To the Automotive Energy Storage System Engineering (ESS) team we are now recruiting two SYSTEM ENGINEERS.
Our team for Energy Storage System engineering is a growing agile driven team in place to shape the future for real! Our ESS team is responsible to develop the complete ESS functionality, HW and SW solutions, hands-on in our testbed facility.
The team consist of an agile and innovative driven team with skilled product developers consisting of passionate people from all disciplines included in ESS such as Power Electronics, Data Science (AI), and Project managers.
We work close beteween hardware verification and programming in an challenging and positive atmosphere, close to our clients projects and our testbed facility outside Gothenburg, where hands-on verification are done.

We are working in a cross-functional way from requirement, concept and design, final verification, implementation and production.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

The goals with the data governance framework include enabling:
• decision making based on consistent, understandable, compliant, and trusted data.
• standard, repeatable processes for data creation and usage.

Within their department, you will work in close collaboration with the data architect, engineering managers and product owners with the objective to define the strategy around the data they own.
You will also work together with data engineers and data users to perform data stewardship activities.


Within engineering (R&D), you will participate in the data governance forum that develops data standards at the tactical level and connects strategy to operations.
You, and some members from the data governance forum, will lead the data steward network to share best practices regarding data quality management, data discoverability and observability.


You and your skills:

WORK DESCRIPTION:
Lead a team of 5 engineers to develop new concepts of E-mobility in future vehicles including Power Electronics, Inverter, ESS, Electric motor, Transmission and Driveshaft. You will have the responsibility to deliver according to our clients master time plan with duties such as:
· Lead and follow up project development through PI's according to SAFe principals and embedded HW design.
· Support the power electronics development, plan and track the SW and HW development attributes and functions for the areas Inverter, Electric motor, ESS, Transmission, Driveshaft and mounts.
· Technical specification of the systems.
· Compliance with regulatory and client standards, IATF 16949, have knowledge of the PPAP procedures. Secure the final product through quality assuring actions such as FMEA, Design Reviews and test planning.
· Break down of requirement specification to suppliers.
· Work cross functional with purchasing, testing, manufacturing and design.
· Potential supplier cooperation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
You are an experienced engineer and project manager who easily introduces yourself to new technologies. We look forward to having at least 5 years of practical experience from design, testing and verification, combined with Project Management in compliance with IATF 16949, and the PPAP procedures. We believe you like to have structure, order and proactivity in your work. The ability to lead and encourage teams, give and interact with others and that you are communicative and driven are qualities that we highly appreciate for these assignments.
· M.Sc Electric & Electronics Engineering, Systems, Signals & Control engineering or equivalent.
· 5 years of experience from HW/SW Development or Test & Verification within power electronics systems.

• Leading Project risk management methods from brainstorming to follow up of actions in tools such as FMEA.

Continuous Implementation of Software in HIL and Automated test scripts are done using C, C++, Python, CAPL, Git/Jenkins, Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban, and modern tool chains.
Software implementation and Automated test scripts are used for ADAS functions such as 360 awareness functions, Lane Keeping System (LKS), Vehicle detection, Pedestrian detection, Traffic light and Traffic sign recognition, Adaptive cruise control (ACC) and Predictive Emergency braking system (PEBS) functions. We believe you are well experienced in automotive or embedded systems development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· M.Sc Data, Software, Systems, Signals & Control engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as software engineer.
· Strong competence in programming (C, C++, Python etc.) and test automation (CAPL, Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, etc.)
· Master the construction process of Continuous Integration, CI. Script it, schedule and run via Jenkins, Bamboo, Jira or similar tools. Configure these processes.
· HIL test development.
· Vector tools chain CANoe, CANalyzer, etc.
· Good understanding of Agile project methodology, e.g. Scrum and Kanban.
· Functional safety standards, ISO 26262, AUTOSAR
· Fluent in English, written and spoken.
· Driver's license for cars. Minimum 3 years of frequent driving in traffic.
