About this role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for our organization, someone with a deep interest in infrastructure and enabling fast feedback loops for developers by developing continuous integration capabilities. You will belong to a small and passionate team responsible for developing our infrastructure and related technology stack for on premise and cloud deployments; the foundation for our video analytics platform that thousands of cameras across the world are connected to.

Who we think you are
To be successful in this role, we expect you will bring experience of working with product development and/or solutions that leverage physical or cloud infrastructure. Experience with on premise deployments is a plus. You also need a good understanding of organizational aspects of software development and of how to collaborate efficiently with others.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience working with infrastructure and tooling for applications with high performance requirements.
Strong knowledge of multiple of the technologies we use, e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes, databases and messaging systems. Kubernetes administrator certificate is a plus.
Linux administrator knowledge, e.g., knowledge in kernels, different distributions etc.
General interest and knowledge in security.
A strong desire to collaborate with others and to contribute to team success.
Great understanding of both Windows and Linux build environments and toolchains.
Excellent communication and organization skills and great personal initiative and drive, with an ability to understand the requirements of different stakeholders, keeping things organized, and making things happen.
Proficiency in English. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.
A degree in computer science or software engineering. Alternatively, a combination of other relevant education (formal or self-taught) and experience.

The hybrid position is in Gothenburg with several working days at the office weekly. The candidate must therefore be located in Sweden within a reasonable commute distance to our office.

Kvalifikationer

We are looking for an experienced IT & Security Specialist to take full responsibility for Irisity’s tech and security environment. In this role, you will be the go-to person for IT and security matters, making sure that our systems, office environment, and employee equipment are reliable and well-protected.
Your scope will include managing IT infrastructure, supporting colleagues with technical needs, maintaining office security (such as access cards and alarms), and overseeing inventory management. You will work with cybersecurity tasks like penetration testing, vulnerability checks, and incident response, while also advising leadership on risk, compliance, and future improvements.
This is a broad and practical role without direct reports, where you’ll collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure both digital and physical security are in place.
Key responsibilities
Oversee IT infrastructure, end-user devices, access control systems, and office security solutions for both Sweden (headquarters) and Hungary (satellite office).
Maintain and improve cybersecurity posture, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with information security policies, GDPR, and relevant regulations.
Manage hardware and software inventory, including laptops, cell phones, licenses, and key cards.
Lead incident response and business continuity planning.
Support a part-time IT colleague in Hungary.
Advise management on IT investments, security risks, and digital workplace improvements.
Act as point of contact for external auditors, vendors, and security partners.
Help keep RnD test systems, development environments up to date and running both on Linux and Windows.

Who we think you are
Strong technical background in IT systems, security, clients, networks (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Azure).
Hands-on experience with penetration testing, security monitoring, and threat mitigation.
Hands-on knowledge of both Windows and Linux administration (Ubuntu & Red Hat),
Knowledge of identity and access management.
Experience with IT asset and inventory management.
Familiar with physical office security (access systems, surveillance, alarms).
Strong analytical skills and structured way of working.
Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage
Driven to stay up to date on security trends, and interested in ensuring compliance according to ISO and cyber security certifications

Nice haves

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Lindholmen, Gothenburg. You will take primary responsibility for the accounting and reporting of the parent company of the group and act as a business partner to our operations in Sweden. Qualifications and competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably within a publicly traded or international group
Strong understanding of Swedish GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to improve financial processes.
Strong MS Excel skills

About this role
We are now looking for a highly skilled passionate front-end developer to join us in developing our advanced video analytics solutions. Your work will cover web-based user interface development for all aspects of many different smaller projects. Our main product includes state-of-the-art video analytics, real-time and forensic AI, and a complete system to manage everything across tens of thousands of cameras. You will work on highly innovative forward-looking projects.

You will be part of the super-agile Growth team within Irisity. More or less a startup within an established leader in the video analytics space of the security industry. The R&D part of the team consists of you as the sole frontend developer, a very experienced backend engineer, and a computer vision and AI algorithm expert. The rest of the team is also experienced and focuses primarily on business development, growth strategy, innovation, and user and customer experience.

