About the Role:
As an Accounting Assistant at Icomera, you will support our Finance team by ensuring that key financial processes are executed efficiently and accurately. Your main responsibility will be to process vendor invoices and accounts payables, but also to do bank reconciliations, raise intercompany invoices, expense reporting, month-end closing, and more.
You will handle our work with Purchase Orders and follow up with stakeholders internally and externally. Your attention to detail and problem-solving mindset will contribute directly to the quality and structure of our financial operations.


Key responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and credit notes and follow through to payment
Prepare weekly vendor payment runs
Record incoming and outgoing bank transactions in SAP
Raise and manage customer invoices
Contact customers to ensure timely payments and resolve queries
Support with month-end and year-end closing tasks



Requirements:
B.sc / M.sc degree, in Finance, Economics or equivalent
Fluent in writing and speaking English. Swedish is considered meritorious.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in an international corporate environment
Foundation understanding of key accounting principles
SAP experience is considered highly meritorious

About the Role:
In this position you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. This role involves maintaining accurate records of inventory, ensuring the proper handling of materials, and supporting the overall operations of the warehouse to meet the company’s distribution needs efficiently.
Location and work dynamics:
The position is based in our Gothenburg office at Exportgatan 1B, 422 46 Hisings Backa, in Gothenburg.


Key Responsibilities


Receiving Goods, verify quantities and quality, and record any discrepancies or damages by following the procedures for handling defect goods.
Inventory Management, accurately sort, label and store goods in the designated storage areas. Perform regularly inventory counts and keep the ERP system up to date.
Order Fulfilment, pick, pack and label goods for dispatch according to customer order, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This also includes kitting for production.
Equipment Operation, safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move stock and organize the warehouse efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Documentation, complete necessary paperwork and data entry for inventory, shipping and receiving records. Including customs invoice, delivery notes, booking deliveries with various freight companies.



Requirements:
English & Swedish: fluent in writing and speaking
Forklift license A
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues quickly.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills; basic computer skills for inventory management software; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:
As a 3rd Line NOC Analyst, you handle the most complex technical issues within Icomera’s global operations. You work as a technical generalist across software, hardware, networking, and backend systems. The role acts as a gatekeeper towards Product Development, ensuring high-quality escalations and long-term improvements. This is a fully internal role within our Network Operations Center and includes on?call duty.
Key responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced incidents escalated from 2nd Line.
Identify root causes, manage Known Errors, and drive Problem Management (ITIL).
Analyze product deviations and validate escalation cases.
Collaborate closely with Product teams and cross-functional specialists.
Work hands-on with Linux, bash, Python, networking, routers, modems, and storage devices.
Test and validate fixes, patches, and configuration changes.
Create and update technical documentation and share knowledge internally.

Requirements:
Degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent experience.
Strong skills in Linux, scripting (preferably Bash), networking (TCP/IP), and databases.
Experience with complex router environments (HW & SW).

Minimum 3 year’s experience within a similar technical environment.

About the Role:
As QA Developer at Icomera you will be a part of a team that develops software for the next generation of network routers for vehicles. The embedded team is responsible for analysis, design, implementation and test of the software as well as router-OS and router applications. Modifications are done on OS level in both user and kernel space and development is also done on the SW running on router Microcontrollers.
In this role, you will conduct testing related to Icomera’s products to ensure product quality according to target. You will also track and report issues found to the product development team to aid the development process.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be a key operational partner within the Sourcing & Supply Chain team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of master data and daily supply chain activities. You’ll manage purchase orders end?to?end, maintain critical ERP data, and help safeguard on?time delivery by coordinating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
Purchase Order (PO) Management:
Initiate and manage PO requests in alignment with sourcing decisions and procurement policies
Order acknowledgement, price deviations, and monitoring
Flag supply chain issues proactively to prevent escalation and disruption
Follow up on order acknowledgement and supplier delivery precision

Material Master Data & Pricing:
Create and maintain part numbers (PNs), including associated info records and source lists
Update info records following new supplier price lists

Ticket Coordination & Support:
Distribute tickets efficiently
RMA, SQ, PC, SC-tickets handling towards suppliers (internal and external)
Act as a point of contact for issue escalation and follow-up

Administration:
Maintain sourcing documents, including contracts and framework orders
Ensure up-to-date supplier data is available and accurately maintained in ERP systems
Work actively to ensure that the department delivers and fulfils objectives in alignment with the business strategy
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Sourcing & Supply Chain efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Generate and analyze reports on Sourcing & Supply Chain metrics

Requirements:
SAP experience of minimum 1-3 years
Preferable some experience of order handling, both incoming and outgoing
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

About the role:
As Regional Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and administration functions, ensuring compliance with applicable finance and tax legislation. About the Role:
As a QA Engineer with a focus on system testing, you will design and develop test solutions that ensure the performance, reliability, and functionality of our software and systems.

About the Role:

About the Role:

Vi söker nu en driven och ansvarsfull person som kan förstärka vårt team inom Supply Chain. Ni kommer arbeta i en föränderlig och inspirerande miljö med "högt i tak" och eget ansvar. Stora delar av vår produktion sker hos kontraktstillverkare och du kommer att ta hand om de delar vi monterar, konfigurerar och packar själva. Du kommer vara stationerade i våra nya härliga lokaler på Salsmästargatan 32. Tjänsten är ny och en utökning av vår tidigare verksamhet.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Detta är en bred roll där du kommer arbeta mycket i kundanpassade projekt. Några av arbetsuppgifterna kommer att vara:

* Slutmontering och test av våra routrar samt WiFi lösningar
* Konfigurering av WiFi utrustning, routrar, acesspunkter och switchar
* Arbeta med ständiga förbättringar inom arbetsområdet
* Delta i produktprojekt



Kvalifikationer

Du behöver ha en godkänd gymnasieutbildning, gärna med inriktning mot mekanik och el. God datavana där det är meriterande om du har arbetat i affärssystemet SAP.

Ytterligare behöver du:

* Monteringserfarenhet av mekanik och elektronik
* Du uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska. Meriterande med ytterligare språkkunskaper.
* Gärna erfarenhet av planering i tillverkande företag
* Körkort B

Arbetsbeskrivning

Du kommer arbeta tillsammans med ett team på 4 personer. Vi arbetar tillsammans med supporten i både England och USA så rollen inbär många interna kontaktytor både globalt så väl som här i Göteborg.

* Proaktivt monitorera alla Icomera flottor
* Utföra dagliga Supportuppgifter enligt givna instruktioner
* Eskalera ärenden till 2nd Line och Support Solution Center
* Proaktivt monitorera flottor för att felsöka/hitta mönster för att förebygga och minimera att det uppstår systemfel
* Guida och supportera system, slutanvändare samt kundpersonal
* Kommunicera trender och input till Technical Account Managers kunder
* Bidra till att förbättra och utveckla våra supportprocesser



Kvalifikationer



Du behöver ha ett stort intresse av IT och teknik. Du tycker om att lära nytt och utvecklas och är inte främmande för att komma med egna idéer.
