all about?
As an Infrastructure Specialist at Epical you will together with your colleagues, in team-based deliveries, help our customers with support on their integration platforms. You will be part of a knowledgeable team, contributing to strategic decisions regarding support, operations, and maintenance of client integrations. Your primary focus will be on system integration and infrastructure within IBM's products, although other technologies may also be relevant.
Epical is currently on an exciting journey, delivering high-quality integration solutions on various cloud platforms and expanding with interesting client projects in large and complex integration environments ahead. Our growth offers new opportunities also for senior professionals as we tailor all roles based on individual strengths and areas of interest. This a unique opportunity for you to shape a role that mirrors your interests and ambitions.
All roles are permanent, and considering our flexible setup, it allows you to work both from home and from any of our offices around the country (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro and Skövde). Note that this is an on call position, and your duty will be divided with the team on a rolling basis.
What do I need to be epical?
As a consultant, you need a hunger for growth, a willingness to learn the latest technology, and an understanding of various client challenges. You are motivated by collaboration with others and enjoy finding solutions to complex problems.
Fluent in Swedish and English? Perfect, you'll need that for your communication with both clients and colleagues. A few years in the system integration filed, experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise and MQ? A post-secondary IT-focused education or equivalent experience? Yep, you're the one!
Bonus points if you've got experience with:
IBM Cloud Pak for Integration
DataPower, API Connect, ILMT
Understanding of infrastructure (network, security, storage, etc.)
Scripting with Python, PowerShell, etc.
Red Hat
Working with CI/CD and DevOps
OpenShift and Kubernetes
Automation with tools like Ansible
