Assignment description
For our client we are looking for a Calibration Engineer within calibration development.
The Calibration Engineer works with calibration activities throughout the product development lifecycle and collaborates closely with engineering teams, project management and other stakeholders. The role focuses on supporting calibration development, ensuring well functioning processes, and contributing to integration between software, hardware and calibration tools. The Calibration Engineer works in an agile environment and supports performance, quality and regulatory requirements within the calibration domain.
Example of tasks
• Maintain and update calibration related backlog items and tasks
• Support definition of acceptance criteria for calibration deliverables
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and clarify calibration requirements
• Perform daily work in the Calibration Database Management Tool
• Handle deliveries of calibration data to customers and software factory
• Support development, configuration and deployment of calibration tools and infrastructure
• Follow up progress of calibration development and highlight dependencies or issues when needed
• Ensure traceability and documentation of calibration data, processes and changes
• Participate in reviews and audits related to calibration and quality requirements
• Support alignment of calibration work with system level performance requirements
• Contribute input to resource and activity planning within calibration
• Collect and evaluate feedback from internal and external users
• Collaborate with validation teams to ensure calibration output meets intended functionality
• Follow industry trends and tools to support continuous improvement within calibration
Responsibility
• Support development and maintenance of calibration processes and tools
• Act as a technical contact towards engineering teams and project stakeholders for calibration related topics
• Break down calibration requirements into executable tasks and activities
• Support prioritization of calibration work together with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with software, hardware and test departments to integrate calibration functionality into the overall system
• Ensure calibration activities are aligned with project and product requirements
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives related to calibration work
• Provide status updates and highlight risks or deviations within the calibration scope
• Support validation and verification activities for calibration systems

• Strong experience from SW calibration processes within powertrain engineering, especially for electric propulsion components

We are looking for a Scrum Master Senior Software Configuration Manager with strong scripting skills to work with tools and infrastructure development. In this role you will develop, maintain and enable CI&CD; workflow in an efficient way and easy-to-use development. The department you will be joining are assigned to build pipeline and building and releasing containerized products that realizes a highly available engineering environment for products development and deploying Engineering Environment troubleshooting tools.

Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Their focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working, organized in development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

· Defines and manages the branching and delivery process for projects.
· Software configuration management procedure improvement and relevant training.
· Use CM tools(Git/Gerrit/ClearCase etc.) to store track and manage configuration items.

Qualifications:
· Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Algorithms or equivalent.
· Good experience on GNU/Linux, Open Source and Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Artifactory
· Programming languages: Shell scripting / Python /Bash / Perl/ Java and Groovy.
· Understanding of software lifecycle, build processes and SCM process;
· Hands-on experience of GIT, Stash, GitHub/Bitbucket etc. and release branching models, Jenkins and experience of ClearCase, ClearQuest is preferred;
· Good communication skills and team spirit;
· Experience on Confluence and Jira

Familiarity with:
· Standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates and key management.
· Maintaining internet facing production-grade applications in virtualized environments such as cloud computing platforms and services.
· Working with scalable networking technologies such as Load Balancers/Firewalls and web standards (REST APIs, web security mechanisms).
· Working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Mesos, OpenStack, Ansible and Spinnaker).

DINA ARBETSUPPGIFTER:

I rollen som konsult kommer du att arbeta ute hos någon av NSC spännande kunder. Arbetet har en problemlösande karaktär med ansvar för felsökning och diagnostik. Kunderna är världsledande inom sina industrier. Din uppgift blir tex. att i samarbete med uppdragsgivaren utveckla diagnosmetoder och därmed ge förutsättningar till en effektiv reparationsprocess och åtgärd av fel. Tjänsten innebär främst arbete i datormiljö, men även direkt på ett fordon. Samarbetsförmåga och att kunna se lösningar är en framgångsfaktor.

DIN PROFIL:

Som person ser vi att du är en strukturerad person som har lätt att se mönster och hitta lösningar. Du har en teknisk universitetsutbildning med inriktning maskin/el eller motsvarande, med brinnande intresse för modern fordonsteknik.

För att säkerställa att slutprodukten håller en god kvalité är det viktigt att du är noggrann och detaljorienterad. Du ska trivas i dynamiska miljöer då verksamheten präglas av att ständigt förbättras och utvecklas. Det är viktigt att du är skicklig på att samspela och kommunicera både på svenska och engelska med många olika intressenter, både skriftligen och muntligen. Du vet att starka framgångsrika team hänger samman med att vi också har roligt tillsammans.

Kvalifikationer

* Relevant högskole- eller civilingenjörsutbildning
* Svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
* Tidigare erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen
* Körkort B

Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med fordon eller liknade teknik på eftermarknaden. Det är även meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med programmering inom något språk eller, Python, Vida, Autocom.
