Job Description
Gothenburg Studio is looking for experienced art lead with proactive life attitude, interested in art pipelines, artist support and continuously improving quality and gaming experience for games.
We are looking for an experienced Art Lead who can help deliver the highest quality Art assets for our games. We would expect the Art lead to be a people person. Help create and optimize art pipelines, align work process on an international level with art teams on at multiple locations.

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for alignment on art work processes and workflow standardization across locations
Support studios with artwork planning, templates.
Support art OKR work alignment across studios
Staff retention in respective location
Contribute to Art Strategy
Develop, implement, and manage art development processes
Help to identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects and other problems in art area, particularly when problems recur in multiple products and studios; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.
Give input to performance evaluations Support hiring process.
Communicate PO, PM, and other employee feedback about art development work to Department Lead
Support recruiting, onboarding

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Animation/Design or similar adequate education
3+ years experience as an Art Lead
Strong visual skills and a great eye for graphic design
Experience managing art resources between projects and teams.
It is considered a merit with experience of traditional drawing, motion graphics, 3D and/or similar.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Good communication skills
Team-player

Job Description
The Lead Game Developer is the technical lead for a NetEnt slots game project and is as such responsible for the technical aspects of the game frontend throughout the entire development process; from ideation to release and maintenance. In this position, you will be doing hands-on development work in parallel to being responsible for ensuring that the games are coded in an efficient and maintainable manner. You are expected to drive technical discussions, both within the game team and with external parties.
Besides being involved in technical work, the Lead Game Developer is expected to organize and prioritize the tasks at hand, as well as facilitate collaboration and communication within the developer team and towards other competencies, such as Art and QA. The game team usually consists of 10 people. You will collaborate closely with the Game Production Lead and Art Director during a game production, but also with other Lead Game Developers and the Game Developer Manager to align on the development process and incoming requests or requirements.