About the role
Irisity can now offer you a full-time temporary position as a Junior Technician, during our colleagues’ parental leave, starting by agreement and ongoing until June 2022. In this position you will work with internal IT and assist in simpler cases and troubleshooting of our cloud and hosting environment. About the role
Irisity is now looking for you with solid experience in hosting and cloud infrastructure to be able to take us in the right direction. You will lead our SysOps team, both technology and personnel. You will drive the changes needed to support and prepare our often cloud-based systems for the challenges brought by our rapid expansion and internernationalization. You will be responsible for outlining and executing the strategy that supports Irisity's expansion to deliver camera-based surveillance solutions through 10-100-1000 times as many devices as today. About this role
We are now looking for a software developer with focus on implementing and integrating computer vision software on embedded systems and other edge devices. In this role you will be a key player in the development of our video analytics systems, running advanced analytics algorithms in real-time on streaming video, with high requirements on performance.

Your work will involve tasks such as video stream management, low-level image processing and deep learning inference. It will also include more general software development issues such as interfacing with SDKs and HMIs and communicating with external hardware and video management systems. The main target platforms for this role are IP cameras (running Linux) and mini-PCs (running Linux and/or Windows). You are also expected to contribute to the more low-level parts of our server-based video analytics systems.

Our R&D department consists of tight agile teams, where most people contribute to several aspects of the system. You will work closely together with machine learning researchers, front-end developers, UX designers, software testers and support staff, making sure that your parts of our systems work flawlessly and meet the requirements of all stakeholders. Your work will touch all aspects of software development, from understanding of customer requirements, to architectural design, implementation and testing.

We are seeking expert candidates preferably with a PhD in computer vision, image analysis, machine learning or other areas related to computer vision, as well as talented engineers with extensive industrial experience from these fields.

We are now looking for a senior cloud back-end developer that can take a technical lead in our cloud back-end development. You will be a key player in the development of our cloud-hosted back-end systems, connecting thousands of cameras and real-time video processing units with security operators, support staff and site managers world-wide.

Your work will span all parts of our back-end infrastructure, including intra-service communication, APIs, databases, automated update distribution, and web portals for configuration and health monitoring of our video analytics product. You will work closely together with machine learning researchers, system architects, front-end developers, UX designers, software testers and support staff. Your work will touch all aspects of software development, including requirements analysis, architectural design, implementation and testing. As a lead developer, we expect you to take on a full technical responsibility of major system parts, developing and maintaining long-term technical roadmaps and strategies, and making sure that our system is stable, coherent, high-performing and scalable.

Who we think you are
For this role, we expect you to have extensive experience from building large-scale web applications in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You need to have a great understanding of the interplay between back-end system parts, databases, APIs and front-ends. We expect you to be able to predict potential performance bottlenecks when scaling up complex web applications, and know how to design and implement solutions that avoid them. You also need a great understanding of IT security aspects of such systems, including strategies for encryption and user authentication.

As personal qualities, we expect good communication and organization skills and great personal initiative and drive, with an ability to understand the requirements of different stakeholders, keeping things organized, and making things happen.

To be qualified for this role, we have the following minimum requirements:

- MSc in software engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years (full-time) experience from software development within C# / .NET.
- At least 3 years (full-time) experience from back-end development using the Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- At least 1 year (full-time) experience from designing and architecting complex large-scale web applications in Azure (thousands of users/clients, millions of database entries, several requests per second, handled by loosely coupled distributed fault-tolerant system components).


Experience from containerization using Docker, Kubernetes or similar is strongly meriting. Knowledge about other cloud environments such as AWS or google cloud is also a bonus.

Great skills in the English language is a requirement and good Swedish skills is an advantage.

About this role

Irisity’s systems detect suspicious activity in security cameras using video analytics powered by machine learning. The system uses a cloud-based architecture , hosted in Microsoft Azure, connecting globally distributed cameras, computing hardware, operator environments and management interfaces. As a QA engineer at Irisity, you play a key role in ensuring that these systems work flawlessly and securely for users within diverse organizations and hardware environments across many time zones .

Our QA activities include unit testing, automated and manual integration testing, validation activities with user groups and building realistic test environments for testing our system at scale. These activities cover everything from user interfaces, IT security aspects and compatibility with external interfaces and hardware to measuring the performance of the core video analytics functionality. The code-base includes C++ analytics algorithms, C# logic and web frontends.

For junior candidates, the work may focus more on IT environment setups and test execution, while more senior candidates are expected to take leading roles within the design of test procedures and environments. Regardless of your experience level, you will work closely together with a large part of our organization, including UX designers, system developers, machine learning researchers and technical support staff. Depending on your skills and interests, you also have the opportunity to contribute to producing technical documentation and educational material.
