Som Rekryterare hos vår kund kommer du att ingå i ett team med fem engagerade rekryterare och stötta en av våra divisioner med professionellt rekryteringsstöd inom samtliga delar av processen. Teamets mål är att bidra till vår kunds kompetensförsörjning och samtidigt erbjuda en kandidat- och chefsupplevelse i världsklass.

Obligatoriska krav

• Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet

Uppdragsbeskrivning:

Vår kund söker en rekryterare som kommer bli en del av ett fokuserat och sammansvetsat team på idag två personer där arbetsuppgifterna är att stötta genom hela rekryteringsprocessen. Teamet består idag av en teamlead och HR specialist och ingår i ett större projekt. Arbetsuppgifterna innebär att stötta i exempelvis rekryteringsprocessen från förintervjuer till headhunting och urvalsprocesser. Tätt samarbete krävs inom både team, projekt och rekryterande chefer för att skapa en så sömlös och bra upplevelse för kandidaterna som möjligt. Kunden och Group IT är på en spännande tillväxtresa och i och med omvärldsläget är trycket på rekrytering högt. Stöd finns hos skickliga och prestigelösa kollegor som stöttar och gärna agerar bollplank för att hitta lösningar. Konsulten kommer vara en nyckelresurs för våra rekryterande chefer i deras mål att hitta rätt kandidater och växa framåt tillsammans med verksamheten.

Exempel på vad du kommer arbeta med:

• Nära dialog med rekryterande chefer där du stöttar genom nästan hela rekryteringsprocessen

• Urval: granska CV, förintervjua och vid behov headhunta

Vi söker en konsult med 3-7 års erfarenhet/kompetens inom:

- Erfarenhet av HR och rekryteringsprocesser

- Relevant utbildning för arbetsuppgifterna eller motsvarande kunskap förvärvat på annat sätt.

- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i projektform

- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Qualifications and experience:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. (or similar) in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation/Cybernetics/Control Systems, Mechatronics or Marine Technology

alternatively

Electrician or Chief Engineer with seagoing background and very strong interest in innovation, sustainability, electrification and digitalization

• Need to have good knowledge in electrical power generation, distribution and electrification
• Experience with batteries, DC-grids, PTI/PTO technologies or other hybrid electrical systems is an advantage
• Understanding of instrumentation, including different interface types, communication protocols etc. is a must
• Innovative mindset combined with willingness to learn from and utilize decades of successful operation of heavy assets in a demanding and challenging industry
• Be able to convert corporate strategies into technical innovations

Senior inköpare inom transport

Till vår kund söker vi nu en senior inköpare på 100% med start så snart som möjligt fram till februari 2023 med placering i Kungälv/remote.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Din roll kommer ha sitt främsta fokus på att skriva, genomföra och slutföra upphandlingar samt omförhandlingar av vägtransportavtal med syfte att hitta gemensamma kostnadseffektiviseringar för bolaget.

Detta kommer bla. innebära arbetsuppgifter som;

• Förhandling och regelbunden dialog med leverantörer och olika samarbetspartners
• Analys av och arbete med priskomponenter och prisindexeringar i Excel och kalkyler

Din profil

Vi ser att du besitter en förhandlingsvana samt grundläggande kunskap och förståelse inom inköpsavtal, kostnadsindexeringar och Excel. Du har kompetens inom transportväg, med fördel livsmedelstransporter och får sedan tidigare gärna ha en Supply Chain-utbildning i grunden.

Purpose of the role

Key Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for handling our bookings of our Liner Cargo (i.e. non-contractual cargo) in order to fulfil customer satisfaction in line with the company policies and daily operational requirements.

Customer interaction

• Act as the primary customer interface from the time the customer wants to make a booking to the time the cargo is delivered to the terminal and all cargo details are updated in our booking system.
• Answer customers’ questions about our schedules, space and terminal closing time.
• Be back-up, internally, on making Quotes to customers.

Port Terminal, Operation and Trade coordination and interface.

• Coordinate with the Port Terminal about cargo delivery and other cargo/customer booking issues.
• Coordinate with our Operation team about equipment availability and cargo handling issues.
• Coordinate with Trades about space availability and allocations.

Booking of cargo and internal coordination.

• Data input of all customer, cargo and freight details into our booking system – including updating of same due to e.g. changes in cargo delivery or vessel changes.
• Coordinate with our Documentation Department in order to avoid and correct mistakes between the bookings and the final B/L & Manifest details.

Requirements and personal skills
You are a team player with shipping or logistics experience and/or education. You are a multi-tasker who thrives under pressure and loves the challenge and responsibility of finding a win-win solution for the customer and our company. You are result orientated, commercially aware, solution driven and able to focus on details and follow whenever necessary. You have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbal and written, and general computer competence.

Key Responsibilities.

You will have the responsibility for handling most of our Quotes for Liner Cargo to customers as well as handling bookings for more complicated shipments. This role requires you to have an active dialogue with customers, with other parts of Wallenius Wilhelmsen and with the Port Terminal to make sure that we offer a professional customer care service to our customers.

Customer interaction.

• Act as the customer interface from the time the customers ask for a freight rate and/or and a service proposal to the time the customers want to make a booking, and for more complex cargo, also handling the booking.
• Answer customers’ questions about our schedules, cargo handling procedures, space and terminal receiving issues.
• Follow up with customers about outcome of previous Quotes, and future cargo opportunities.
• Be back-up, internally, on making bookings.

Port Terminal, Operation and Trade coordination and interface.

• Coordinate with the Port Terminal about cargo delivery & handling and other cargo/customer booking issues, especially for more complex cargo, and take responsibility for driving solutions.
• Coordinate with our Operation team about equipment availability and cargo handling issues.
• Coordinate and be pro-active with Trades about space availability and allocations.

Quoting & Booking of cargo and internal coordination.

• Use our Quotations system (‘GQS’) for customers’ rate requests, i.e. make Quotes, and update the system with information from the customers on former Quotes, e.g. why we did not receive bookings on the Quotes.
• Assist the other Sales Support Officer with more complex booking system & working procedure issues.
• Coordinate with our Documentation Department in order to avoid and correct mistakes between the bookings and the final B/L & Manifest details, and discuss working procedure improvements.
• Coordinate how the Sales Team should work in the same manner with weConnect, and update customer contact details etc.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills/technical mindset as you must be able to provides quotes on complicated cargo and therefore understand the operational aspect of the cargo such as weight, size, complexity of handling
• In-depth understanding and experience of the operational aspects of managing and handling our cargo throughout its journey
• Understanding of how the Gothenburg port works and ability to communicate well with staff working there
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Business to Business customer-facing role
• At least 7 years’ experience of working within Shipping and Logistics
• University degree, preferably within Logistics or Shipping
• English is the working language

• Flexible and reactive mindset – ability to work under a fast pace and an environment where everything changes on a daily basis to which you must adjust
