We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Repair Shop located on Södra Larmgatan 12 in Göteborg. It's a full-time permanent position with an immediate start date.

As a Store Manager, you are a part of the Retail team and have a central, important role at Nudie Jeans. You have the full responsibility of our retail team in Södra Larmgatan. The goal is to drive business results through continuous development of the store team and lead the team to deliver the best Nudie Jeans customer experience.

The position has several touchpoints in the organization and works in close collaboration with the Regional General Manager, Customer Experience, Sales Marketing, HR, and E-Commerce.

You are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of running a store and especially taking responsibility for its profitability and team leadership. The goal is to drive business results through continuous development of the store team and lead the team to deliver the best Nudie Jeans customer experience.

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Set an example for great store management and customer service by leading the way.

- Make sure repair shops live up to Nudie Jeans standards regarding customer service and brand experience.?

- Responsible for the sales and KPI´s performance of the store.?

- Partner with the Regional General Manager to maximize sales and profit, and reach key targets.

- Staff responsibilities include: Creating a dynamic work environment, maximizing team spirit, motivating and coaching staff members, recruitment, labor law, and performance management.

- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines.

- Leading the repair service together with the staff.

- Administrative work.

- Maintenance of stock.

- Responsible for the work environment, both physical and psychological.

Who you are:

- You bring at least 3 years of Store Manager experience, preferably for a high-end retail brand.

- You have great leadership skills including providing a clear direction, coaching, and motivating others.

- Dynamic, high achiever with a track record of exceeding expectations.

- Experience in developing people in sales and service.

The role as HR Partner at Nudie Jeans is broad, and you work in a flexible and dynamic environment. You support and coach about 15 managers in Sweden, Norway, the UK, the Netherlands and Germany. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Repair Shop in Gothenburg, Sweden. It's a part-time position, with an immediate start date. You are expected to work approximately 8-12 hours/week, during both weekdays and weekends. Flexibility in regards to schedule is requested.

As a Sales Assistant, you are a part of the Retail team. You are responsible to educate and inform customers on our products, policies, and ethos. The aim is to maximize sales and provide the best in class Nudie Jeans customer service.

- Responsible for generating sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Work towards set goals and KPI’s.
- Follow defined routines and guidelines.
- Repair and hemming service.

As our Assistant Accountant, you will be a part of the global financial team supporting all Nudie Jeans subsidiaries. You will also collaborate with other departments at the head office, for example, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce. The role will include but is not limited to, the below task.?

Essential Experiences and Qualifications 

We see that you have some previous experience of working as an Assistant Accountant or within a similar role. It is a plus if you have earlier experience from working in M3.

Nudie Jeans söker en skicklig lönespecialist som vill vara med i arbetet driva den fortsatta utvecklingen och implementeringen av våra löneprocesser.

Som lönespecialist på Nudie Jeans blir du stöd och kontaktperson för anställda och chefer i alla former av lönefrågor. Du har löneansvar för flera bolag i koncernen varav fyra är internationella (Norge, England, Nederländerna och Schweiz). Varje månad administrerar du ca 160 löner.

Utöver det månatliga arbetet med löneberäkningar och lönekörning arbetar du med rapportering och framtagning av statistik externt till myndigheter och andra intressenter, liksom internt till bolagets ledning. Du bidrar i det årliga arbetet med lönerevision, budgetering av löner och lönerelaterade kostnader, och du ansvarar för framtagande av lönekartläggning. Du upprättar svenska och internationella anställningskontrakt och intyg, hanterar reseräkningar, tar fram ekonomiska underlag till ekonomiavdelningen och vissa andra administrativa uppgifter.

Du tillhör HR-teamet som består av fem medarbetare inklusive dig och rapportera direkt till HR Chefen. Tjänsten är ett vikariat under ett års tid med ett önskat startdatum, mars 2021. Du kommer sitta på Nudie Jeans huvudkontor, centralt i Göteborg.

Erfarenheter och kvalifikationer:  


• Relevant utbildning inom lön och/eller ekonomi.
• Praktisk erfarenhet i rollen som lönespecialist på minst två år.
• Då Nudie Jeans är ett internationellt bolag behöver du kunna uttrycka dig professionellt i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.

The Role: 
As Retail Manager, you are a part of the Commerce team and have a central and important role at Nudie Jeans. Reporting to the Retail & E-commerce Director, the Retail Manager is responsible for managing retail store operations across Europe and the USA. The Retail Manager will work alongside the leadership team to achieve sales and profitability across all retail stores as well as leading and motivating teams to achieve operational objectives.

The Retail Manager will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining a high level of consistency across store operational standards and be an advocate for promoting company culture and values. This role will partner with the Commerce Team and local Retail Team, assisting in the development and implementation of key change initiatives to enable improved business performance outcomes.

The Retail Manager will lead a team responsible for providing an excellent service experience in our Repair Shops. Your core partners are leaders from E-commerce, Customer Experience, HR, In-house, and IT.

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:


• Lead and motivate a diverse and highly agile team of four team members
• Ensure that owned retail policies and standards are being developed, implemented, and followed.

You will be based at the Nudie Jeans headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden and report directly to the HR Manager.
