Fractal Design are looking for a Director of Content & Brand Assets to the HQ office in Gothenburg.

This is where you come in
As Director of Content & Brand Assets, you’ll be responsible for the strategy around (and the technical execution of) our digital content as well as developing product launch assets and strengthening the Fractal brand. You and your creative team will produce customer-centric content for our own channels and make sure our resellers have everything they need for exceptional product listings.
You will also provide content support for your fellow marketing directors in order to drive brand growth, and creating content for designated channels that will direct traffic to our reseller channels and convert potential consumers into brand ambassadors.

Developing our content strategy while leading and managing the Organic Asset & Content Media Team
Handling and creating exceptional product launch assets and content for both our existing and upcoming products
Following the brand book and using your keen eye for what makes “good” design
Search engine optimization (SEO) and developing our corporate website
Own the PIM system and continuously develop its functions and uses
Creating and maintaining product information and A+ content published on resellers websites and marketplaces
Perfecting translation strategy and administering translations of all marketing units
Designing, sourcing, handling and shipping promotional merchandise
Leading and managing marketplace activities and content production including development of shop-in-shop(s)
Designing and maintaining package design, corporate presentation, product manuals and other printed marketing units
Tracking and analytics for organic media activities and channels
Supporting your immediate supervisor in achieving the company's overall strategy and financial goals

Here’s how we see you
You have (at least) five years of experience in digital content marketing, and can boast excellent English skills. You’re a natural leader with a great interest of tech. Fractal Design are looking for a Marketplace and listing coordinator to optimize brand stores and product listings while also helping refine our Marketplace presence. It is a full-time position located at HQ in Sisjön, Göteborg.
Over the past year, our online Marketplaces have grown in numbers as well as complexity. The amount of continuous work needed for upkeep and optimizing, is still on the rise. This leads to new and exciting challenges for Sales as well as Marketing, and that’s where you come in.
We need another set of tireless, analytical eyes to make sure that our Marketplace activities and updates run smoothly, and that every asset needed is readily accessible. Someone to make sure that our global list of key retailers can provide the market with our top tier assets like rendered images, A+ content listings and up-to-date product information.
Glimpses of your future
You will be hands-on working with our Marketplace portals, making sure that all product listings are best-in-class and optimized to best suit retailers and end consumers alike, in everything from key features to product awards. You will also be responsible for executing marketplace initiatives like review program management, competitive research and campaign coordination (to name a few).
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Optimizing product page listings to promote page rank growth
Refining and expanding shop-in-shop brand stores to boost traffic and conversion
Weekly analyzing key partners product pages listings and coordinate updates
Generate content performance reports with KPI-analysis and suggestions for improvement
Coordinating and furthering activities aiming to boost growth, optimization and analysis
Work with Sales to ascertain that our key retailers around the world have access to qualitative product listings and all needed assets
