We are currently seeking an experienced Swedish Tax Manager who enjoys working with Corporate Income Tax (CIT) & Transfer Pricing (TP). As a valued member of our Tax Team, which currently comprises of four tax specialists, you'll have the opportunity to work with tax advisory & compliance services in a stimulating international environment alongside a unique Geely network of tax professionals.

Key accountabilities will be:

- Advice on general tax matters, e.g. tax accounting & tax compliance,

- Support with Swedish tax calculations & income tax returns,

- Support in communications with tax authorities & external advisors,

- Review / implement TP policies & documentation to ensure TP compliance,

- Implement efficient international tax reporting processes.

You support numerous internal stakeholders within Geely to ensure compliance. You keep updated on tax developments, summarize the essentials and assess their impact on the business. You lead training seminars with your colleagues in the Tax Team and work with external advisors on different projects. A natural part of your assignment will be to support with the digital transformation journey within the area of tax compliance and tax reporting.

Skills

You have relevant Academic Degree (Swedish Tax Law and/or Finance) and you are fluently in English. You have gained your specialist CIT/TP competence from several years of work experience, preferably from an audit firm, MNE or Swedish Tax Agency. It is meritorious to have knowledge within other tax related areas such as International Tax Structuring, adoption of Global Minimum Taxation for MNEs, M&A and Accounting.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security) and IT architecture certifications preferred. Senior-level experience in IT security with expertise in network security, architecture, and design. Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and network segmentation. Job description:

As a Procurement Manager at Geely Business Center you independently plan and carry out sourcing and procurement with varying complexity. You are involved in the entire process from Business needs and early stages of producing procurement documents, advertising, preparation before signing an agreement and finally follow-up and evaluate. You are responsible for the procurements being carried out in accordance with laws, rules and our procurement policy.

The position is including activities as setting and developing Sourcing processes and methods, adjust sourcing targets to fulfil GBC targets and ensure deliveries

To succeed in this role, you should be an experienced leader with a solid commercial background, a strong personal drive with the ability to take initiative. You have international experience and enjoy working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment

Responsibilities and tasks:

- Leading sourcing and purchasing activities in a compliant manner
- Driving towards and achieving commercial targets for the business
- Responsible for Commodity strategy
- Develop strategies and tactical plans for purchasing and supplier management
- Responsible for processes and methods for GBC Procurement
- Providing commercial support to GBC functional teams and departments according to their available budget/operational challenges
- Participating and Liaison with Geely purchasing teams for optimal efficiency


Requirements:

- More than 5 years Procurement experience preferably within IT


- BSc in business administration or similar
- Experience in negotiating large-scale contracts, with senior level negotiators
- Business focused personality
- Ability to navigate and deliver in an unstructured environment
- Strong capabilities in the area of internal stakeholder management on strategic level
- Self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility with entrepreneurship.
- University degree in business or equivalent work experience
- Proven commercial track record

Job description: As IT Governance Manager you will have the delegation to build IT process management framework and deploy it in GBC IT. You will define processes used for IT service delivery to include value-stream mapping. Work with tailoring existing standard IT processes for application to the program while remaining compliant with ISO/IEC 20000, guided by the ITIL 4 framework as well as help the management team to build the structure and manage compliance and audit activities and tasks.

Responsibilities and tasks:

In the role you are expected to follow the ITIL framework to lead the setup use and operation of the IT incident, problem, change and release Management functions for all applications, services, and infrastructure. You will interact with cross-functional leaders to ensure optimal service operation and performance occurs, develop an IT governance strategy for the department’s overall governance development and maintenance, as well as develop the IT compliance and audit strategy and lead the team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Geely group and in the EU. You will also work with ensuring that appropriate policies, standards and guidelines are available within the company to guarantee that a consistent framework such as COBIT, ITIL and/or TOGAF are applied. Finally, you will have the opportunity to lead the compliance team to make sure all IT activity and projects that deliver to customers meet the compliance requirement.

Requirements:

In this role we think that you have a bachelor's degree in computer science and/or possess 10 years equivalent experience. You have a high-level, broad understanding of IT infrastructure, database, application development and design in order to work with the IT Management teams on improvement initiatives. We see that you have experience of ITSM and project management capabilities as well as a profound understanding of ITSM best practices and ability to apply them to best fit the given requirements from stakeholders, such as business, IT operations, governing and ISO Standards. Lastly, we want you to have best practices regarding policies, procedures and standards, and also experience in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

Other requirements necessary for this role:

- Ability to act as a change agent when necessary.
- ITIL Foundation certification (v3 required, v4 desired)
- Additional ITIL certifications are preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - both technical and non-technical.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

The endpoints are used in multiple ways such as by office users, in software development, design and field testing. This of course puts special demands on the endpoint platforms and its usability. The endpoint environments are fundamental for the success of GBC and its customers and put high demands on IT to support this environment. The Endpoint Specialist will focus on the IT environment that operates the endpoints, primarily SCCM, Intune but also Landscape and JAMF.

Responsibilities and tasks:

The role as Endpoint Specialist includes securing that all endpoints conforms with the company's and the customers' setup, policies, and ways of working; create, approve, and review SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for servicedesk to follow; planning updates for the endpoint and the server systems that are related to the delivery; educating 1st and 2nd line support in advance troubleshooting in related areas; be a resource in projects for GBC's and its customers' digital workplace to make them align with the customers' needs and the future of IT; responsibility for the delivery of applications and upgrades/updates together with other teams; working with cost efficiency related to license usage; working together with the security team to ensure the digital workplace follows security guidelines; working with documentation and knowledge base articles for servicedesk and business to deliver solutions that fit the need of the business. The work includes endpoints in mostly PC, but also Linux and Mac.

Requirements:

The Client IT Owner will ensure that all endpoints within the team’s responsibilities supports and comply with the company's and customers' setup, policies and ways of working

Responsibilities and tasks:

As Client IT Owner you will focus on the prioritization of backlog, roadmap for the specific endpoint area and compliance. You will mainly work with Windows endpoints, including ownership of management tools within the area as well as security application (SCCM Intune, and PatchMyPc). Secure future delivery of Windows to the business which includes planning, design and delivery of the digital workplace for GBC and its customers that follows the future of Microsoft Roadmap. Responsible and approver of the team’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for ServiceDesk to follow. Be a key resource in projects for GBC and its customers Digital Workplace to make them align with the future of IT and make sure that they follow security guidelines. Take lead for the planning of updates and security updates for the Endpoints and server systems that are related to the delivery.

You will also be responsible for:

- Educating 1st and 2nd line in advanced troubleshooting in related areas, working actively with push to front
- The delivery of applications and upgrades/updates together with the Citrix VDI Team.
- The business requirements for purchasing of related equipment
- Cost efficiency regarding license usage
- Reducing the cost for software usage
- Documentation and KB articles for ServiceDesk and Business to deliver solutions that fit the need of the business and the supportability from ServiceDesk.

We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our HR team at Geely Business Center (GBC) to lead and provide Global Mobility services for various Geely companies based in Sweden. You will be responsible for developing and leading all Global Mobility activities together with a team that consists of 2 people today.
Together with the team, you will be responsible for administering the lifecycle of short- and long-term assignments for employees being assigned to Geely entities within Sweden or being sent to an entity abroad.
